No full textThe study is a collection and documentation," to examine what i had been able to collect from Ibn Saeed Al- Andalusi poetry and its documentation from literary and historical heritage sources as an objective and artistic study. The seventh century AH, which Ibn Saeed lived in, has formed a time framework for the study, while the place of study is not limited due to the life of movement and travel, which Ibn Saeed lived while the Almowahadi state was in the West of Muslim world , and the Ayyubid in the East. The thesis aimed at collecting the heritage poetry for Ibn Saeed Al-Andalusi. This poetry has diverse purposes, it does contain description, praise and nostalgia, and so on. the collection of this poetry will add to Andalusian poetry library a new old poetry volume which will be a reference for researchers and readers. This study aims at concluding a poetry volume that combines what we have got from the poetry of Ibn Saeed Al-Andalusi of different supposition documents and study it objectivel, that shows the elements of life which Ibn Saeed lived through, the purposes he dealt with, and study it technically that highlights the technical features that his poetry is distinguished by .Moreover, this study aims at filling some of the shortfalls with respect to many important poets such as Ibn Said al-Andalusi. The main findings of the study are to provide the Andalusian and Islamic library the poetry of Ibn Saeed Al- Andalusi a collection that will facilitate reference to it, and what I collected from Ibn Saeed Al-Andalusi was only part of his poetry which I hope will be made available to me or to others of researchers to find his volume in complete. The language of this poetry was adapted to the language of poets of the era, simulated nature of the life which the poet experienced. This life reflected its shadows on his poetry. It was a painting painted in different nature colors, the thing that made it crowded with technical images, similes and metaphors, in addition to that, this era is still in need of this type of the study and research to enrich the Arabic library with a number of sources that has not reached us. This study recommended further studies, to contribute to the clarification of many important poets and the application of recent studies on the poetry of Ibn Saeed such as his style and other elements
Konsep ayat-ayat riba dalam Al-Qur'an menggunakan Hermeneutika Abdullah Saeed: Analisis bunga bank konvensional
No full textPenelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan utama dalam diskursus ekonomi Islam, yaitu perdebatan mengenai status hukum riba dan bunga bank konvensional. Meskipun Al-Qur'an secara tegas melarang riba, relevansinya dalam praktik perbankan modern masih menjadi isu kompleks yang memerlukan pemahaman kontekstual yang mendalam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penafsiran ayat-ayat riba dalam Al-Qur'an menggunakan metode hermeneutika Abdullah Saeed dan menganalisis relevansi pandangan beliau terhadap hukum bunga bank konvensional.
Kerangka berpikir penelitian ini didasarkan pada pendekatan hermeneutika kontekstual Abdullah Saeed, yang membedakan antara hukum spesifik yang responsif terhadap situasi partikular dan nilai etis universal. Pendekatan ini berupaya mengidentifikasi illah (sebab hukum) di balik pelarangan riba, yang menurut Saeed adalah zulm` (kezaliman, penindasan, dan eksploitasi). Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif, melalui studi kepustakaan (library research). Data primer bersumber dari ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan karya-karya Abdullah Saeed, khususnya "Interpreting The Qur’an: Towards a Contemporary Approach", didukung oleh sumber sekunder berupa skripsi, artikel, dan jurnal. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui empat langkah hermeneutika kontekstual Saeed: menemukan dunia teks, analisis kritis, mengaitkan teks dengan penerima wahyu pertama, dan mengaitkan teks dengan konteks saat ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Abdullah Saeed menafsirkan larangan riba secara bertahap dalam Al-Qur'an. Relevansi pandangan Saeed terhadap bunga bank konvensional terletak pada pembedaan fundamental antara riba historis yang personal dan eksploitatif dengan sistem perbankan modern yang institusional, mayoritas produktif, transparan, dan teregulasi ketat. Saeed berargumen bahwa jika unsur zulm tidak ditemukan dalam praktik bunga bank yang teregulasi, maka ia tidak dapat disamakan secara hukum dengan riba yang diharamkan Al-Qur'an. Pandangan ini memberikan legitimasi teologis bagi umat Islam untuk berinteraksi konstruktif dengan sistem keuangan modern yang berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan, sejalan dengan cita-cita Ekonomi Pancasila di Indonesi

This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The primary data source used is the novel Hikayah Al-Hubb by Ghazi Al-Qashaibi published by Dar As-Saqiy in 2011, while the secondary data sources consist of books, articles, and journals that support the discussion. The data collection techniques used are reading techniques and note-taking techniques. While the data analysis techniques used are, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the form of antonyms in the novel Hikayah Al-Hubb by Ghazi Al-Qashaibi based on the perspective of John I. Saeed is divided into five forms consisting of 14 simple antonyms, 5 gradable antonyms, 4 reverses antonyms, 6 converses antonyms, and 2 taxonomic antonyms

No full textQuranic exegesis has a special place in the development of Islamic intellectual tradition and civilization at large. As the main source of Islamic teaching, for centuries Muslims have attempted to understand the various meanings of the Qur’an in order to be in line with the current needs of the society through the process of contextualization. In this article, the author presents and explains the way in which Abdullah Saeed, a professor in Islamic studies from the the University of Melbourne, Australia, contextualize the meaning of the Quran. In particular, this article analyzes some methodological aspects proposed by Saeed in the qontextualization of the Qur’an: 1) identifying the world of the text; 2) analyzing text critically; 3) connecting the text to the early Islamic community as the first receivers; and 4) relating the text to the current needs of society. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bentuk-bentuk antonim yang terdapat dalam Surah Al-Waqi'ah berdasarkan perspektif John I. Saeed. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber utama penelitian ini adalah Surah Al-Waqi'ah, sementara sumber sekunder meliputi buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah terkait konsep antonim dalam bahasa Arab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya beberapa jenis antonim dalam Surat Al-Waqi'ah, yaitu antonim sederhana, antonim bertingkat, antonim kebalikan, antonim konversi, dan antonim taksonomi. Analisis ini tidak hanya mengungkap struktur linguistik Al-Qur'an, tetapi juga memperdalam pemahaman tentang makna teologis yang terkandung di dalamnya. INTERPRETASI KONTEKSTUAL (Studi Pemikiran Hermeneutika Al-Qur’an Abdullah Saeed)
No full textAbstract: The existence of al-Qur'an as Muslim guidance is the last decision; its presence is most fundamental for Muslims. Al-Qur’an is not only as reading text but also as a reference in daily life. However, al-Qur’an as guidance, in fact, why does it frequently occur a significant difference between its own adherents? The answers are due to different interpretations among them, most Muslims have a tendency to believe in a literal interpretation, while others supposed to contextual interpretation method because it is considered more appropriate. Abdullah Saeed offered contextual interpretation to address this issue; he campaign the importance of contextual interpretation based on the spirit of the age. Exploring the importance of contextual interpretation Abdullah Saeed includes: First, the hermeneutic of al-Qur’an; Saeed focused on ethico-legal verses. Saeed considered this verse is often interpreted literally an sich and ignore the context of revelation and interpretation. Secondly, before establishing all interpretation models, Saeed organized theoretical foundation for contextual interpretation by reading and critiquing tradition of interpretation of al-Quran. Third, Saeed’s hermeneutic known as a continuation of Fazlurrahman’s hermeneutic. The theoretical foundations of Saeed’s contextualization interpretation are first, the link between revelation and socio-historical context surrounding them; second, the phenomenon of flexibility in how to read al-Quran.
