No full textCorona virus merupakan keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan penyakit pada manusia dan hewan. Pada manusia biasanya menyebabkan penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan, mulai flu hingga penyakit yang serius, seperti middle east respiratory syndrome (MERS) dan jevere acure respiratory syndrome (JARS. Upaya mengantisipasi dan mengurangi jumlah penderita covid-19 telah dilakukan di seluruh daerah di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali di Kota Palangka Raya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana implementasi Kebijakan pemkot Palangka Raya tentang penerapan protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur dan empiris. Data yang diperoleh melalui analisis peraturan walikota dan fenomena sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebiajakan peraturan wali Kota Palangka Raya terkait dengan penerapan protokol Kesehatan pada era new normal sudah diterapkan oleh masyarakat. Kendatipun demikian, implementasi kebijakan penerapan protokol Kesehatan belum mampu menekan peningkatan kasus covid-19 di Kota Palangka Raya. Hal tersebut diketahui dengan terus meningkatnya kasus covid-19 sampai pada bulan Oktober 2020

No full textCoronavirus or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 is a virus that attacks the respiratory system. This disease due to viral infection is called COVID-19. The Coronavirus can cause minor disturbances to the respiratory system, severe lung infections, and death. The rapid spread of the coronavirus has caused fear, anxiety, and several other social problems in the community. Besides, the implementation of various government policies to break the chain of distribution of COVID 19, on the other hand, has had a negative impact. This community service aims to provide education to the community, especially in the teaching group Aisyiyah Kereng Bangkirai in the form of socialization and spiritual guidance to reduce anxiety and worry about Covid-19. The implementation method offered is spiritual guidance to deal with stress problems due to the Covid-19 pandemic by delivering material from an Islamic religious perspective and a psychological perspective. The results of this dedication show that there is anxiety among the community due to Covid-19 which has a psychological impact and that impact also affects the joints of community life, both socio-economic, socio-cultural, and socio-religious. Based on the results of the activities carried out, it can be concluded that community service activities can have a positive impact on society regarding the anxiety arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as providing an understanding that religion is always relevant to all conditions that arise in society. Religion is not something rigid but something elastic so that it can always provide solutions to problems that arise

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Full text linkMuhammadiyah merupakan organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan dalam bentuk persyarikatan yang bergerak pada wilayah dakwah amar ma’ruf nahi munkar dan tajdid. Muhammadiyah sebagai gerakan keagamaan selalu menjadi lirikan bagi peserta pemilihan di setiap waktunya, sebab dianggap memiliki kekuatan politik yang menjanjikan, juga seperti Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) yang konon merupakan representasi dari suara umat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang sikap politik Muhammadiyah di Kalimantan Tengah pada kontestasi politik lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara yang disusun berdasarkan alat analisis (tools analysis). Metode pengumpulan data disesuaikan dengan jenis data. Untuk data primer digunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data sekunder dengan menelaahan dan pemanfaatan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada mobilisasi suara Muhammadiyah dalam kontestasi poltik di Kalimantan Tengah, sementara penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sikap politik Muhammadiyah di Kalimantan Tengah tidak dikelktifkan, melainkan memberikan hak kepada semua warga Muhammadiyah untuk menetukan pilihan masing-masing. Unsur pimpimpinan hanya menyampaikan tentang kriteria calon pemimpin tetapi untuk menjatuhkan pilihan kepada kontestan dikembalikan kepada individu masing-masing, pimpinan wilayah Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Tengah sama sekali tidak pernah menekankan untuk mendukung salah satu calon. Hal itu karena pimpinan wilayah Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Tengah senantisa mengedepankan prinsip politik moral sebagaimana seruan dari pimpinan pusat Muhammadiyah
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
