    ABSTRAK Merokok adalah suatu kegiatan menghisap gulungan tembakau yang berbalut daun nipah atau kertas yang dibakar kemudian asapnya dimasukkan ke dalam tubuh dan menghembuskannya kembali keluar. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kta dapat menemukan orang-orang yang merokok di tempat-tempat umum bahkan disekitar lingkungan rumah kita sendiri. Namun berdasarkan peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok ada beberapa tempat yang ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR). Khususnya fasilitas kesehatan, tempat ibadah, fasilitas olahraga dan, tempat kerja. Yang dijelaskan bahwa setiap orang dilarang merokok di KTR berdasarkan Pasal 8 Ayat 1 Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Implementasi Pasal 8 Ayat 1 Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok Di Kampung Bumi Dipasena Agung Kecamatan Rawajitu Timur Kabupaten Tulang Bawang? Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), dan sifat penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif analitis. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah jenis data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data yaitu editing dan sistematika data, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dengan kerangka berfikir secara induktif. Teori yang digunakan adalah Siya<sah Tanfidz|iyah yang merupakan suatu ilmu tata negara dalam islam yang membahas tentang pelaksanaan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) di Kampung Bumi Dipasena Agung Kecamatan Rawajitu Timur Kabupaten Tulang Bawang belum terlaksana secara maksimal khususnya di tempat pelayanan kesehatan, tempat ibadah, tempat olahraga, dan tempat kerja hal ini terjadi karena belum dilaksanakannya sosialisasi oleh pihak terkait dan belum diadakannya tempat khusus untuk merokok seperti yang tertuang pada peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok. Sementara itu dalam perspektif Siya<sah Tanfiz|iyah Syar’iyyah mengenai Kawasan Tanpa Rokok masih belum dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai ajaran agama islam, dikarenakan masih banyak masyarakat yang melanggar aturan yang sudah ditentukan tersebut ABSTRACT Smoking is an activity of smoking tobacco rolls wrapped in nipa leaves or paper which are burned then the smoke is put into the body and exhaled back out. In everyday life we can find people smoking in public places and even around our own neighborhoods. However, based on the Regional Regulation of Tulang Bawang Regency Number 6 of 2019 concerning NonSmoking Areas, there are several places designated as Non-Smoking Areas (KTR). Specifically health facilities, places of worship, sports facilities and, workplaces. Which is explained that everyone is prohibited from smoking in KTR based on Article 8 Paragraph 1 of the Regional Regulation of Tulang Bawang Regency Number 6 of 2019 concerning Non-Smoking Areas. Based on this background, the problem formulation in this study is How is the Implementation of Article 8 Paragraph 1 of the Regional Regulation of Tulang Bawang Regency Number 6 of 2019 concerning Non-Smoking Areas in Bumi Dipasena Agung Village, East Rawajitu District, Tulang Bawang Regency? The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Article 8 Paragraph 1 of the Regional Regulation of Tulang Bawang Regency Number 6 of 2019 concerning Smokefree Areas in Bumi Dipasena Agung Village, East Rawajitu District, Tulang Bawang Regency. This research uses the type of field research (field research), and the nature of this research is descriptive analytical. The data sources used are primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques are editing and systematizing data, then the data is analyzed using qualitative analysis methods with an inductive framework. The theory used is Siya<sah Tanfiz|iyah which is a science of state administration in Islam that discusses the implementation of legislation. The results showed that the implementation of the No Smoking Area (KTR) in Bumi Dipasena Agung Village, East Rawajitu Subdistrict, Tulang Bawang Regency has not been implemented optimally, especially in health service places, places of worship, sports venues, and workplaces, this is because socialization has not been carried out by related parties and there is no special place for smoking as stated in the Regional Regulation of Tulang Bawang Regency Number 6 of 2019 concerning No Smoking Areas. Meanwhile, in the perspective of Siya<sah Tanfiz|iyah Syar’iyyah regarding the No Smoking Area, it is still not implemented properly according to Islamic teachings, because there are still many people who violate the rules that have been determined

(II) Daryanto S.H MM In maintaining the quality of cold and frozen cargo conditions it is necessary to prevent temperature decreasing that cause cargo damage and container reefers engine trouble, because the cargo is cold and has the characteristic of being easily damaged by temperature changes. With this policy the author summarizes the problem of how the process of loading free and frozen loads at MV Tanro Bersatu and the factors causing damage to the cargo and what efforts are being undertaken to prevent the occurrence of damage. In writing this thesis is based on the author's observation on cold and frozen cargo load control procedures at MV Tanto Bersatu which is used in the research report and as a foundation to solve the problem. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Based on the research done by the author during screening at MV Tanto Bersatu. In the handling of frozen and frozen cargo at MV Tanto Bersatu there are problems that are not in accordance with the procedure. The problem is the lack of crew responsibilities for their individual duties and the absence of crew in assessing the risk conditions. The data were collected in the form of approaches to objects through observation, direct interviews on the subject and using documents and data related to the implementation of cold and frozen cargo handling control. It can be concluded that the electrician does not carry out its responsibilities in handling cold and frozen loads and boatswain as experienced personnel does not familiarize themselves with new crew.     Bangunan Sipil yang terdiri dari Bangunan Transportasi, Bangunan Gedung, bahkan Bangunan Air, pasti akan melakukan Sistem Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan Bangunan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar bangunan tersebut dapat memiliki umur yang panjang. Pemeliharaan Bangunan sendiri meliputi perawatan preventif (pencegahan), perawatan harian atau berkala (periodik) agar kinerja fasilitas tidak berkurang. Dengan adanya proses perawatan korektif / perbaikan, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menaikkan kinerja fasilitas yang telah turun akibat kerusakan-kerusakan saat pemakaian fasilitas tersebut pada kegiatan operasional. Oleh karena itu, akan direncanaan Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan Sisi Udara dengan studi kasus di Bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang ini. Dengan mempergunakan data-data yang telah diperoleh dari pihak PT. Angkasa Pura I Semarang Jawa Tengah, penulis akan lebih membahas tentang metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan. Pemeliharaan dan perbaikan Sisi Udara Bandara ini mengacu pada SKEP 78-VI-2005 dan KP 94 tahun 2015. Kerusakan yang terjadi di Sisi Udara Bandara ini banyak berupa kerusakan lapis permukaan kekerasan dan Rubber Deposit. Pekerjaan perbaikan ini menghabiskan waktu selama 9 hari kalender dengan peralatan berupa Roller, Hammer Jack, dan Water Compressor. Biaya perbaikan yang dibutuhkan sekitar Rp. 188.672.385,- ========================================================================================= Civil Building which consists of Transportation Building, Building Construction, and even Water Building Construction, will definitely do System Maintenance and Repair Building. This is mean that the building can have a long life. Building Maintenance itself includes preventive, daily or periodic maintenance for the performance of the facility is not reduced. With the corrective maintenance / repair process, this is intended to improve the performance of facilities that have been dropped due to damages during the operation of the facility. Therefore, it will be planned Maintenance and Repair with study case at Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. By using the data that has been obtained from the PT. Angkasa Pura I Semarang Central Java, the author will explain about the methods used to perform maintenance and repair. This research was conducted to eighth year students of SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak in academic year 2011/2012.The method of this research is classroom action researchThesubjectwas taken fromclass VIII C that consistsed of 30 students.The researcher acted as the teacher during the research period. The data were collected by using measurement and observation techniques and analyzed by describing the observation checklist, field note, and the students' score. The researcher conducted the research in three cycles. The research findings show that the mean score of students' reading comprehension test in the first cycle is 60.7, the second cycle is 63.3, and in the third cycle is68.1It means that students successfully pass the KriteriaKetuntasan Minimum (KKM) in this school that is65.This technique helped the students in understanding what the author meant and in drawing the conclusion from the narrative text given to them

    Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of the e-Filling system, self-assessment system, and understanding of taxpayers on WPOP compliance by requiring taxpayer awareness as an intervening variable.   In this study, the examiner examined WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gresik using independent variables, namely the e-Filling system, self-assessment system, taxpayer understanding and taxpayer awareness. Methodology/approach: The sample for this research is individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Gresik.   The sampling method used purposive sampling technique with a total of 75 respondents.  This study uses primary data obtained from respondents\u27 responses. This research data analysis uses the SmartPLS method. Findings: The results of this study prove that e-Filling has an impact on WPOP compliance, while the self-assessment system, taxpayer understanding, and taxpayer awareness have no impact on WPOP compliance.  Next, the self-assessment system has an impact on taxpayer awareness, while the e-Filling system and taxpayer understanding have no impact on taxpayer awareness. Then taxpayer awareness cannot mediate the relationship between the e-filing system, self-assessment system, and taxpayer understanding of individual taxpayer compliance. Practical and Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study can explain the Atribution theory. Attribution theory studies how a person processes an event and studies how a person understands the causes of their behavior. By using attribution theory in this research, this observation can explain the factors of the e-Filling system, Self Assessment System, and taxpayer understanding that influence increased WPOP compliance. Research Limitation: The author\u27s limitation is that the data collection process carried out via Google Form generally relies on voluntary participation from respondents, which can limit sample diversity. Recommendations for future researchers are that researchers can consider using more varied data collection methods, such as interviews, which allow for more control over the selection of respondents and can increase the representativeness of the sample

    Healthy living is the desire of every human being. Maintaining health involves disease prevention as well as ongoing physical and mental care. Health parameters such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and body temperature are important indicators of a person's physical and mental condition. A normal heart rate and oxygen levels are essential for efficient heart function, while body temperature can indicate a variety of health conditions. Currently, health checks are usually carried out by visiting health facilities such as hospitals, health centers, and so on, which are considered less effective because they take a lot of time. Although health checking tools such as pulse oximeters and digital thermometers are currently available, these tools can only display health information when used and the measurement data cannot be saved to a database for long-term monitoring. So, a health monitoring tool is needed that can be used personally to monitor the user's health periodically. In this research the author developed a mobile health monitoring application using the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework. This application is integrated with the MAX30102 oximeter sensor and MLX90614 temperature sensor via the Esp32 microcontroller with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication protocol. This system allows users to carry out personal health checks without being disturbed by daily routines, measurement data is displayed in real-time on the application and stored on the server for long-term monitoring. This research succeeded in developing a mobile IoT application with Esp32 to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and body temperature. Black box testing showed 100% success with measurement accuracy values of 95.55% for heart rate, 99.01% for oxygen saturation, and 99.269% for body temperature.ABSTRAKHidup sehat merupakan keinginan dari setiap manusia. Menjaga kesehatan melibatkan pencegahan penyakit serta perawatan fisik dan mental yang berkesinambungan. Parameter kesehatan seperti detak jantung, saturasi oksigen darah, dan suhu tubuh merupakan indikator penting kondisi fisik dan mental seseorang. Detak jantung dan kadar oksigen yang normal sangat penting untuk fungsi jantung yang efisien, sementara suhu tubuh dapat mengindikasikan berbagai kondisi kesehatan. Saat ini, pemeriksaan kesehatan biasanya dilakukan dengan mengunjungi fasilitas kesehatan seperti rumah sakit, puskesmas, dan sebagainya yang dinilai kurang efektif karena memakan banyak waktu. Meskipun saat ini tersedia alat pengecekan kesehatan seperti pulse oksimeter dan termometer digital, namun alat tersebut hanya dapat menampilkan informasi kesehatan ketika digunakan dan data hasil pengukuran tidak dapat disimpan ke database untuk dilakukan pemantauan jangka panjang. Maka, dibutuhkanlah alat pemantauan kesehatan yang dapat digunakan secara pribadi untuk memantau kesehatan pengguna secara berkala. Pada penelitian ini penulis mengembangkan aplikasi mobile monitoring kesehatan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart dan framework Flutter. Aplikasi ini terintegrasi dengan sensor oksimeter MAX30102 dan sensor suhu MLX90614 melalui mikrokontroler Esp32 dengan protokol komunikasi Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara pribadi tanpa terganggu rutinitas harian, data hasil pengukuran ditampilkan secara real-time pada aplikasi serta disimpan pada server untuk pemantauan jangka panjang.     The Covid 19 pandemic in almost all countries, including Indonesia, has negatively impacted the economic sector, especially the MSME business. The government has made various efforts to restore the Indonesian economy. Through the Directorate General of Taxes, under the authority of the Ministry of Finance, the government decided to provide tax incentives for taxpayers affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. This final income tax incentive is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 44 PMK/03/2020. This regulation focuses on Small and Medium Enterprises. Taxes are usually 0.5% of gross income that is self-paid or deducted or collected by withholders or collectors. However, with PMK-44/PMK.03/2020, the tax is borne by the government, which means that the income is not subjected to tax from April 2020 to December 2020. This study used a descriptive method. The data was collected through a literature study where the author evaluated the implementation of government regulatory policies regarding applying tax incentives for MSMEs affected by Covid-19. The purpose of providing tax incentives to MSMEs is to reduce their difficulty in meeting operational costs or expenses so that MSMEs can survive during the pandemic, as well as save the national economy and maintain financial system stability. The study results show that tax incentives and relaxation and the provision of tax incentives to the beneficiary sector MSME are productive and able to support the recovery of the national economy. These programs and tactical steps ensure that economic growth is maintained even though these programs are separate and unrelated to the spread of Covid-19, which can be controlled quickly

    Scalable teacher forcing network for semi-supervised large scale data streams

    The large-scale data stream problem refers to high-speed information flow which cannot be processed in scalable manner under a traditional computing platform. This problem also imposes expensive labelling cost making the deployment of fully supervised algorithms unfeasible. On the other hand, the problem of semi-supervised large-scale data streams is little explored in the literature because most works are designed in the traditional single-node computing environments while also being fully supervised approaches. This paper offers Weakly Supervised Scalable Teacher Forcing Network (WeScatterNet) to cope with the scarcity of labelled samples and the large-scale data streams simultaneously. WeScatterNet is crafted under distributed computing platform of Apache Spark with a data-free model fusion strategy for model compression after parallel computing stage. It features an open network structure to address the global and local drift problems while integrating a data augmentation, annotation and auto-correction (DA3) method for handling partially labelled data streams. The performance of WeScatterNet is numerically evaluated in the six large-scale data stream problems with only 25% label proportions. It shows highly competitive performance even if compared with fully supervised learners with 100% label proportions.Ministry of Education (MOE)This work is supported by Ministry of Education Republic of Singapore Tier 1 research grant.
