This research is aimed to determine whether classes taught using Tiktok have better results than classes taught without using Tiktok. Students today are familiar with Tiktok because of its easy and flexible access. By using Tiktok students can create their writings so that they are more interesting to read and can be seen by many people. This is a quasi-experimental research. The experimental group was taught using Tiktok and the control group was taught without using Tiktok. The author used a pre-test to find out that both groups had relatively the same background knowledge in the research variables and a post-test to find an increase in scores as a measure of achievement. The author uses tests to calculate and hypothesize.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kelas yang diajarkan menggunakan Tiktok memiliki hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas yang diajar tanpa menggunakan Tiktok. Siswa pada era sekarang banyak mengenal Tiktok karena aksesnya yang mudah dan fleksibel. Dengan menggunakan Tiktok siswa dapat mengreasikan hasil tulisannya agar lebih menarik untuk dibaca dan dapat dilihat banyak orang. Ini adalah penilitian quasi eksperimen. Kelompok eksperimen diajar dengan menggunakan Tiktok dan kelompok kontrol diajar tanpa menggunakan Tiktok. Penulis menggunakan pre-test untuk mengetahui bahwa kedua kelompok mempunyai latar belakang pengetahuan yang relatif sama dalam variable penelitian dan post-test untuk menemukan peningkatan nilai sebagai ukuran prestasi. Penulis menggunakan test untuk menghitung dan menghipotesis.

ANALISIS KOMPREHENSIF FRAUDULENT FINANCIAL REPORTING DENGAN VOUSINAS FRAUD HEXAGON THEORY
No full textKecurangan laporan keuangan merupakan tindakan disengaja dengan melakukan manipulasi data atau jumlah saldo yang ada dalam laporan keuangan Perusahaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen dengan tujuan untuk menyembunyikan kondisi Perusahaan yang sebenarnya dan memperoleh keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya. Salah satu cara untuk mendeteksi terjadinya kecurangan laporan keuangan adalah dengan menggunakan dimensi pada fraud hexagon. Sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif kecurangan laporan keuangan berdasarkan perspektif teori fraud hexagon yang terdiri dari enam dimensi yaitu tekanan, kapabilitas, kolusi, peluang, rasionalisasi dan arogansi. Dimensi tersebut diukur menggunakan proksi variabel external pressure, financial stability, ineffective monitoring, nature of industry, change in auditor, total accrual ratio, change of director, frequent number of CEO’s picture, dan state-owned enterprises. Kecurangan laporan keuangan diukur menggunakan Beneish M-Score model.
Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan Perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada tahun 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 10 Bank Umum Syariah dengan periode pengamatan 5 tahun sehingga menghasilkan 50 data observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi logistik dengan bantuan alat analisis SPSS 25.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa external pressure, nature of industry, dan total accrual ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Sedangkan financial stability, ineffective monitoring, change in auditor, change of director, frequent number of CEO’s picture dan state-owned enterprises tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan.

Analisis Wacana Perilaku Cyberbullying Dalam Film Budi Pekerti
No full textThe phenomenon of cyberbullying, which is rampant on social media, has now extended into the film industry by incorporating elements of cyberbullying to enhance the film's appeal. One example of a film that integrates cyberbullying behavior into its scenes is "Budi Pekerti," directed by Wregas Bhanuteja. This study aims to examine the discourse of cyberbullying behavior in the film "Budi Pekerti" by Wregas Bhanuteja. The film "Budi Pekerti" becomes intriguing as cyberbullying is perceived negatively in society yet portrayed within its scenes, adding commercial value to the film. The reality of cyberbullying discourse, initially viewed negatively by society, is gradually normalizing within the community's current environment. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The author employs discourse analysis using the concept of the categorization of cyberbullying proposed by Williard. Data collection involves documentary study of the film "Budi Pekerti" through non-participant observation and literature review from various sources such as books, internet, and mass media. From the findings, it is evident that in the film "Budi Pekerti" by Wregas Bhanuteja, cyberbullying discourse is conveyed through various behaviors such as harassment, defamation, provocative content, stalking, dissemination of personal information, and exclusion in several scenes. The filmmakers direct their discourse as a means of education but presented implicitly within the film. This discourse is motivated by the filmmakers' concern over the prevalent phenomenon of cyberbullying in today's social media landscape
Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Sikap Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Panca Budi Medan

and Attitudes toward teachers performance on SMP Panca Budi Medan. The
population of this research were 30 teachers at the junior Panca Budi Medan. The
sample in this study using nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling method
that consists of 30 teachers SMP Panca Budi Medan. Data analysis technique used
is descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis techniques.
Data were collected through interviews, the question, and documentation study.
The reason researchers conducted this study because of the phenomenon that the
communication and attitude of junior high school teachers Panca Budi Terrain
perceived by students not so good, because of the results of pre-survey conducted
by the author, the students respond less well to communication and attitude of
their teachers. Supposedly the students feel good communication and also the
attitude of teachers who demonstrate a high commitment to demand better school
objectives achieved and not just get good grades alone but science presented the
teachers can continue to be remembered and not disappear when home from
school
On the results of the study showed that simultaneously Communication
and attitude is positive and significant impact on teacher performance on SMP

The type of research method used by the author is a descriptive method, namely by discussing the developmental psychology of junior high school students, the themes of PAK and Budi Pekerti according to the Ministry of Education and Culture, exploring character values based on the fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22-23. Then, in the end, the author will implement these character values into the PAK and Budi Pekerti curriculum that has been prepared by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud)

This research is a descriptive qualitative study, in data collection this research was carried out by observation and interview techniques. While in the analysis the author uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of written or oral data from the teacher and the school conditions observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is describing thoroughly about the actual situation. The results of the research that the author did at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru Kindergarten can be conveyed that the implementation of the sociodrama method can increase student activity and role play even though the time spent is not effective in class. The constraints faced in implementing the sociodrama method are the presence of external and internal factors, especially facilities and infrastructure that are not sufficient for the optimal learning proces

Budi Luhur Store is a retail business that sells various necessities such as groceries, personal hygiene products, and household items. Currently, the sales system at Budi Luhur Store is still manual system, using book for record-keeping. The recorded inventory levels often do not match the actual stock sold, making it difficult to determine total payment and income, which can lead to errors. Payments are only made through conventional transactions. The main objective of this research is to implement a web-based sales information system integrated with online payment at Budi Luhur Store, which can be utilized by both the store owner and customer. Extreme Programming (XP) is one of the well-known processes within the Agile methodology. The result of the research conducted by the author indicate that implementing an automated web-based system accessible across various devices has been successful. Multiple online payment methods are available, making it easier for customers to complete transactions. The conclusion is that the implementation of a web-based sales information system at Budi Luhur Store has provided easiness in business operations. No full textLiterature is the result of individual thought which is closely related to social life. It functions as a mirror of the social environment, even though it is presented in fictional form. In this context, the short story Orang-Orang Bloomington by Budi Darma becomes the object of analysis in the study of literary sociology according to Ian Watt. This research aims to describe: External Factors of the Author: Identifying the influence of external factors in the creation of the literary work Budi Darma. Background of the Author: Exploring the background of the author which influences the ideas in the short story. Reflection of Social Reality: Analyze how social reality in Bloomington is reflected in the work. The approach used is qualitative, with the main data source from the short stories Bloomington People. Data was collected through literature studies and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research showed that: The story was written when Budi Darma was in Bloomington, USA, reflecting realistic social conditions, including the violence of life. The social function of literature is identified as renewal and reform, entertainment, and a means of education for society. This work invites people to care more about the surrounding environment and provides informative entertainment through character illustrations. Overall, this short story not only functions as entertainment but also as a reflection and lesson for people about life.Sastra merupakan hasil pemikiran individu yang berkaitan erat dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Ia berfungsi sebagai cermin lingkungan sosial, meskipun disajikan dalam bentuk fiksi. Dalam konteks ini, cerpen Orang-Orang Bloomington karya Budi Darma menjadi objek analisis dalam kajian sosiologi sastra menurut Ian Watt. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: Faktor Eksternal Pengarang: Mengidentifikasi pengaruh faktor eksternal dalam penciptaan karya sastra Budi Darma.Latar Belakang Pengarang: Menelusuri latar belakang pengarang yang mempengaruhi ide-ide dalam cerpen tersebut. Cerminan Realitas Sosial: Menganalisis bagaimana realitas sosial di Bloomington tercermin dalam karya tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan sumber data utama dari cerpen Orang-Orang Bloomington. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Cerita ditulis saat Budi Darma berada di Bloomington, AS, mencerminkan kondisi sosial yang realistis, termasuk kekerasan kehidupan. Fungsi sosial sastra teridentifikasi sebagai pembaharuan dan perombakan, penghibur, serta sarana pendidikan bagi masyarakat. Karya ini mengajak masyarakat untuk lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitar dan menyajikan hiburan yang informatif melalui ilustrasi karakter. Secara keseluruhan, cerpen ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan tetapi juga sebagai refleksi dan pembelajaran bagi masyarakat mengenai kehidupan di luar negeri

No full textInadequate infrastructure and facilities can have a detrimental effect on teacher effectiveness and student learning motivation. Therefore, schools need to have a structured and sustainable facilities and infrastructure management system. In this case, the school should continuously analyse the facilities and infrastructure management system that has been implemented at SMP Panca Budi Medan and identify areas that need improvement. In this research, the author uses Qualitative Research Method by using observation approach and conducting direct interview with the Principal to find out information about facilities and infrastructure in SMP Panca Budi.The instrument used in this research is using observation sheet which consists of four aspects, namely: Based on the results of observations carried out at SMP Panca Budi Medan, there are several things that can be concluded, namely: the availability of facilities and infrastructure in the school is complete; the condition of the available facilities is good after comparing the availability and ideal needs; the condition of the available infrastructure is good, although there is one aspect that needs to be added, namely toilets; and that SMP Panca Budi Medan already has inventory documents and long-term development planning so that it will facilitate school development
The Author\u27s View on the Anthology of Short Stories Tukar Takdir by Valiant Budi for the Utilization of Literary Learning
No full textThis research is motivated by the limited use of literary works, especially short story anthologies, as a medium for revealing the author\u27s worldview in the context of literary learning. The focus of this research is the short story anthology Tukar Takdir by Valiant Budi, which is considered representative of contemporary Indonesian society\u27s collective consciousness. The purpose of this research is to describe the author\u27s worldview in the anthology by examining the story structure, character conflicts, and cultural symbols used. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through document analysis, observation, and interviews, and validity is established through theoretical triangulation. Data analysis is carried out using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and result verification. The main data of this research are the texts of the short stories in Tukar Takdir and supporting documentation from the author and readers. The results of this research show that the author\u27s worldview is reflected in the character conflicts and the storyline that depicts the dialectic between individual fate and social structure. This finding confirms that literary works are not only aesthetic but also represent ideology and social awareness, serving as a medium for critical learning. In conclusion, Tukar Takdir is not just an anthology of short stories but rather a representation of the author\u27s worldview, relevant to contemporary social problems, and with great potential to support reflective, dialogical, and transformative literary learning
