Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Dan Pengaruh filsafat rekonstruksionisme terhadap pendidikan IPS di sekolah dasar yaitu dengan adanya perubahan rancangan kurikulum, metode, media, azas belajar, budaya dan sumber belajar ke arah yang lebih progresif yang dianggap mampu menjawab tantangan zaman, dan pendidikan harus memadukan antara daya nalar, pikir, akal dan rasio dengan hati yang menjadi patokan dan ukuran tingkah laku manusia dengan iman dan ketaqwaannya kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Aliran rekonstruksionisme dianggap cocok untuk dunia pendidikan yang lebih baik karena aliran ini bepikir bagaimana kita mampu menciptakan Sumber Daya Manusia yang sanggup bersaing di era modernisasi yang tidak hanya cerdas dalam bidang pengetahuan tetapi memiliki keterampilan dan sikap yang baik. Selain itu aliran ini menekankan bahwa peserta didik sebagai sasaran utama dalam pendidikan. Peserta didik dituntut untuk lebih aktif dalam mengemukakan pendapatnya dan pemikirannya dalam pemecahan suatu masalah. Jadi peran guru disini hanya sebagai fasilitator bukan yang banyak memberiakan pemecahan solusi suatu masalah. Mitomycin C modulation of corneal wound healing after photorefractive keratectomy in highly myopic eyes.

Abstract
PURPOSE: To evaluate the role of topical mitomycin C in corneal wound healing (CWH) after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) in highly myopic eyes.
DESIGN: Prospective, double-masked, randomized clinical trial.
PARTICIPANTS: Seventy-two eyes of 36 patients affected by high (>7 diopters) myopia.
METHODS: In each patient, one eye was randomly assigned to PRK with intraoperative topical 0.02% mitomycin C application, and the fellow eye was treated with a placebo. Postoperatively, mitomycin C-treated eyes received artificial tears (3 times daily, tapered in 3 months), whereas the fellow eye was treated with fluorometholone sodium 2% and artificial tears (3 times daily, tapered in 3 months).
MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) and best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), contrast sensitivity, manifest refraction, and biomicroscopy. Contrast sensitivity was determined using the Pelli-Robson chart. Corneal confocal microscopy documented CWH.
RESULTS: Mean follow-up was 18 months (range, 12-36). No side effects or toxic effects were documented. At 12-month follow-up examination, UCVAs (logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution) were 0.4+/-0.48 and 0.5+/-0.53 (P = .03) in mitomycin C-treated eyes and corticosteroid-treated eyes, respectively. At 1 year, corneal haze developed in 20% of corticosteroid-treated eyes, versus 0% of mitomycin C-treated eyes. At 12, 24, and 36 months, corneal confocal microscopy showed activated keratocytes and extracellular matrix significantly more evident in untreated eyes (Ps = 0.004, 0.024, and 0.046, respectively).
CONCLUSION: Topical intraoperative application of 0.02% mitomycin C can reduce haze formation in highly myopic eyes undergoing PRK.

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya tingkat kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam yang rendah sehingga diperlukan upaya bantuan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam pada kelas VIII C SMP 2 Jekulo Kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013?. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1. Mendeskripsikan kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib berseragam sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok, 2. Menemukan peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP 2 Jekulo Kudus tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.
Kegunaan penelitian ini adalah 1. Kegunaan Teoritis: Hasil dari layanan bimbingan kelompok ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan teori bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam. Kegunaan Praktis: 1). Bagi Kepala Sekolah, Dapat digunakan sebagai acuan program pendidikan di sekolah, khususnya peningkatan program bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam. 2). Bagi Konselor Sekolah, Sebagai pedoman dalam memberikan bimbingan kelompok kaitannya dengan meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam. 3). Bagi Siswa, sebagai upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam disekolah. 4). Bagi Peneliti, dapat diperoleh pengalaman dan pengetahuan baru. Hipotesis Penelitian ini adalah: “Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dapat Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Terhadap Tata TertibBerseragam Pada Siswa Kelas VIII C SMP 2 Jekulo Kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013”.
Subyek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII C, sebanyak 8 siswa yang mempunyai kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam yang rendah berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi. Variabel penelitian: Bimbingan Kelompok (Variabel bebas) dan Kepatuhan Terhadap Tata Tertib Berseragam (Variabel terikat). Metode pengumpulan data metode pokok observasi, metode pendukung yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan 2 siklus, setiap siklus 3 pertemuan membahas 3 materi dengan alokasi waktu 45 menit.
Berdasarkan hasil observasi sebelum tindakan bimbingan kelompok kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam siswa rendah dan masuk dalam kategori
kurang dengan skor rata-rata 20,3. Setelah diberi layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siklus I, Kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib siswa meningkat menjadi kategori cukup dengan skor rata-rata 30,2 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 9,9. Sedangkan pada siklus II kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam siswa terus meningkat menjadi kategori baik dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 42 terjadi peningkatan 11,8. Hal ini menunjukkan layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP 2 Jekulo Kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013.
Hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP 2 Jekulo Kudus. Melihat temuan di lapangan, peneliti memberikan saran kepada: 1. Kepala sekolah hendaknya memberikan kebijakan kepada guru BK agar memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok. 2. Konselor hendaknya dapat lebih banyak memprogramkan layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk memotivasi siswa agar memanfaatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok sebagai tempat untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib berseragam. 3. A Multi-Language Comparison of Influences on Author Verification using Character N-Grams

Automatic Vitamin C Level Measuring Device with Internet of Things Aciid- Aciid Titration Method
In the digital era, monitoring and measuring nutrient levels is becoming increasingly important to ensure the quality and safety of food products. This research develops an automatic vitamin C level measuring device using the acid-acid titration method integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system is designed to perform manual. This tool uses a pH sensor to detect the titration endpoint, an ESP32 microcontroller to control the titration process, and an IoT module for data communication. Test results show that the device is capable of measuring vitamin C levels with high accuracy and good consistency. Integration with IoT enables remote monitoring and digital storage of data, providing significant gains in efficiency and reliability of the measurement process.
