This study aims to describe the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan. The population in this study is 72 (seventy two) and the sample is 72 using census technique. Research respondents are employees at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan, which are 72 (seventy two) employees. The data research instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Park Gleyser test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, multiple linear reliability coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or test. Based on a partial analysis, transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan. This study aims to describe the effect of human resource quality, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan for 6 (six) months starting from May 2020 to November 2020. This study uses simple random sampling. The research subject was carried out on the employees of Grand Cityhall Medan. with a population of 439 people. The population study used a simple random sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from the variables of the quality of human resources, work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance. The data analysis technique used was the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the descriptive analysis in the variables of human resource quality, work discipline, and organizational culture are in the very good category, while the employee performance variables are in the very good category. The results of the descriptive analysis for the variables of human resource quality, work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance are in the very good category, at Grand Cityhall Medan. Based on a partial analysis, the quality of human resources, work discipline, and organization has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, work discipline, and organization have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan. Perbandingan Pelarutan Cuplikan Dengan Metoda Konvensional dan Microwave
ABSTRAK Diterangkan kelemahan sistem pelarutan cuplikan dengan metoda konvesional: membutuhkan waktu yang cukup banyak, merusak lingkungan, dan membutuhkan banyak perhatian selama pelarutan dilakukan, memerlukan lemari asam khusus untuk cuplikan biologi dan dan botani. Sebaliknya pelarutan cuplikan padat dengan metoda maju (tungku microwave) hanya membutuhkan waktu yang singkat, tidak merusak lingkungan, dan tidak membutuhkan banyak perhatian. ABSTRACT It is clarified that the weakness of conventional method in sample dissolution are time consuming, environmental destruction, and it requires a lot of attention during dissolution, as well as a need of a special fumes hood for biological and botanical samples. On the other hand, dissolution of solid samples using microwave method is not time-consuming and environment-friendly. This method does not need much attention such as in conventional method
REACTION RESULT PREDICTION OF UO<sub>2</sub> OXIDATION IN THERMOGRAVIMETRIC USE OF REGRESSION POLYNOMIAL
Thermogravimetric curve of UO2 oxidation reaction with oxygen from room temperature 25 oC to 425 oC had been depicted in three dimensions. The temperature oxidation reaction of UO2 sample was arranged 5 oC / minute and it was found that increasing of sample weight was 1.3 mg. Uranium dioxide (UO2) had not been reacted yet, reacted UO2, UO3 and U3O8 as the result of oxidation reaction were depicted in three dimensions. The nonlinear relationshps between temperature and time of oxidation reaction of UO2 were simulated in three dimensions using MATLAB Version 5.3 software version.

APPLICATION IRON AND ALUMINUM ELECTRODES IN EMISSION SPECTROGRAPH FOR ANALYZING BORON AND CADMIUM IN URANIUM NUCLEAR FUEL
ABSTRACT APPLICATION OF IRON AND ALUMINUM ELECTRODES IN SPECTROGRAPH EMISSION FOR ANALYZING BORON AND CADMIUM IN URANIUM NUCLEAR FUEL. Analysis of boron and cadmium in nuclear fuel was carried out using iron and aluminum electrodes as well as X-ray film photographic for thorax in emission spectrograph. DC arc excitation source could not be used for iron and aluminum electrodes, since both electrodes melt even at current less than 10 ampere and excitation time less than 2 seconds. AC sparks excitation source using iron and aluminum electrodes could be used for analyzing boron and cadmium after extraction of uranium in nuclear fuel using TBP-kerosene solution. Graphite electrode was also utilized to analyze boron and cadmium with ac sparks method for comparison. X-ray film photographic for thorax was used to replace glass photographic film SA-1. Halogens elements could not be analyzed using this method because they needed higher temperature for excitation. Calibration curves for boron and cadmium were prepared for each electrode for quantitative analysis, sensitivity calculation and detection limit. It was found that the sensitivity for cadmium metal using aluminum electrode was higher than that using iron electrode, even with respect to graphite electrode. Limit of detection of cadmium using aluminum electrode was the lowest although its intercept was the highest. On the other hand, limit of detection of boron using graphite electrode was the lowest but its intercept was the highest. Analisis boron dan kadmium dalam bahan bakar nuklir dilakukan menggunakan elektrode besi dan aluminium serta pelat film sinar-X untuk toraks pada spektrografi emisi. Sumber eksitasi dc arc tidak dapat digunakan untuk elektrode besi dan aluminium karena kedua elektrode tersebut meleleh meskipun arus kurang dari 10 A dan waktu eksitasi kurang dari 2 detik. Sumber eksitasi ac sparks menggunakan elektrode besi dan aluminium dapat digunakan untuk analisis boron dan kadmium setelah uranium dalam bahan bakar nuklir diekstraksi menggunakan larutan TBP-kerosin. Elektrode grafit juga digunakan untuk analisis boron dan kadmium dengan menggunakan sumber eksitasi ac sparks sebagai perbandingan. Pelat film sinar-X untuk toraks digunakan untuk menggantikan film gelas fotografi SA-1. Unsur-unsur halogen tidak dapat dianalisis dengan metode ini karena unsur-unsur halogen membutuhkan suhu yang lebih tinggi untuk eksitasi. Kurva kalibrasi untuk boron dan kadmium dibuat untuk setiap elektrode untuk analisis kuantitatif, perhitungan sensitivitas dan batas deteksi. Hasil menunjukkan sensitivitas untuk logam kadmium menggunakan elektrode aluminium lebih tinggi dibandingkan elektrode besi, bahkan terhadap elektrode grafit. Batas deteksi kadmium menggunakan elektrode aluminium paling rendah tetapi nilai titik potongnya paling tinggi. This study aims to determine the effect of working environment, job promotion and compensation on the employee’s performance at CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan. This research is conducted at CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan for 8 (eight) months periode of time, starting from January 2019 until August 2019. This study is using stratified random sampling method. The population in this study is the employees in CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan as many as 106 people. The number of sample obtained is 84 people. Methods of data collection in this study is using questionnaires to collect the data for working environment, job promotion, compensation and employee’s performance variable. The technique of data analysis used is validation test, reliability test, description analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient testhypotesis test partially and simultaneously and coefficient determination. From the description analysis of working environment, job promotion, compensation and employee’s performance variable have been in good category. Partially, working environment, job promotion and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance in CV. ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN VISIONER, KOMPETENSI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITIAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ALFO CITRA ABADI MEDAN
This research aims to explore the influence of visionary leadership, competence, and work stress on employee productivity at PT. Alfo Citra Abadi Medan. The study involves 107 employees selected through simple random sampling from a total population of 147 in the production division. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through various tests, including validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, Glejser, normality, multiple linear analysis, linear correlation coefficient, partial hypothesis (t-test), simultaneous hypothesis (F-test), and determination coefficient calculation. Descriptive analysis results indicate that visionary leadership, competence, and work stress at PT. Alfo Citra Abadi Medan are considered satisfactory. Partial analysis reveals positive and significant influences of visionary leadership and competence on employee productivity, while work stress negatively and significantly affects productivity. Simultaneously, visionary leadership, competence, and work stress collectively have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity, explaining 41.5% of the variation, with the remaining 58.5% influenced by unexamined variables like motivation and work environment

ANALYSIS OF BORON, CADMIUM AND IRON IN THORIUM NITRATE BY ICP-AES METHOD AFTER MATRIX SEPARATION USING TRIBUTYL PHOSPHATE
ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF BORON, CADMIUM AND IRON IN THORIUM NITRATE SOLUTION BY ICP–AES METHOD AFTER MATRIX SEPARATION USE OF TRIBUTYL PHOSPHATE. Analysis impurities elements in aqueous phase after thorium extraction with TBP-kerosen by ICP-AES method were carried out. A series of synthesized standards mixture of boron, cadmium and iron were prepared and each standards were measured 7 (seven) replicates for each elements for setting up calibration curve of boron, cadmium and iron. Aqueous samples solutions containing thorium less than 100 ppm and impurities elements boron, cadmium and iron solutions were analyzed by ICP-AES. All impurities elements were analyzed in optimum condition. It was found that minimum detection limit for boron 0.5 ppm, for cadmium 0.4 ppm and for iron 0.2 ppm. Boron, in three of the five samples, could be detected their presence but it could not be quantified statistically, and in two other samples their presence could be detected and quantified statistically. Boron concentrations were also calculated by first and second order of calibration curve and the difference between them was also depicted. It was found that cadmium had lower concentration than its minimum detection limit in all samples. On the other hand, It was found that iron had higher concentration than its minimum detection limit in all samples. Boron concentrations were also calculated by deterministic and probabilistic model. It was found that range of lower and upper concentration as a result of the prediction formula calculation is the widest and the shortest interval is caused by confidence formula, meanwhile samples measured seven times is closed to confidence formula. ABSTRAK ANALISIS BORON, KADMIUM DAN BESI DI DALAM LARUTAN TORIUM NITRAT DENGAN METODA ICP-AES SETELAH PEMISAHAN MATRIKS MENGGUNAKAN TRI BUTIL FOSFAT. Telah dilakukan analisis unsur-unsur takmurnian di dalam fasa air setelah ekstraksi torium dengan campuran TBP-kerosin menggunakan metoda ICP-AES. Satu seri larutan standar sintesis yang terdiri dari campuran boron, kadmium dan besi dan setiap standar diukur 7 (tujuh) kali untuk setiap unsur dipersiapkan untuk membuat kurva kalibrasi setiap unsur. Larutan cuplikan yang mengandung torium lebih kecil dari 100 ppm dan unsur–unsur takmurnian dianalisis dengan ICP-AES. Semua unsur takmurnian dianalisis dalam kondisi optimum. Didapatkan batas deteksi minimum untuk boron 0,5 ppm, kadmium 0,4 ppm dan besi 0,2 ppm. Keberadaan boron, di dalam tiga cuplikan dari lima cuplikan tidak dapat ditentukan secara kuantitatif dan dua cuplikan lainnya terdeteksi dan dapat ditentukan secara kuantitatif. Konsentrasi boron juga ditentukan dengan menggunakan kurva kalibrasi orde pertama dan kedua dan perbedaannya juga digambarkan. Didapatkan bahwa kandungan unsur kadmium lebih rendah daripada batas deteksi untuk kelima cuplikan. Sebaliknya, didapatkan bahwa kandungan unsur besi pada semua cuplikan lebih besar daripada batas deteksinya. Konsentrasi boron juga dihitung dengan menggunakan model deterministik dan probalilistik. Diperoleh hasil bahwa kisaran konsentrasi antara yang paling rendah dan paling tinggi sebagai hasil dari model prediksi merupakan interval terluas dan lebih sempit jika digunakan model konfidens (kepercayaan), sedangkan cuplikan yang diukur tujuh kali diselesaikan dengan model kepercayaan.
