Kata Kunci: Katalog, Ilustrasi, Gamelan Jawa, Jawa TimurGamelan merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia berupa musik tradisional yang merujuk pada instrumennya. ‘Gamelan Jawa Etnis Jawa Timur’ merupakan seperangkat alat musik gaya Jawa Timur yang terdiri dari gong, kempul, saron, gambang, bonang dan alat musik lainnya yang dimainkan secara bersama-sama untuk membentuk sebuah harmoni.Apresiasi remaja sangat kurang terhadap warisan budaya khususnya musik tradisional. Kurangnya media informasi tentang gamelan Jawa Timur merupakan masalah utama. Karenanya mereka memandang bahwa gamelan hanya alat musik kuno yang tertinggal zaman. Katalog berbasis ilustrasi merupakan suatu solusi media informasi untuk mengenalkan gamelan pada remaja masa kini. Melalui media tersebut, diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi dan menjadi pengingat kembali akan warisan budaya berupa gamelan serta dapat menjadi solusi untuk pelestarian musik tradisional agar dapat diwariskan kepada generasi selanjutnya.Model Perancangan yang digunakan yaitu model prosedural yang bersifat deskriptif, diawali dengan perumusan masalah untuk mendapatkan tujuan perancangan. Data yang diperoleh terdiri dari data primer yang didapat langsung dari observasi dan wawancara, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku-buku cetak, e-book, dan website. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa media utama dan media promosi yang bertema gamelan Jawa Etnis Jawa Timur. Judul media utama dari perancangan ini adalah “Katalog Gamelan Jawa Etnis Jawa Timur”. Media utama membahas penjelasan tentang gamelan, sejarah singkat, instrumen gamelan serta istilah terkait dalam gamelan. Juga dihasilkan beberapa media promosi untuk mendukung kegiatan promosi perancangan katalog ini diantaranya x-banner, poster, pamflet, iklan majalah, dan spanduk (banner horizontal)

People as social figure needs the means of communication to interact with each other to express their thoughts, ideas, feelings, and emotions which are commonly named language. Language as a resource for making meaning which is situated in a context of situation and context of culture. The two contexts of text are how language is used and its effect. Words and vocabulary are important to create the understanding of text. Beside vocabulary, grammar is used in constructing text. We need a theory of grammar or language which helps us understand how texts work. So, this research discusses process types used in Business Column of the Jakarta Globe Online Newspaper in January 2013 Edition
In this research, there are two objectives of the research. They are to find out the process types are used and to describe the fields in Business Column of the Jakarta Globe Online Newspaper in January 2013 Edition.
The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. Whereas, the data of this research is the process types in the form of clause and the data source of this research is articles in Business Column of the Jakarta Globe Online Newspaper in January 2013 Edition. In this case, the writer takes four articles which takes one business article issue per week that are representative randomly. They are issued in January 3 2013, January 9 2013, January 21 2013, and January 23 2013. Meawhile, The fields are gotten and concluded by analyzing the types of process.
Based on the analyzing of this research, the writer finds the types of process that are used in Business Column of the Jakarta Globe Online Newspaper in January 2013 Edition are material process, behavioural process, mental process, verbal process, and relational process. Existential process doesn’t take part in text. And the fields of the texts, the witer describes the first article about Maximizing the utilization of renewable energy like geothermal for electricity by Pertamina, the second article about Canceling plans for a Singapore joint venture by AirAsia, the third article about Planning sell bonds to help finance and to offer more loans by Bank OCBC NISP, and the fourth article about Boosting number of data subscribers to diversify revenue by Telkomsel.
Then, the writer states some suggestions which are addressed to lecturers, students, and the further researcher which formulated as follows: (1) For the lecturers: they can use the process types of transitivity system to find the field of the text based on the context situation as the subject of lecturing in which their students need to use the target language as the subject material in lecturing. (2) For the students: they can use the article as media to be an object of study especially in analyzing process types of functional grammar subject. (3) For the further researcher: they can use the process types of transitivity and the field of register variable in analyzing the article to know the writer means

Every business actor, whether individual or legal entity, is required to participate in bearing the burden of the state, namely by being involved in fulfilling his obligations as a Taxpayer. One example of a business activity that is required to deposit and report taxes owed is MSMEs. Final PPh for MSME tax is a tax on income (turnover) from businesses received or earned by the Taxpayer. Final PPh is specifically imposed on taxpayers who have a gross turnover or turnover of less than IDR 4.8 billion in a year. This study aims to determine the application of the appropriate Final PPh Tariff for Building Materials Shop X as a MSME Taxpayer. The results show that Building Materials Shop X has the right to apply Tariffs based on Government Regulation No. 46 of 2013 and its amendments to Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018. For the application of the general tariff that applies at 25%, the payable value is quite low when applied to Building Materials Store X compared to with the previous rule, namely with a difference of Rp. 4,548,854.9

the unpreparedness of the cargo tank will result in losses for the company. In
carrying out the loading on ship MT. Sinar Jogya there are some problems, that is
why there is a delay the process of discharging and loading, and why efforts
should be made to prevent damage charge, because of that heed to fast handing
for that problem to make a efisien loading on time,that is with away of be fourd
loading equipment was damage, must quickly replace with new equipment and
doing maintenance to equipment.
Remember is important to fungtion of loading equipment and tank
liearing realization so exsistance of loading equipmentto be in good treatment
and doing tank clearing compair with the prosedure,in this minithesis
writing,writer us kualitatif metode with abservational analitic approach of
problem,that with monitor the activity and doing live interview to crew ship MT.

To carry out maintenance tool routinely loading and increase accuracy
in work. So the company does’t lose operational disruption caused by ships, by
the end chart paper the author presents conclusions and suggestion.

Pengaruh Penerapan Manajemen Pengetahuan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Perkakas Rekadaya Nusantara (PRN) Subang
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberi gambaran mengenai manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkakas Rekadaya Nusantara Subang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik inferensial dan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS 20.0 for windows.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan dan kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil perhitungan korelasi, variabel manajemen pengetahuan (X) memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi sedang dengan variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi sederhana diketahui bahwa 18,2% kinerja karyawan PT. Perkakas Rekadaya Nusantara Subang dipengaruhi oleh manajemen pengetahuan. Selanjutnya sisanya 81,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Karena manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, maka saran untuk perusahaan sebaiknya perusahaan lebih baik dalam penerapan manajemen pengetahuan karena manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. ---------- Pravita Indriani. This study aims to identify and provide an overview of knowledge management on the performance of employees at PT. Perkakas Rekadaya Nusantara Subang. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey method. Sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study are inferential statistical analysis and simple linear regression with SPSS 20.0 for Windows.
The results showed that knowledge management and employee performance in middle category. The calculation result of correlation, knowledge management variable (X) has a positive relationship with the classifications being with variable employee performance (Y). The calculation result of simple regression analysis known that 18.2% the performance of employees of PT. Perkakas Rekadaya Nusantara Subang influenced by knowledge management. Furthermore, the remaining 81.8% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author. Because knowledge management has an influence on the performance of employees, the advice for companies should be better company in the implementation of knowledge management for knowledge management has an influence on employee performance improvement

Get PDFRINGKASANNilam merupakan salah satu tanaman penghasil minyak atsiri yang penting bagi Indonesia karena merupakan komoditas ekspor yang cukup mendatangkan devisa Negara. Harga merupakan salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam memasarkan suatu produk. Kebijakan peningkatan produksi dan luas lahan nilam harus diikuti dengan harga yang sesuai. Informasi harga salah satu faktor penting dalam pasar komoditas minyak nilam baik di Aceh maupun di Indonesia. Akibat dari informasi harga yang tidak memadai adalah pedagang perantara (middleman) menyalahgunakan kekuatan pasar (market power) untuk dapat menekan harga minyak nilam di Aceh, akibatnya petani tidak dapat menikmati keuntungan yang seharusnya di peroleh oleh petani. Hal itu juga yang membuat petani nilam tidak maju dan tetap pada golongan ekonomi menengah kebawah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang hubungan harga nilam di tingkat petani, koperasi/pedagang pengumpul, eksportir dan internasional, karena integrasi antara harga nilam pada satu tingkat dengan tingkat yang lainnya akan menggambarkan tingkat efisiensi pasar nilam dengan menggunakan Error Correction Model (ECM). Sebelum masuk ke tahap pengujian ECM, diperlukan untuk melakukan pengujian stasioneritas data untuk mengetahui stasioneritas data time series yang digunakan, lalu kointegrasi untuk melihat apakah kedua harga tersebut terkointegrasi atau tidak. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian kausalitas untuk mengetahui arah integrasi pasar.Hasil penelitian dalam uji kointegrasi integrasi pasar minyak nilam mempunyai dua persamaan yang mempunyai kointegrasi yaitu (1) Harga minyak nilam di tingkat petani (lnpf) dengan harga minyak nilam di tingkat koperasi/pedagang pengumpul (lnpc); (2) Harga minyak nilam di tingkat eksportir (lnpx) dengan harga minyak nilam di tingkat internasional (lnpi). Hasil uji kausalitas menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan kausalitas dua arah pada persamaan kointegrasi lnpf dengan lnpc namun lebih berpengaruh hubungan lnpc ke lnpf. Sedangkan pada persamaan kointegrasi lnpx dengan lnpi mempunyai hubungan satu arah yaitu lnpi ke lnpx.Hasil uji Error Correction Model (ECM) pada dua persamaan kointegrasi menunjukkan bahwa persamaan kointegrasi (1) lnpf dengan lnpc mempunyai nilai persamaan kointegrasi positif dan kecepatan penyesuaian (?) adalah -36,003. Artinya ketika harga minyak nilam ditingkat petani (lnpf) berada diatas ekuilibrium maka lnpf tersebut akan cepat turun ke ekuilibrium dengan kecepatan penyesuaian -36,003. (2) lnpx dengan lnpi mempunyai nilai persamaan kointegrasi positif dan kecepatan penyesuaian (?) adalah -1,785. Artinya ketika harga minyak nilam di tingkat eksportir (lnpx) berada diatas ekuilibrium maka harga minyak nilam ditingkat eksportir (lnpx) akan cepat turun ke ekuilibrium dengan kecepatan penyesuaian -1,785
Students’ Errors in Using the Simple Present Tense at Polytechnic ATI Padang
Get PDFThe research aimed at analyzing the errors in using simple present tense at Logistics Management of Agro-Industry of Polytechnic ATI Padang. A qualitative method with descriptive approach was applied. The samples were 15% of 153 total students or 23 students. Data were collected through the writing test; namely, descriptive essay. The results show that many students commit errors in using the simple present tense. The errors are classified into four types: omission, addition, misinformation, and misordering. There are 107 errors with the highest number that is omission (61 errors or 57%). Misinformation is in second place with 29 errors (27,1%). The error of addition gains 11,2 % with 12 errors. The lowest error is misordering, which gains 4,7% with only five errors. In conclusion, the most dominant error made by the students is omission with 57% and misordering is the lowest one with 4,7%. Therefore, the lecturers are expected to improve the teaching strategies in teaching simple present tense to reduce the numbers of students’ errors
