No full text- This methodology tools approach was conducted to design an analysis for the development of community-based tourism areas planning. The initial condition of an area needs to be determined first in a measurable quantitatively manner so that its development and goals can be established and more easily being evaluated. The variables used are elements in a tourism business activity, namely: Marketibility, Sustainability, Participatory, and Disaster Mitigation (MSP + DM). The conversion of several variables quantitatively becomes a value scale to measure of the attractions and tourism potential in the destination area.

The use of MSPDM analysis in community-based tourism (CBT) areas quite helpful. CBT helps stakeholders in planning the development of tourist areas in rural destination. For CBT areas that have implemented disaster mitigation, what has been done is in line with the parameters in the MSPDM analysis. CBT Nglanggeran and Pentingsari in Yogyakarta and Penglipuran in Bali have implemented several things that support disaster mitigation in its areas. The purpose of disaster mitigation is primarily to reduce the risk of disasters that occur to local residents and visitors. Disaster mitigation measures are carried out and adjusted to the characteristics of the local environmental and cultural area.
Pemanfaatan analisis MSPDM pada kawasan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (community-based tourism/CBT). CBT membantu pemangku kepentingan dalam merencanakan pengembangan kawasan wisata. Bagi kawasan CBT yang telah menerapkan mitigasi bencana apa yang dilakukan ternyata sejalan dengan parameters ang ada dalam analisis MSPDM. CBT Nglanggeran dan Pentingsari di Yogyakarta serta Penglipuran di Bali telah menerapkan beberapa hal yang mendukung dalam mitigasi bencana di kawasan wisata. Tujuan mitigasi bencana ini terutama adalah mengurangi resiko bencana yang terjadi pada warga lokal dan wisatawan. Tindakan mitigasi bencana dilakukan menyesuaikan karakteristik kawasan lingkungan dan budaya setempat.

Trend perjalanan wisata yangmeningkat juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk mendorong peran serta mereka ikut aktrif dalam kegiatan tersebut. Pada tahapan awal, rencana penyiapan unsur-unsur pariwisata di Desa Pacekelan akan berpengaruhgsecara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap meningkatnya kualitas hidup masyarakat desa. Kata kunci: desa wisata, Desa Pacekelan, atraksi wisata, kualitas hidup  Abstract The tourism business requires measurable minimum service standards. Utilization of tourism activities with the existence of the new airport Yogyakarta International Airport which borders Purworejo Regency can encourage the participation of surrounding villages. Increasing the trends of traveling activities  can also be utilized by the community to encourage their participation in the activity. Rethinking Sustainable Community-Based Tourism: A Villager’s Point of View and Case Study in Pampang Village, Indonesia
No full textCommunity-based tourism (CBT) considers one sustainable form of tourism to enhance tourists’ and local communities’ relationships. By investigating and studying the previous scientific production of the CBT field in general and, in particular, rural CBT, the researchers found that the local communities’ roles in shaping this type of tourism have been given great importance. This literature mainly focuses on rural CBT from the academic researcher’s perspective. This study aimed to understand the villager’s view on rural sustainable CBT in Pampang Village, Indonesia. In our research, we used the triangulation method based on three kinds of data: in-depth structured interviews, non-participant field observations, and quantitative sustainability aspects of the local attractions. The research results helped us design a model for the formation of sustainable rural CBT activities in Indonesia, which depends on formal and informal leader figures in the community instead of only the community’s solidarity, as much previous research has indicated

Blue Economy and Coastal Tourism: A Comprehensive Visualization Bibliometric Analysis
No full textThis paper aims to analyze the scientific production of the blue economy and coastal tourism research fields to identify research topics and publication patterns. Accordingly, bibliometric analysis was selected as a quantitative meta-analysis literature review method. Scopus was the main database for extracting the scientific production in blue economy and coastal tourism. Various bibliometrics analysis techniques were used to analyze 476 and 49 publications in blue economy and coastal tourism, respectively. The main results are summarized as follows: (i) the number of publications in the blue economy scientific sector has increased significantly, and (ii) contrarily, a relatively small body of blue economy literature is concerned with the coastal tourism sector despite its significant role in the blue economy
