Pd, M.AKata Kunci: Pengembangan, media, Chinese Scrabble, kosakata, bahasa MandarinPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu media yang dapat dijadikan sarana dalam berlatih kosakata bahasa Mandarin siswa kelas XI lintas minat. Pengembangan media Chinese Scrabble termasuk dalam media visual karena berupa benda nyata. Penelitian dan pengembangan dalam produk ini, menggunakan model pengembangan milik Borg and Gall, yang kemudian dari 10 tahap penelitian pengembangan dimodifikasi menjadi tujuh tahap penelitian sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti, yaitu: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain produk, (5) revisi desain produk, (6) uji coba produk, dan (7) revisi produk akhir.Chinese Scrabble ini terdiri dari beberapa komponen, yakni papan scrabble, kartu hanzi, keping huruf, dan tatakan huruf. Semua komponen tersebut telah divalidasi oleh ahli media, agar media yang dihasilkan dapat menarik siswa dan sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Kemudian untuk materi yang digunakan dalam kartu hanzi di ambil dari kosakata HSK 2 yang sebagian besar kosakata telah dipelajari siswa dan sesuai dengan tema untuk kelas XI yakni tema “keluarga”dan “kehidupan sehari-hari”, sehingga siswa tidak merasa kesulitan dalam permainan. Namun, kosakata HSK 2 tidak semuanya dipakai dalam kartu Hanzi, karena kosakata yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa.jumlah kosakata yang digunakan untuk kartu Hanzi berjumlah 150 Hanzi. Materi Chinese Scrabble telah divalidasi oleh ahli media, kemudian materi yang ada di kartu Hanzi telah dinyatakan sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa kelas XI lintas Minat. Uji coba media ini telah dilaksanakan di SMAN 6 Malang pada bulam Agustus 2016 lalu. Dari uji coba yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Chinese Scrabble ini, sudah layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Mandarin. Selain itu, media Chinese Scrabble mampu menarik minat siswa dalam belajar bahasa Mandarin. Siswa termotivasi untuk mengingat dan menghafal kosakata yang telah mereka pelajari agar mendapatkan skor yang tinggi. Dengan dikembangkannya media Chinese Scrabble diharapkan agar proses belajar bahasa Mandarin dapat lebih efektif.
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena semakin banyaknya lembaga-lembaga keuangan syariah. Persaingan saat ini semakin kuat dan ketat. Sehingga pihak lembaga keuangan syariah harus mempunyai strategi yang kuat pula untuk menghadapi persaingan tersebut. Salah satu strategi yang kuat misalnya dengan adanya pemasaran yang baik, mampu menjalin komunikasi yang berkelanjutan. Adanya penetapan pelayanan yang baik, sopan, dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Adanya kualitas produk yang dimiliki, dengan menerapkan prinsip syariah. Sehingga nasabah memiliki penilaian dan pengetahuan yang baik pula terhadap lembaga. Dan dengan cara itulah nantinya akan menciptakan daya tarik tersendiri pada nasabahnya dan juga akan menimbulkan kesan kesetiaan nasabah terhadap pihak lembaga.
Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah (1) Apakah startegi pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil di BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung?, (2) Apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil di BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung?, (3) Apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil di BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung?, (4) Apakah secara bersama-sama strategi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil di BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung?
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif dan dengan data primer sebagai sumber data yang diperoleh dari hasil angket. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah alisis regresi berganda, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokesdastisitas, serta uji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) variabel startegi pemasaran berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan memilih pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil, (2) variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan memilih pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil, (3) variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan memilih pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil, (4) variabel strategi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan memilih pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil.

No full textEffect of Cattle Sludge on Macro-Micro Nutrient Availability of Inceptisol (Sari Widya Utami, Bambang Hendro Sunarminto and Eko Hanudin): Objective of this research to know the effect of cattle sludge application on N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu availability of Inceptisol that had been cultivated intensify. Cattle sludge that used, consisted by 2 form; solid and liquid (slurry) form. The experiment was arranged Completely Block Randomized Design (CRBD) with 3 replicates of 2 factors combination. The first factor was dose of solid sludge consisted 2 leves were 0 ton/ha (P0) and 5.4 ton/ha (P1). The second factor was dose of slurry consisted 4 levels, were 0 liter/ha (D0), 500 liter/ha (D1), 1000 liter/ha (D2), 1500 liter/ha (D3). Variables were observed some soil chemical characteristic such as pH, EC, Corganic, CEC, total N, availability of P, availability of K, availability of Fe, availability of Mn, availability of Zn and availability of Cu. Data were analysed by F test and if there were significant effect then continued by using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (α = 5%). Result of this research showed gave solid sludge as much 5.4 ton/ha was able to increase pH, Corganic and total N. Gave slurry was not able to increase macro and micro nutrient availability of Inceptisol
Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

up strategy on the students’ listening achievement. The objective of the research was to
investigate the effect of applying integrative method combined with breaking up strategy on the
students’ achievement in listening. This research was conducted in SMP PAB 9 Klambir Lima,
in the even semester 2016/2017 academic year. This is an experimental research which applied
one test pretest-posttest design. The population of this research was the eight grade students
which consisted of six parallel classes, with 265 students. By using purposive sampling
technique, class VIII-5 consisting of 42 students was choosen as the sample. To obtain the data,
multiple choice test comprising of 20 items was administrated to the students. The result showed
that ttest is higher than ttable (31.13 ≥ 1.684) α = 0.05, and df = 40. It means that the Ha is accepted
and Ho is rejected. Thus, applying integrative method combined with breaking up strategy has a
significant effect on the students’ achievement in listening
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
No full textWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
