Anharmonic vibrational computations with a quartic force field for curvilinear coordinates
No full textThe direct vibrational self-consistent field (VSCF) method, which combines anharmonic vibrational theory with electronic structure calculations, is a sophisticated theoretical approach to calculate the vibrational spectra of molecules from first principles. Combining the VSCF approach with the quartic force field (QFF) is a good alternative to direct VSCF, with a lower computational cost. QFF is a 4th-order Taylor expansion of the potential energy surface near an equilibrium geometry. In this study, a new strategy is proposed to derive the QFF in terms of normal coordinates; the QFF coefficients are determined through numerical differentiations of the energy by representing the normal coordinates in internal rather than Cartesian coordinates. The VSCF/QFF-internal method was implemented in the General Atomic and Molecular Electronic Structure System electronic structure program and applied to the evaluations of the fundamental vibrational frequencies of HNO2, HNO3, H2O dimer, and H2O trimer, using Møller-Plesset second order perturbation theory and the aug-cc-pVDZ and aug-cc-pVTZ basis sets. The results are much improved, especially for the intermolecular vibrational modes, compared with the Cartesian coordinate representation of the normal coordinates in the VSCF/QFF approach.This article is published as Harabuchi, Yu, Ryosuke Tani, Nuwan De Silva, Bosiljka Njegic, Mark S. No full textAttraverso il filo conduttore della metaforica antiorganicistica, rappresentata dalle immagini dell’onda, della spirale, del contatto e dei confini sfumati, il saggio discute un capitolo spesso trascurato della storia linguistica, segnato da un decisivo orientamento internazionalista. Al centro del percorso sta la figura di Hugo Schuchardt e la sua critica al modello essenzialistico di classificazione delle lingue proprio del comparatismo. Tale posizione, lo mette in relazione con la critica di Locke al realismo delle specie, e ne fa il solitario anticipatore di una prospettiva di ricerca sociolinguistica e protopragmatistica che privilegia la riflessione sulla funzione comunicativa del linguaggio rispetto allo studio delle forme linguistiche.Through the analysis of a set of antiorganicistic metaphors, such as wave, spiral, rainbow, contact, current in linguistics at the beginning of 20th century to describe the vagueness of the linguistic boundaries, this paper discusses a neglected chapter in the history of linguistics, characterized by a transnational view of languages. The author focuses on Hugo Schuchardt’s criticism of essentialism in the classification of languages. This position on one side links S. to Locke’s critique of realism about species, and on the other makes him an isolated forerunner of a sociolinguistic and pragmatic approach to language

No full textThis final report is entitled "Design of Cash Sales Accounting Information System at UMKM Dedi Tani". UMKM Dedi Tani is a type of business that operates in the field of fertilizer and pesticide trading. This report aims to design and implement a computerized cash sales accounting information system based on Microsoft Access at UMKM Dedi Tani, in order to make it easier for UMKM to find out the amount of revenue based on the type of product and the amount of cash received from these cash sales. The author collects primary data obtained from interviews with employees regarding the sales accounting system that has been implemented at this time. The Dedi Tani UMKM cash accounting information system has several weaknesses such as manual recording which is no longer effective as many buyers, difficulty in making sales recaps, difficulty knowing exactly which types of goods have increased sales and provide high profits and which goods have decreased and provide low profits. Finally, the author concludes that the design of the Dedi Tani UMKM cash sales accounting information system application goes through the stages of analyzing the old system with designing a new computerized system, designing applications, and testing application results that have outputs in the form of a new system.Keywords: Accounting Information System, and Microsoft Acces
Generative models for inference: an application to authorship attribution
No full textComputer-aided stylometry is a powerful tool in authorship attribution. Recent models can point the author of an anonymous text among thousands or distinguish different contributors to one text. However, most methods are quite complex and depend on the language. We propose a new Authorship Attribution method based on inference using a stochastic process. Every author is associated with the process that is most likely to reproduce their known corpus. We assign a text to the author whose process gives the highest probability of producing the text. We find high attribution rates independent of the language of the text or the tokenisation. Inference using stochastic processes offers exciting opportunities for stylometry and information retrieval
Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Buah Semangka di Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) Tani Makmur di Desa Cabean Kecamatan Demak Kabupaten Demak.
No full textPenelitian bertujuan merumuskan strategi pemasaran efektif dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal pemasaran buah semangka di Gapoktan Tani Makmur Desa Cabean, Kecamatan Demak, Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2018 sampai dengan Februari 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Purposive. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang, terdiri dari 20 orang responden anggota Gapoktan yang menanam semangka dan 20 responden lain merupakan orang diluar Gapoktan yang terkait dalam penelitian ini. Pementuan responden internal menggunakan Metode Snowball Sampling. Pementuan responden eksternal dengan menggunakan Metode Purposive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis SWOT dan Matriks QSP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 7 strategi alternatif yang diterapkan Gapoktan dalam memperbaiki sistem pemasaran buah semangka. Berdasarkan Matriks QSP diperoleh prioritas strategi sebagai berikut: Menjalin kerjasama dengan perusahaan pemasaran dan produksi, pembentukan koperasi dan bidang pemasaran, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan produk, melakukan segmentasi produk, melakukan kerjasama dengan pemerintah, membentuk forum diskusi antar Gapoktan dan pemilihan waktu penjualan yang tepat.

ABSTRAK
Kartu Tani yang merupakan program baru untuk pembelian pupuk bersubsidi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Kedungbanteng. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil petani padi penerima Kartu Tani dan pelaksanaan Kartu Tani, Mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap Kartu Tani, Mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi persepsi petani terhadap Kartu Tani. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan unit populasi adalah petani. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bantuan alat ukur Likert’s Summated Ratings, yang dilanjutkan dengan metode Succesive Interval, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profil petani padi penerima Kartu Tani dan pengguna Kartu Tani di Kecamatan Kedungbanteng di dominasi oleh petani yang produktif 54 tahun, sebagian besar berpendidikan yaitu pada jenjang sekolah dasar, rata-rata pengalaman usahatani 36 tahun dengan rata-rata luas lahan yang diusahakan 0,59 ha. Persepsi petani padi terhadap program Kartu Tani di Kecamatan Kedungbanteng masuk kedalam katagori Sedang. Secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti umur, pengalaman usahatani, luas lahan, tingkat pendidikan, kedudukan petani dalam kelompok, dan lingkungan sosial terhadap persepsi petani terhadap program kartu tani. dari semua faktor-faktor tersebut terdapat pengaruh secara nyata yaitu pengalaman usahatani, luas lahan dan kedudukan petani dalam kelompok.

No full textTani Berhasil, established in 2021, is a business based in Sidoarjo, East Java which engage in an agricultural industry. Tani Berhasil put a business plan into action thanks to this research. A business plan is a collection of presentations outlining a company\u27s operational plans. The author\u27s goal in writing this business plan was to provide all different kinds of plans, which have been condensed into a number of chapters and sub-chapters, each with a specific set of guidelines. The other aims of this research is to optimize the performance of the firm to get a better output in the future. Business Model Canvas is used to create a business plan that covers everything from financial options for the company to production process to target market sales. The author has improved Tani Berhasil’s plan to business action as an output of this research. As part of the process, 25 rice field owners (From numbers of group farmers) who own minimum a hectare of rice field in one group farmers are selected for the interview for this research. The author gathers data from a variety of sources using both primary and secondary data sources, including conducting interviews and focus group discussion, focusing on journals, as well as data from the government or other sources from a recognized formal institution. Tani Berhasil intends to help minimize a variety of economic challenges that have arisen as a result of COVID-19. Leadership styles that`s applied by Kontak tani are the ways of working in order to achieve the purpose directing members of a group that can be seen from the performance. This study aims to determine the leadership styles that`s generally applied by Kontak tani and the relationship of leadership styles with performance. The author use validity test, reliability test and Spearman rank test as the analysis tools in this research. Based on the research conducted, leadership styles were commonly applied by the farmer in the village of Babakan contacts are participatory that visible from the involvement of members in the group. In addition, there is a fairly strong correlation between leadership style and performance based on the perception of the group mamber. It needs a through understanding of the various stakeholders within the group or institutional farms that, establishment of groups is based on the increase in well-being and not merely for assistance
