    Peran Perempuan pada Usahatani Jagung di Kabupaten Tanah Laut

    The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) launched by the United Nations (UN) pay special attention to gender issues in sustainable development, in SDG number 5 (five), namely gender equality. Therefore, the implementation of gender roles in sustainable development in Indonesia, especially in agribusiness development, is expected to reduce the level of gender inequality and empower all women. However, it was found that in some areas, women are limited in farming activities. Women are only involved in activities that require minimal resources, while their access to these resources and opportunities to participate in decision-making remain limited. This study aims to analyse the role of women in maize farming in Tanah Laut District in terms of three main aspects: role and participation, access to resources, and power in decision-making. The data used were primary and secondary data. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analyses using the Gender Dimensions Framework (GDF) approach. Quantitative analysis was conducted to test the significance of gender roles in maize farming using the independent T-test and Mann-Whitney test. The results show that women farmers can participate in all maize productive activities. The level of women\u27s participation tends to be high in the activities of seeding, planting and harvesting. Women do not dominate any of the resources in the access and control profiles. However, based on farm management, in general, female farmers are not much different in terms of average planting area, number of harvests, productivity and price received compared to male farmers. Women and men have equal power in decision-making.Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yang dicanangkan oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) menaruh perhatian khusus pada isu gender dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan, pada SDGs nomor 5 (lima) yakni kesetaraan gender (gender equality). Oleh karena itu  implementasi peran gender pada pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia khususnya dalam pembangunan agribisnis diharapkan dapat menurunkan tingkat kesenjangan gender dan memberdayakan semua perempuan. Namun ditemukan bahwa di beberapa wilayah, perempuan terbatasi dalam aktivitas usahatani. Subsistem agribisnis on-farm (pertanian) menjadi subsistem terbesar yang menyerap sebanyak 41,04 persen dari seluruh tenaga kerja perempuan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perempuan pada usahatani jagung di Kabupaten Tanah Laut ditinjau dari tiga aspek utama yaitu peran dan partisipasi, akses terhadap sumberdaya, serta power dalam pengambilan keputusan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Gender Dimensions Framework (GDF). Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan untuk menguji signifikansi peran gender di usahatani jagung dengan  menggunakan metode uji independent T-test dan Mann-Whitney test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani perempuan dapat berpartisipasi diseluruh kegiatan produktif jagung. Tingkat partisipasi perempuan cenderung tinggi pada aktivitas penugalan, penanaman serta pemanenan. Perempuan tidak mendominasi satupun sumber daya pada profil akses dan kontrol. Namun, berdasarkan pengelolaan usahatani, secara umum petani perempuan tidak jauh berbeda dalam hal rata-rata luas tanam, jumlah panen, produktivitas serta harga yang diterima dibandingkan dengan petani laki-laki.     Desa Mojokarang adalah salah satu penghasil jagung terbesar kedua di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap PDB meningkat dari Rp 1.555.207 miliar pada 2015 menjadi Rp 1.900.348 miliar pada 2018. Meskipun luas tanam dan produksi jagung terus mengalami peningkatan, produktivitasnya masih bervariasi, yang menunjukkan perlunya strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi teknis secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan faktor produksi jagung, mengukur efisiensi teknis, serta mengidentifikasi faktor sosial yang memengaruhi efisiensi teknis di Desa Mojokarang, Kecamatan Dlanggu, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah stochastic frontier dan regresi tobit dengan melibatkan 76 petani jagung sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas lahan, benih, dan pupuk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi teknis, sedangkan tenaga kerja dan pestisida tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Rata-rata efisiensi teknis petani di Desa Mojokarang mencapai 0,8220, yang menunjukkan bahwa petani secara teknis efisien. Faktor sosial, seperti pengalaman bertani dan status kepemilikan lahan, juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi teknis, sementara faktor umur, pendidikan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.Corn is a fundamental agricultural commodity that significantly impacts Indonesia\u27s food security and economy.  Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) indicates that the agriculture sector\u27s contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) rose from Rp 1,555.207 trillion in 2015 to Rp 1,900.348 trillion in 2018.  The expansion of maize cultivation area and production has not resulted in stable productivity, revealing technical efficiency limitations in farming that affect the sustainability and competitiveness of the agricultural industry.  This study seeks to evaluate the technical efficiency of maize farming and the elements that affect it, encompassing farmers\u27 production as well as social and economic dimensions.  This study examines Mojokarang Village in Dlanggu District, Mojokerto Regency, recognised as the second-largest maize production centre in the region.  The site was selected because maize serves as the principal revenue source for local farmers and there are signs that agricultural technological efficiency can be enhanced.  This study utilises stochastic frontier analysis and Tobit regression, with a sample of 76 maize producers.  The findings demonstrate that production parameters, including land area, seeds, and fertilisers, substantially affect technical efficiency, but labour and pesticides do not exert a significant influence.  The mean technical efficiency of farmers in Mojokarang Village is 0.8220, suggesting that while farmers function with considerable efficiency, there remains potential for enhancement.  From a socioeconomic standpoint, farming experience and land ownership status substantially impact technical efficiency, whereas age, educational attainment, and family size exhibit no significant effect

    Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Niat Pembelian Personal Care Product Ramah Lingkungan Pada Generasi Z

    Kebanyakan produk ramah lingkungan yang dibeli oleh konsumen adalah makanan. Meski demikian, barang-barang kesehatan atau kosmetik juga dilirik oleh para konsumen dikarenakan kesadaran konsumen terhadap kepedulian lingkungan. Berkaitan dengan produk ramah lingkungan, PCP ramah lingkungan terdiri dari perawatan kulit, perawatan rambut, kosmetik warna, dan perlengkapan mandi. Produk ini menggunakan bahan-bahan alami, tidak menggunakan organisme hasil rekayasa genetika, menggunakan pupuk dan pestisida organik yang terbuat dari bahan alami minim residu saat pemakaian secara rutin dan tidak mengandung bahan kimia berbahaya. Rata-rata konsumen yang menggunakan kosmetik dan personal care adalah anak-anak muda yang berusia 20-28 tahun. Ini semakin menunjukkan bahwa konsumen Indonesia mulai tertarik mengonsumsi jenis produk ramah lingkungan khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi kepedulian lingkungan dan faktor lainnya terhadap niat membeli personal care product ramah lingkungan pada kalangan Generasi Z. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian personal care product ramah lingkungan. Hal ini dikarenakan konsumen banyak yang belum berminat membeli personal care product ramah lingkungan dikarenakan ragu akan kebenaran klaim personal care product ramah lingkungan yang mengandung bahanbahan alami dan mudah didapat.Several studies on green personal care products (PCP) are still insufficient compared to those on general agricultural products. However, green PCPs are starting to be used by consumers due to environmental concerns. Prior research mentioned that product knowledge and environmental concerns influence purchase intention. Additionally, several factors influence this intention, including attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, commonly known as the theory of planned behavior (TPB). This research aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to purchase green PCPs among Generation Z. This research was conducted in the Jabodetabek area, with a sample of 200 respondents aged 19–28. Descriptive analysis, structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis, and importance-performance matrix analysis (IPMA) were used in the study. The results proved that product knowledge, environmental concerns, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly influence purchase intention for green PCPs. Attitudes toward the behavior do not influence purchase intention for green PCPs. Furthermore, managerial implications include a better understanding of consumer behavior, especially in Generation Z. Examples of programs include conducting seminars on environmental issues and the use of green products, involving local communities in the supply chain from farmers to consumers, and providing consumers with an understanding of their contributions and the impact on their lives each time they purchase green PCPs. Moreover, celebrities or influencers who recommend green PCPs on social media can help increase purchase intentions for green PCPs

    Analisis Faktor Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Konsumen Terhadap Produk Espresso Based Coffee Di Filosofi Kopi Jakarta

    Espresso based coffee has an important role in the coffee shop industry, because it served as the base for a variety of popular coffee drinks, so it would be a popular choice for consumers to enjoy while relaxing or simply spending time. Filosofi Kopi, located in several strategic areas in Jakarta, offers many kinds of popular espresso based coffee products to consumers. Unfortunately, Filosofi Kopi has not implemented a suitable marketing strategy for its business operations. This is an important thing for business owners to analyze what consumers need as target market. Therefore, marketing mix 9P analysis must be done in order to evaluate consumer satisfaction, which has an impact on consumer loyalty of competing with competitors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of Filosofi Kopi customer satisfaction and loyalty by using the marketing mix 9P strategy. Satisfaction and loyalty levels of consumers have been analyzed by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and customer loyalty pyramid methods. The research results showed that the CSI value was 83.97%, indicating that consumers are very satisfied with all the marketing mix 9P attributes in Filosofi Kopi. Based on IPA analysis using the cartesius diagram, performance and importance attributes in each quadrant should be maintained. The customer loyalty pyramid showed that espresso–based coffee consumers in Filosofi Kopi were in the “committed buyer” category with the highest percentage values of 80.71%. Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y) has dominant influence to Consumer Loyalty (Z). Through this research, it has been concluded and suggested to Filosofi Kopi that uses the marketing mix 9P to maximize “price” and “process” aspects to improve consumer satisfaction and loyalty, which has a positive impact.Coffee nowadays has been chosen by people to consume while relaxing or to spend time in groups.       Sugar factories operating in Sidoarjo Regency began to decline, this was due to land function experts to machine parts damage. PT. Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo is a sugar-based agroindustry that has remained operational near the center of Sidoarjo Regency. The company\u27s land sugarcane harvest in the procurement of sugarcane raw materials has not met the grinding target. So it needs a fixed partner to meet the grinding target and so that the company continues to operate. The research was conducted to analyze 1) the partnership pattern of PT. Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo with sugar cane farmers partnership (TRK), 2) The motivational level of partnership sugarcane farmers (TRK) maintains cooperative relationships with companies and 3) analyzes farmers\u27 income earned once the planting season. Research was conducted in May–November 2024 in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The population of the study respondents was 363 partnership sugarcane farmers (TRK) through a Slovine calculation and a 15% error rate, a study sample of 40 respondents obtained. Research uses descriptive analysis to determine partnership patterns, motivational levels using the likert scale and cost of farming, receiving, and income of farmers with income analysis. The research results state that the partnership pattern of PT. Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo with sugarcane farmers partnership (TRK) is in the form of a plasma core. As well as the level of motivation for partnership sugarcane farmers (TRK) in partnership with companies is classified as a strong category with an 80% percentage that farmers expect consistent profits. The sugarcane cultivation business of partnership sugarcane farmers (TRK) costs Rp32. 093.349/ha, revenue of Rp52.879.420/ha and revenue of Rp20.786.071/ha. Thus, the conclusion of this study was that partnerships could convince farmers of the potential of the agricultural business and maintain sugarcane farming businesses by providing proper income.Pabrik Gula yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo mulai menurun, hal ini disebabkan ahli fungsi lahan hingga kerusakan suku cadang mesin. PT. Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo menjadi agroindustri gula yang masih bertahan meskipun berada di deket pusat Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil panen tebu lahan perusahaan dalam pengadaan bahan baku tebu belum memenuhi target giling. Maka perlu pihak mitra tetap untuk memenuhi target giling dan supaya perusahaan agar terus beroperasi. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan menganalisis pola kemitraan PT. Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo dengan petani tebu kemitraan (TRK). Serta tingkat motivasi petani tebu kemitraan (TRK) mempertahankan hubungan kerjasama sehingga membantu petani memperoleh pendapatan yang tetap. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei – November di Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Responden penelitian merupakan petani tebu kemitraan (TRK) melalui perhitungan slovin dengan tingkat error 15%  diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui pola kemitraan, tingkat motivasi menggunakan skala likert dan biaya usahatani, penerimaa, dan pendapatan petani dengan analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pola kemitraan PT. Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo dengan petani tebu kemitraan (TRK) berbentuk inti plasma. Serta tingkat motivasi petani tebu kemitraan (TRK) bermitra dengan perusahaan tergolong kategori kuat dengan presentase 80% bahwa petani mengharapkan adanya keuntungan yang konsisten. Serta usahatani tebu petani tebu kemitraan (TRK) mengeluarkan biaya usahatani sebesar Rp 32. 093.349,-/ha dan penerimaan sebesar 52.879.420,-/ha dan pendapatan sebesar Rp 20.786.071,-/ha. Maka, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kemitraan mampu meyakinkan petani akan potensi bisnis pertanian dan mempertahankan usahatani tebu dengan memberikan pendapatan yang tetap

    Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Arabica Roasted Coffee Beans Pada Drama Coffee Roastery

    The unique aroma of arabica coffee beans will come out after passing through the roasting step, therefore the quality control is important. Quality control in the company is very important to produce products that have a slick quality value so consumers had their own satisfaction when buying products. This study aims to analyze (1) The level of product defects of arabica roasted coffee beans (2) The level of process stability and processing capacity of arabica roasted coffee beans products in achieving zero defects (3) Quality improvement efforts to minimize product defects of arabica roasted coffee beans. The sample used in this study was 100 samples of arabica roasted coffee beans products using non-probability sampling techniques due to the limited time and cost of the study in drawing random probability samples.  This research was conducted at Drama Coffee Roastery, Pasar Tunjungan, first floor Unit 08, Jalan Tunjungan 88, Surabaya City which had wide marketing of arabica roasted coffee beans products, covering Surabaya area or outside the city, and has a product license and legality. The method used in this research was six sigma method with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, and Control) approach. The results showed that Drama Coffee Roastery had 4 types of defects product, was overdeveloped, underdeveloped, cracked, and striped. Drama Coffee Roastery had a sigma level value of 3.35 which explains that UMKM Drama Coffee Roastery had the ability to process product quality within the scope of the average industry in Indonesia. This indicates that the product requires quality control to achieve zero defects in order to entry international coffee market. The study found that six sigma method was effective in solved problems that occur at Drama Coffee Roastery by reviewing green beans, green beans roasting time, sorting improvements, and green beans storage improvements that will have an impact on the supply chain efficiency of arabica roasted coffee beans products.The unique aroma of arabica coffee beans will come out after passing through the roasting step, therefore the quality control is important.     KETAHANAN PANGAN DI TENGAH KETERGANTUNGAN IMPOR BERAS: ANALISIS TREN DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHINYA

    Ketahanan pangan merupakan aspek strategis dalam pembangunan nasional, khususnya dalam konteks dinamika pertumbuhan penduduk dan ketergantungan terhadap impor beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tren historis impor beras Indonesia selama 10 tahun periode 2015–2024 serta menganalisis pengaruh variabel jumlah penduduk, produksi padi, luas panen, dan nilai tukar petani (NTP) terhadap ketahanan pangan nasional. Penelitian ini berdasar pada data sekunder dengan pendekatan kuantitatif mengaplikasikan metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis tren impor beras dan forecasting 10 tahun mendatang, serta analisis regresi linier berganda guna mengidentifikasi determinan utama ketahanan pangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tren impor beras mengalami peningkatan secara fluktuatif, yang merefleksikan ketidakseimbangan antara kapasitas produksi dalam negeri dan pertumbuhan konsumsi. Selanjutnya, variabel jumlah penduduk, produksi, luas panen dan NTP terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan nasional dengan nilai Adjusted R2 = 0,889. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam penyusunan kebijakan ketahanan pangan yang berbasis pada bukti empiris dan perencanaan jangka menengah hingga panjang.Food security is a strategic aspect of national development, especially in the context of population growth dynamics and dependence on rice imports. This study aims to evaluate the historical trend of Indonesia\u27s rice imports for the 10-year period 2015-2024 and analyze the influence of population, rice production, harvest area, and farmer exchange rate (NTP) variables on the national food security index. The methodological approach used includes trend analysis and import forecasting as well as multiple linear regression to identify the main determinants of food security. The results of the analysis show that the trend of rice imports has increased fluctuatively, while the projection for the next 10 years shows a positive trend (almost touching 5 million tons). This reflects the imbalance between domestic production capacity and consumption growth. Furthermore, the variables of population, production, harvest area and NTP are proven to have a significant effect on national food security. These findings make an important contribution to the formulation of food security policies based on empirical evidence and medium to long term planning. The findings suggest the importance of cross-sectoral coordination between food, agriculture and trade agencies to ensure the effectiveness of policy interventions. Therefore, it is recommended that the government strengthen food distribution policies, reformulate the farmer exchange rate scheme, and limit imports to emergency conditions to maintain national food security independence and stability

    Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, khususnya kopi lanang robusta yang memiliki keunikan rasa dan potensi pasar yang luas. Namun, pengembangan pemasaran kopi lanang robusta di CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada, sebuah UMKM di Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan, menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti produksi terbatas, rendahnya kesadaran konsumen, persaingan yang ketat, dan distribusi yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) merumuskan strategi pengembangan pemasaran kopi lanang robusta yang efektif dengan menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan, (2) memberikan rekomendasi strategis guna meningkatkan daya saing produk, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada berada dalam posisi mendukung strategi agresif, di mana kekuatan perusahaan seperti memiliki cita rasa unik dan kualitas produk harus dimaksimalkan untuk memanfaatkan peluang pasar kopi spesialty yang semakin berkembang. Strategi prioritas yang direkomendasikan meliputi penguatan branding, diversifikasi saluran distribusi, pengembangan kemasan yang menarik, serta peningkatan edukasi konsumen mengenai keunggulan kopi lanang robusta. Rekomendasi strategis menekankan kombinasi market penetration dan product development secara berkelanjutan, dengan perluasan jangkauan melalui kolaborasi bersama influencer dan pengembangan varian produk untuk menarik segmen baru.Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan perencanaan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran yang tepat, CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas pangsa pasar, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan usaha kopi lanang di tingkat lokal, mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM, dan memperkuat posisi kopi lanang robusta di pasar nasional maupun internasional.  Coffee is one of Indonesia\u27s leading commodities with high economic value, especially lanang robusta coffee which has a unique flavor and wide market potential. However, the marketing development of robusta lanang coffee at CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada, an MSME in Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency, faces various obstacles such as limited production, low consumer awareness, intense competition, and unoptimal distribution. This study aims to (1) formulate an effective marketing development strategy for lanang robusta coffee by analyzing the company\u27s internal and external conditions, (2) provide recommendations that can improve the market development of lanang robusta coffee. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through SWOT and QSPM analysis approaches. The data collection method of this research is through primary data. Primary data is obtained directly by researchers through various techniques such as interviews, direct observation, documentation, surveys, and filling out questionnaires. The results showed that CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada is in a position to support an aggressive strategy, where the company\u27s strengths such as having a unique taste and product quality must be maximized to take advantage of the growing specialty coffee market opportunities. Recommended priority strategies include strengthening branding, diversifying distribution channels, developing attractive packaging, and increasing consumer education about the advantages of robusta lanang coffee. Strategic recommendations emphasize a combination of market penetration and product development on an ongoing basis, with expansion of reach through collaboration with influencers and development of product variants to attract new segments. The implications of this study indicate that with proper planning and implementation of marketing strategies, CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada can not only increase sales and expand market share, but also have a positive impact on the development of lanang coffee businesses at the local level, encourage the growth of MSMEs, and strengthen the position of robusta lanang coffee in national and international markets

    This research aimed to analyze consumer preferences for healthy catering product attributes, including taste, calories, nutritional information, price, menu combinations, packaging, raw material quality, additional services, and halal certification labels. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with conjoint analysis, where data processing is carried out through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Data were collected through questionnaires to respondents who had purchased heatlhy catering. A total of 100 respondents were successfully coected as research sampes. The resuts show that consumer preferences for healthy catering product attribute combinations are Indonesian taste, row calories (≤ 400 kcal), complete nutritional information, price ≤ Rp 35,000, three menu combinations, reusable packaging, organic raw material quality, nutritional consultation services, and halal certification labels. The nutritional information attribute has the highest level of importance (23,699). This study recommends developing product attributes, especially nutritional information and low-calorie menu variations, as we as utilizing social media and targeting advertisements at private employees to expand market reach. Future researchers are advised to expand the scope of the attributes studied

    Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukit merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil gula aren terbesar di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Sumatera Barat, terdapat 98 UMK pengolah gula aren, namun masih terkendala dalam pemasaran produk. Produk hanya dipasarkan ke pasar tradisional, lokal dan belum mengemas produk dengan logo usaha dan kemasaran yang modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada agroindustri gula aren di Nagari Baruh Bukit. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuanitatif dan eksplanatori. Sampel peneltian 50 pengusaha Agroindustri Gula Aren dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada agroindustri gula aren di Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik, Kecamatan Sungayang, Kabupaten Tanah Datar. variabel produk , promosi, dan tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Sedangkan untuk variabel harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukit is one of the largest palm sugar-producing areas in Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra, with 98 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in palm sugar processing. However, these businesses face challenges in product marketing. Currently, their products are only sold in traditional and local markets, and they lack modern branding, including proper packaging and business logos. This study aims to analyze the marketing mix\u27s impact on marketing performance in the palm sugar agroindustry in Nagari Baruh Bukit. This research employs a descriptive, quantitative and explanatory method. The sample consists of 50 palm sugar agroindustry entrepreneurs selected using a non-probability sampling method. Data analysis is conducted using the SEM-PLS model. The results of the study show that the product and place variables have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, while the promotion and price variables do not have a significant effect on marketing performance in the palm sugar agroindustry in Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik, Sungayang Sub-district, Tanah Datar Regency. It is recommended that palm sugar agroindustry actors in Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik focus their marketing strategies on improving product quality and innovation, as well as strengthening distribution channels to ensure easier consumer access to the products
