Asas ini mengatur bahwa seseorang tidak dapat dituntut terhadap suatu perbuatan, bila terhadap perbuatan yang dilakukannya itu telah diberi putusan hakim yang berkekuatan hukum yang pasti. Namun Ferry Setiawan dan Wong Wan Hie diajukan ke Pengadilan lebih dari satu kali. Berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan negeri Jakarta Barat Nomor. 688 / Pid. B / JKT. BAR, mereka berdua dijatuhi putusan bahwa kasus mereka Ne Bis In Idem terhadap perkara-perkara mereka masing-masing sebelumnya. Untuk itu perlu dicari tahu mengenai kebenaran putusan hakim tersebut terhadap perkara-perkara yang terkait dengan masing-masing terdakwa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normative yang didukung dengan dilakukannya wawancara dengan narasumber dari pakar hukum Pidana, praktisi hukum, maupun lembaga peradilan, yang menunjukkan belum adanya pemahaman yang sama terhadap asas Ne Bis In Idem selama ini belum secara maksimal dilakukan pengawasan dan pengecekan oleh para aparat penegak hukum dalam menyaring setiap kasus yang dilaporkan kepada mereka masing-masing. No full textM.M. Bakhtin\u27s fundamental claim in his seminal essay Author and Hero in Aesthetic Activity situates verbal action as the most essential constituent of human personality. A careful reading of this text reveals important truths about the relationship between free individual personhood and the nature of the speech utterance. Bakhtin connects the human experience of speech to the life and person of Jesus Christ emphasizing the incarnation and the Trinitarian view of God as essential principles for understanding the creative power of the word and consequent liabilities. Bakhtin develops these theological and philosophical coordinates around a discussion of the author-hero relationship in the novel asserting that the verbal utterance is creatively involved in building and sustaining the inner personhood of those it addresses. Bakhtin\u27s critical conclusion substantiates that from whom a word is received, and to whom the spoken word appeals has weighty influence on the type and character of human personality, and that personality\u27s relationship to authority

Music interactions between mothers and infants
No full textThe purpose of this study was to examine the music interactions between mothers and young infants. Research questions included: 1) What type of musical interactions took place in the mother/infant relationship? and 2)What importance did mothers place on musical interactions within the family structure? Data included interviews, observations, and participant e-journals. Findings suggested the following: a) mothers placed importance on the role of music in learning; b) music interactions assisted the mothers in establishing positive home environments, bonding with their infants, and passing on and creating family traditions; c) music interactions in the mother/infant relationship were plentiful and labeled as important to family life; and d) mothers valued sharing music experiences with their infants. Research implications on music education included acknowledging the importance of the parent as teacher and aiding educators in helping parents continue teaching their children about music.Thesis (M.M.)School of Musi

of high school trumpet players. Secondary instrumental music education lacks
progressive method books that are appropriate for classroom instruction. With most high
school instrumental music ensembles that span multiple grades levels, so it is important
to communicate clear annual individual performance targets for each grade level. The
curriculum provides criteria, exercises, assessment rubrics for grades 9-12. This
curriculum focuses on the following attributes of trumpet playing: quality of sound,
scales and intervals, range, flexibility, articulation, and music literacy. This curriculum
will establish annual goals to assist the progression of high school trumpet players

No full textThe paper deals with the main achievements of scientists of M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine (NBG) in scientific, conservation, cultural and educational activities. The results of researches on biodiversity, conservation, plants protection, introduction, acclimatization and selection, allelopathy, medical botany, landscape design, bioindication and hemosystematycs are given. It is noted that over 14 thousands species, forms and varieties of plants, are collected in NBG, and the most unique collections attributed to the objects of national heritage. Breeders have obtained more than 300 certificates or author ship on plant varieties. NBG carries out extensive international cooperation, several new exposition of plant collection appeared in Botanical Garden. In recent years the achievements of NBG scientists were awarded by two State Awards in the field of science and technology of Ukraine
