Fadlillah, M. Si, selaku pembimbing satu (I) dan Dr. Zurmailis, M. A., selaku pembimbing dua (II) di Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Andalas.
Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan proses kreatif Rusli Marzuki Saria dengan menggunakan teori Psikologi Sastra. Proses kreatif Rusli Marzuki Saria ini dikaji menggunakan teori Lacan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengungkapkan (1) gaya Bahasa Rusli Marzuki Saria dalam mengungkapkan pemikiran bawah sadar melalui karya Parewa: Sajak lima kumpulan (1962-1992) dan (2) proses kreatif Rusli Marzuki Saria dalam Parewa: Sajak Dalam Lima Kumpulan (1960-1992). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode psikoanalisis Lacan yang didukung oleh teknik studi pustaka.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pertama Papa Rusli memiliki tahun-tahun produktif dalam menciptakan karya. Masa produktif tersebut terjadi pada tahun 1960-an, sebanyak 100 puisi dengan tema dominan tentang penderitaan masyarakat daerah, pada tahun 1970-an ada 9 buah puisi dengan tema dominan tentang kritikan terhadap pemerintahan dan kritikan terhadap mitos daerah Minangkabau. Pada tahun 1980-an ada sebanyak 2 buah puisi dengan tema dominan peristiwa PRRI, dan pada tahun 1990-an sebanyak 1 buah puisi dengan tema dominan tentang kritikan terhadap pemerintah pada masa itu. Itu hanya yang terdapat pada karya Parewa: Sajak Dalam Lima Kumpulan (1960-1992). Kedua, proses psikologi yang terjadi di dalam diri Papa Rusli berupa Hasrat dalam diri Papa Rusli yang diungkapkan yaitu (1) Hasrat atas identitas Papa Rusli terletak pada kekonsistensiannya menjadi penyair yang lokalitas dan berdasarkan pengalaman yang pernah Papa Rusli lakukan, baik pengalaman kerja, pengetahuan dari bacaan yang ia baca, maupun pengalaman akan peristiwa yang pernah dilaluinya, (2) menjadi penyair yang memiliki pemikiran bebas merupakan hasrat “kebebasan” yang ada dalam diri Papa Rusli.

I was responsible for maintaining financial records, producing financial statements, and assessing financial data. This job provided me with an understanding of the operational dynamics inside Sunway Pharma's finance department regarding the management of financial resources to achieve the objective of extending the retail pharmacy network and advancing digital healthcare use.
My research examined how Sunway Pharma implemented its financial controls and processes to achieve regulatory compliance with minimal risk to the organisation. I assisted the team in conducting financial research for evaluating business performance, managing expenditure, and preparing future finances. I assisted in the compilation of monthly and quarterly reports evaluating the company's profitability and cash flow. This experience was enlightening, as I comprehended how financial data influences decision-making in large organisations and drives the company's strategic goals for asset a acquisition or market expansion within the healthcare sector. During my internship in the Finance Department of Sunway Pharma, I was afforded exceptional learning opportunities. I developed practical skills in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, as well as extensive understanding of the operations of a growing healthcare organisation. My skills in these areas were enhanced, but equally important was my understanding of how the organisation achieved growth and retained a competitive advantage in the market

Hence, I choose Serunding Habsah Harun which the owner is Puan Habsah binti Harun and decided to make an interview with her as a method for me to get information about her business. Beside that, I also do online search about her business. In this report, the case that I study is about Puan Habsah binti Harun from Kampong Laut, Tumpat, Kelantan. Her business that I study is about serunding. Puan Habsah is very expert in making serunding as she already in the serunding industry since 1996 which is about 24 years. With her expertise, she already have many customers from all around Malaysia as she knew what taste her customers prefer. Serunding is a traditional food from East Coast of Malaysia where people will it with rice. However, due to its deliciousness, it already spread to all over Malaysia. There are many kind if serunding such as serunding ayam, serunding ikan and serunding daging. In this report, I cover the background of Puan Habsah, background of her serunding business, her product and also her strategy and ensuring her product will be remain a favourite product among her customers

Nasyrah Hanim has been involved in the business since high school until now. She got a master’s in business administration at the University of the West of Scotland. She used to sell other people's goods from age 18 to 27 years. Nasyrah did this business because she wants to learn to be an independent woman and a successful entrepreneur. She got the inspiration to come up with her own food brand after she sold other products and she wants to help other people in the business. Chemilan comes out with kudap-kudap, choc-o, and kueh. Last time, they come out Lamb Grill for a short time only. Currently, pandemic Covid-19 have widespread, and all people cannot across the region. For this reason, I can only communicate with the owner through media social and virtually such as WhatsApp, call and videocall. In order to make sure I got all the information about the company background, entrepreneur profile and also the owner’s characteristic or entrepreneurial competencies, I can only ask the owner, Puan Nasyrah Hanim through social media or calls from time to time. In addition, for entrepreneurial competencies I also give my own opinion depends on what I know and what I have seen also through all the feedback from customers from Chemilan’s social media. Indeed, from my own observation, the owner’s characteristic or entrepreneurial competencies are initiative, concern for high quality of work, problem solving, systematic planning and lastly, self-confidence. In this case study, I need to collect all of the data of the company such as background of the
company and the background of the company’s owner. The company that I decided to choose is
Nami K food. Unfortunately because of pandemic Covid-19, I had an interview session with the
founder of Nami K Food through Whatsapp application to get through more information about
her business. Raja Noraimy Yasmin is the founder and also the owner of Nami K food. The
interview session was quite good and going smoothly. I got a lot of information from her about a
background of the company.
After getting all of the information, I have to proceed by doing a report for my case
study. This report is will be contain an overview of business and entrepreneur of Nami K Food
Company. This company focuses on Korean type of food that using the good ingredient but
selling at affordable price. The company has been managed only about 2 years. This case study
make me able to know how the entrepreneur setting up their business and how they grow up their
business from nothing to something. In this report, I can gain some of the information about the
background of the company and the entrepreneur that I managed to get from the founder of the
company itself via whatsapp. From the information that I had gathered, I can see that the
entrepreneur is a good leader to Nami K Food because she have a good entrepreneurial
characteristic. The entrepreneur itself means a person who set up, handle and assume the
reasonable possibility on what will happen in their business. Lastly, I hope that Nami K Food
become one of the famous Korean food shop which people recognize. I also hope that Nami K
Food is able to grow to be able to open branches elsewhere
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

To embroider is to “look, analyze, choose, explore and translate… to express yourself to create, innovate… to develop and elaborate. And finally, it is to “express yourself and communicate”,Tellier-Loumagne. Creating interpretations of art from landscapes and nature by exploring colours, medium and composition are the main subjects in my artwork. The stitching retains the linear qualities of drawing and the layers creates depth and a reverberation as the image recedes in space. I had been working on a series of small, luminous colour combination are the basis for this series. The images were embroidered in different hues, their orientation and interaction form. ‘Unearthed Pleasure Series #1’ a journey of mine in exploring plants and flowers in an astounding development. It is native to Malaysia and Indonesia and grows in tropical and subtropical regions from Hawaii to the Congo and the Philippines. The torch ginger (Etlingera Elatior) is one of the most stunning blooms in the rainforest. The aesthetic of its colour, leaves, and blossoms of ornamenta l ginger plants are appealing and exotic. Only half of its brilliance is seen as it mesmerises on lookers with its remarkable appearance. Shooting straight up from the earth, layered with flaming bright pink, red, or orange petals. Bringing out the sumptuousness in its own right, it reminds us of our inner strength and individuality, which are sometimes overlooked. What we do, no matter where we are, will never change who we are

Kota Makassar. pendekatan pada peneliatian ini adalah kuantitatif jenis korelasi.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa UPT SPF SD Inpres BTN IKIP I
Kota Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV, V, IV yang terdiri
dari 157 siswa dipilih mengunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan
data mengunakan angket/kuesioner dan lembar wawancara. Teknik analisis data
mengunakan satistik deskriptif dan analisis satistik inferensial. Hasil analisis
menunjukan pemanfaatan media sosial youtube terhadap kreativitas siswa UPT SPF
SD Inpres BTN IKIP I Kota Makassar berhubungan signifikan atau berhubungan
positif dapat di lihat nilai signifikan media sosial youtube sebesar 0,001< 0,05
sehingga Hₒ ditolak dan Hₗ diterima.

Kesetaraan gender adalah kesamaan kondisi bagi laki-laki dan perempuan untuk memperoleh kesempatan dan hak-haknya sebagai manusia. Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada kategori sastra kesetaraan gender dalam tokoh utama dalam novel Sitti Nurbaya ini sangat cocok untuk anak SMA. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kesetaraan gender dalam tokoh utama pada novel Sitti Nurbaya karya Marah Rusli.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Sitti Nurbaya karya Marah Rusli yang diterbitkan pada cetakan tahun 2013.Wujud dari data penelitian ini adalah bentuk kutipan kalimat tuturan ataupun tindakan yang terdapat didalam buku novel Sitti Nurbaya karya Marah Rusli, yang menggambarkan tentang kesetaraan gender pada tokoh utamanya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yakni dengan menggunakan teknik baca, dan catat. Kemudian teknik analisis data analisis deskriptif. Teknik penyajian hasil analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode formal dan metode informal.
Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa terdapat 30 bentuk kesetaraan gender dalam tokoh utama pada novel Sitti Nurbaya karya Marah Rusli yaitu 37% data yang menunjukkan kesetaraan gender pada bentuk akses, 20% kesetaraan gender pada bentuk partisipasi, 13% data yang menunjukkan kesetaraan gender pada bentuk kontrol, 30% data yang menunjukkan kesetaraan gender dalam bentuk manfaat. Hasil peneltian implikasinya pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonsia mengedepankan pembentukan karakter peserta didik kelas XII SMA semester genap, dengan KD 3.9 menganalisis isi dan kebahasaan novel.
Dengan demikian penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai materi pembelajaran dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Sehingga melalui pembelajaran tersebut dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas siswa dengan topic penelitian yang diangkat pada penelitian ini.

The Industrial Training required students to finish their 12 credit hours, which equivalent to 24 weeks, starting from 1st March 2023 until 15th August 2023. Students are given the opportunities to be exposed to the real working world and apply what they had studies in their degree life into practise. A post-graduate student equipped with internship journey would be an advantage to apply a job aligned with their studies, since they have experience in related field. In addition, the internship journey may be seen as a job-simulation, as they are in the trial mode of working world. However, the process of undergoing internship has given them plenty of opportunities for them to grow and promote their marketability, boost their confidence, and help them to get ready to dive deeper in the real working world. I have poured my six-months knowledge and experience in this internship report. In the first section this report, I explained the company’s background, which consisting of the introduction of the company, vision, mission, objectives, and goals, background of establishment, organizational structure, and products and services offered. Meanwhile, the second section, I reflect on my training at New Hoong Fatt Auto Supplies Sdn Bhd, I have mentioned the details of the benefits I have developed, both professional and personal during my internship duration. Next section focusing more on SWOT Analysis, which consisting of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of New Hoong Fatt Auto Supplies Sdn Bhd. In the last section of internship report, I have included my suggestions as that would be an extra opinion from my side as a new comer to the industry world, for the development of the company. In my point of view, the internship journey in New Hoong Fatt Auto Supplies Sdn Bhd has been an amazing journey and rewarding experience, throughout my 24 weeks there.
