Fenomena Penggunaan E-Wallet di Kalangan Pengusaha Warung Makan di Perkantoran Jakarta

Go-Pay merupakan dompet virtual untuk menyimpan Go-Jek credit yang bisa digunakan untuk membayar transaksi. Go-Pay telah memperluas jangkauan hingga ke usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Indonesia. Fenomena ini menunjukkan adanya suatu perubahan dalam media pembayaran yang terjadi pada masa lampau dan masa kini. Hal ini karena adanya perubahan jaman, semua ingin lebih mudah seiring dengan majunya teknologi. Peneliti menggunakan teori Phenomology of Perception untuk mengungkapkan fenomena dengan cara melihat keterikatan antara individu tidak bisa dipisahkan karena individu melakukan interaksi. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif karena ingin memahami fenomena scan QR code yang terjadi dengan menggunakan pemikiran Merleau Ponty. Unit analisisnya adalah persiapan pedagang UMKM dalam menghadapi fenomena pembayaran melalui scan QR code Go-Pay. Peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap lima pemilik dan karyawan warung makan. Peneliti juga melakukan observasi atas hasil wawancara. Kesimpulan penelitian, banyak pedagang UMKM yang belum memahami fenomena Go-Pay ini disbanding dengan yang paham fenomena ini. Hal ini karena kurangnya perhatian dari Go-Pay dalam menjelaskan kegunaan dari scan QR Go-Pay kepada pedagang UMKM. Trough this research, author describes the Christian Teacher Personality in Perspective of 1 Timothy 4: 11-16. Authors used qualitative research methods in doing study of the text 1 Timothy 4: 11-16 to analyze the Bible\u27s point of view of the personality of Christian teachers. The results of these research analysis are: First, Being in words. Based on this text , Timothy was instructed to be an ensamples in words, both of personal conversations with several people and those delivered in public. Second, ensamples in Love. This love refers to love between humans and between human and God. God desired all human to love one another, with agape love, because the other third love, named storge, philo and eros will properly function if it is based on agape love. Third, ensamples in holiness. Holy and pure life needs to be developed and struggled for because God has delivered and saved. Holiness means clean, free from sin, sacred etc Thus, the successful of a Christian Religion teacher is having a personality with Bible truth as guidance. Talizaro Tafonao, Kepribadian Guru Kristen Dalam Perspektif 1 Timotius 4:11-16. Salah satu indikator penting yang harus diketahui oleh guru Kristen adalah memiliki kepribadian yang baik. Dari karya tulis ini, penulis mendreskripsikan Kepribadian Guru Kristen Dalam Perspektif 1 Timotius 4:11-16. Dalam menemukan jawaban penelitian ini maka penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan kajian terhadap teks 1 Timotius 4:11-16 untuk menganalisis pandangan Alkitab tentang kepribadian guru Kristen. Setelah penulis melakukan kajian terhadap teks tersebut di atas, maka adapun hasil analisisnya adalah: Pertama, Keteladanan dalam perkataan. Dalam hubungannya dengan konteks ini, Timotius diperintahkan untuk menjadi teladan dalam perkataan, baik yang ia sampaikan secara pribadi kepada beberapa orang maupun yang disampaikan di depan umum. Kedua, Keteladan Dalam Kasih. Kasih ini dinyatakan pada sesama manusia dan kepada Tuhan. Allah menghendaki agar manusia saling mengasihi satu dengan yang lain, dengan kasih agape, sebab ketiga kasih, yakni storge, philo dan eros hanya dapat berfungsi dan terjalin dengan baik sebagaimana mestinya jika didasari oleh kasih agape. Ketiga, Teladan Dalam Kesucian. Hidup suci dan murni perlu dikembangkan dan diperjuangkan karena Tuhan yang telah membebaskan dan menyelamatkan. Jadi kesucian adalah bersih, bebas dari dosa, keramat dan lain-lain. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan seorang guru Agama Kristen harus memiliki kepribadian sesuai dengan kebenaran Alkitab

From the research results can be seen that the cause of the decrease in the number of applicants
change of rights there are factors influenced by BPN and factors that
influenced by society. In handling the problem of decreasing the number of applicants
the National Land Agency of Pati Regency plans to make various efforts
so that people are aware of the policy of changing those rights, and increasing
the participation of the community in the amendment of rights to land and building rights

That is, the web display made by bootstrap will adjust the screen size of the browser that is used both desktop, tablet or mobile device. In this study, the author uses a form of case study research, while the research method used is Research and Development. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation study and internet access. The software design model used is the Rapid Application Development model consisting of planing, design, construction. To model the system from starting to model system information for companies to applications, the author uses Unifield Modeling Language. Software uses PHP programming language, with MySQL database, and Bootstrap framework. The results of this design produce a website-based application on D2 Adventure that is more responsive, websites look and function well on mobile devices, tablets, and various types of computers.
