ANALYSIS OF THE METHOD CALCULATION BUDGET IN IN SALES

The title of this final report is "Analysis of Budget Calculation Method of Sales at CV Cahaya Maju Electronics". With the aim to analyze how companies calculate the sales budget against the budget realization of sales. These data were collected through interview, observation and library research. Then the data is analyzed by using the theory of interpretation developed by M. Nafarin (2007) and M. Munandar (2010). In preparing the budget of the company's sales have not been using the method of assessment in calculating the sales budget and the company also does not have an analysis of the irregularities that occurred between anggran and realization, but the company is only based on the previous year's sales. The author gives advice on the company should use the method of calculation of the sales budget, such as the least squares method, moment method or methods of calculating the square of the sales budget, other than that the company should further analyze deviations between budget and realized sales. Because it is clear that square method is a method that is suitable for use on CV Cahaya Maju Electronic Palembang
ANALISIS POLA KONFIGURASI RUANG TERBUKA KOTA DENGAN PENGGUNAAN METODA SPACE SYNTAX SEBAGAI SPATIAL LOGIC DAN SPACE USE
ABSTRAK. Pengembangan kota Palembang terus berkembang sejak adanya kegiatan Pekan Olah Raga Nasional PON dan juga SEA Games yang dilaksanakan di kota Palembang. Saat ini Palembang terus berbenah diri dengan menyosong dilaksanakannya kegiatan olah raga Asean Games di tahun 2018 ini. Berbagai pengembangan fisik kota dari dibangunan jaringan LRT (light rapid transit), pembangunan pusat perbelanjaan dan juga hotel-hotel baru hingga peremajaan dan pembangunan ruang terbuka untuk menampung kegiatan spatial dan kegiatan baik masyarakat kota Palembang itu sendiri ataupun untuk kepentingan pariwisata kota Palembang. Perkembangan ruang kota tersebut dirasakan peneliti dikerjakan dengan terburu-buru dan tidak disertai dengan perencanaan yang matang, sehingga menghasilkan produk yang tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti konfigurasi ruang terbuka yang ada di kota Palembang, dan lokasi dari penelitian tersebut adalah ruang terbuka yang sangat terkenal di kota palembang yaitu ruang terbuka kawasan Benteng Kuto Besak. Di dalam ruang terbuka BKB tersebut terdapat beberapa elemen yang tidak sesuai dengan konfigurasi ruang terbuka yang baik, dan ditinjau dari analisis space syntax yang berguna untuk mengukur kualitas spatial, terlihat bahwa di ruang terbuka BKB tersebut tercipta beberapa ruang-ruang mati dan elemen di kawasan tersebut yang cenderung melemahkan kualitas spatial yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat ruang gerak yang wajar di ruang terbuka BKB, di dalam arsitektur hal tersebut dikenal dengan istilah spatial logic yang berguna untuk melihat arah pengembangan ruang terbuka agar dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal bagi space use konfigurasi ruang terbuka kota Palembang.

ABSTRACT. The development of Palembang city has arisen since the National Sporting Event known as PON and also the Southeast Asian games known as SEA games thas is being held in the town. Nowadays the city has transformed itself and constantly changing for the preparation to hold another international sporting event known as Asian games in the year 2018. There are many development that is being done to the city from the building of the new infrastructure of Light Rapid Transit rails across the city and also the development of new shopping malls and even new hotels to the development of the towns open space that is a spatial spot that holds the public event and also has the particular needs to be developed to support the cities tourism. The researcher felt that development that is being done in the city is done carelessly and without careful planning and produces poor spatial products. This research purpose is to analyze the open space configuration carefully and the place that the research is being carried out is a well known open space in Palembang which is the open space of Benteng Kuto Besak, or that is well known as BKB. The elements inside BKB is not appropriate to the spatial configuration of good public space, and through the space syntax analysis to see the spatial quality we can see that there are dead spaces throughout the BKB area and the spatial elements inside the BKB are responsible for them. The purpose of this research is to understand the natural flow of space and to see the spatial logic that is intended for the BKB space. Through the spatial logic, we can also see the best space use designed for the BKB open space configuration pattern in Palembang.

The Use of Landsat Image and Census Data for Modelling Population Density and Urban Density in Palembang, Indonesia
This research is to understand the condition of population Density concentration in the city of Palembang. According to the 2018 United nations booklet (United Nations, 2018), Palembang's city is dimmed to be one of the fastest-growing cities in Indonesia. Palembang has an annual growth rate between 2.4% to 6%, and according to the research, the exponential growth will impact its urban fabric conditions. The researcher's problem in urban growth is the limitation of datasets available from the government, and mostly the datasets are not tailored for urban designers need. The statistical datasets available are often linked to the administrative area called "kecamatan" without knowing the true population density in that particular area. This paper is using Landsat images and population density data, acquired respectively from Earth Explorer USGS and Balai Pusat Statistik to verify the morphological changes that has happened in Palembang between the year 2001, 2007, and 2016. The result output shows the LUDI / Land use dynamic Index and also verifying the density of each "kecamatan" as and administrative area in Palembang. The research output may contribute in the development of spatial research in urban design in Palembang. It could also help future research for urban development and population density verification in the city of Palembang.Keywords: Administrative area; Landsat images; Population density; Urban
Analisa Kepadatan Kota, Pergerakan dan Perkembangan Morfologi Kota Palembang, Indonesia
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kondisi terkini dari kota Palembang yang mencakup arah perkembangan kota, kepadatan kota dan juga alur pergerakan di kota Palembang. Sebagai kota tertua di Indonesia, kota Palembang memiliki sejarah yang sangat kuat dengan terdapat layering street network dari fase morphologi kota yang berbeda-beda. Pemahaman mengenai arah pergerakan kota tersebut sangat penting, mengingat kota Palembang merupakan salah satu dari dua belas kota dengan akselerasi perkembangan tercepat di Inodnesia menurut laporan United Nations 2018 (Nations, 2018). Kota-kota di Indonesia akan mengalami perkembangan annual sebesar 2,4% sampai dengan 6% dan hal tersebut tentunya akan sangat mempengaruhi Urban Fabric kota Palembang secara keseluruhan. Ekspansi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kota Palembang tidak dapat dihindari lagi dan arah pertumbuhan tersebut perlu di kritisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi analisa overlay peta dan Analisa pertumbuhan kota dengan memanfaatkan imaji Landsat serta OpenStreetMap (OSM) yang dikombinasikan dengan data statsitik kepadatan kota Palembang yang bersumber dari BPS (Balai Pusat Statistik). Analisa yang digunakan pada peneilitian ini menerapkan Analisa quantitatif dan qualitatif dari metoda Space Syntax dengan teknik natural street yang efektif dalam mendiskripsikan perilaku pergerakan manusia pada sebuah kota secara makro. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kepadatan kota, pergerakan dan juga arah perkembangan kota Palembang yang nantinya dapat berguna untuk penelitian lanjutan kota Palembang
PERANCANGAN ANTARMUKA SISTEM MANAJEMEN PENDATAAN PENGUNGSI MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING (Studi Kasus : BPBD Kota Batu)
Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Batu merupakan lembaga pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola penanggulangan bencana di wilayah Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. BPBD Kota Batu memiliki tugas penting dalam menjaga keselamatan masyarakat dan mengurangi dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh bencana alam di wilayah tersebut. BPBD juga memiliki tanggung jawab untuk melakukan pendataan dan pengumpulan informasi bencana. Terdapat beberapa masalah yang terjadi ketika penanganan bencana terkait manajemen pengungsi seperti Pendataan pengungsi masih manual sehingga sering terjadi ketidaksinkronan data, sulitnya mengawasi pergerakan pengungsi dari satu tempat ke tempat lain, tingkat akurasi data yang digunakan untuk distribusi kebutuhan serta donasi yang dibutuhkan. Dari kendala tersebut menyebabkan petugas kewalahan dalam melakukan pendataan dan mengatur keluar masuk pengungsi. hal tersebut juga mempengaruhi psikologi petugas dalam menghadapi berbagai karakter pengungsi. Berdasarkan dari permasalahan dan studi literatur yang telah dilakukan maka peneliti bermaksud membuat perancangan antarmuka Sistem Manajemen Pendataan Pengungsi yang diciptakan untuk mendukung penanganan bencana dengan baik menggunakan metode design thinking. Penerapan metode Design thinking biasanya digunakan sebagai cara untuk memecahkan masalah yang muncul di masyarakat, yang ditujukan kepada para calon pengguna produk. Pada metode yang digunakan terdapat lima tahapan yaitu Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype dan Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan high fidelity prototype Sistem Manajemen Pendataan Pengungsi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Pada tahap testing dilakukan usability testing dengan system usability scale sebagai tolak ukur dan didapatkan skor 78 dengan adjective rating excellent, mendapatkan grade B dan acceptability range dengan hasil acceptable
Penggunaan Metoda Juxtaposisi untuk Bangunan Pasar Bersejarah 16 ilir Palembang
Abstract A building or an environment could not avoid the growth and change of an era. With the development and change of an environment tends to change the identity and diminish the authenticity of an architectural object. An architectural heritage or the architectural remains has became the identity of its environment and are often becoming obsolescensed, it is being disrespected because of the unability to provide the necessary facilities and needs of the different era’s.. Identities and an image would became a necessity to give a statement of a building or an environment to the obsolescense environment. Pasar 16 Ilir Palembang is the case study and the oldest public market in the city of Palembang. It has kept numerous architectural herigaes and the buildings had became an identity which hasn’t been given the proper treatment by the market holders or the user of those markets. The general reason is it was caused by the continuous decline of identity and spatial qualities. This thesis is a study on applying the methods of juxtaposition on a heritage environment that hascommercial values. The juxtaposition is being used to determine the proper architectural treatment that could be applied on a heritage buildings and an environment that tend to have obsolescence so that it would have a new identity that are both strong for its heritage values and also provides the atmosfer suitable to its time. Dengan berubah dan berkembangnya lingkungan tersebut mengakibatkan hilangnya identitas dan lunturnya aut henticity dari objek arsitektur tersebut. Bangunan bersejarah ataupun reruntuhan yang telah menjadi identitas bagi lingkungannya seringkali semakin tidak bernilai dan tidak dihargai karena tidak menyediakan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh zaman yang berbeda-beda. Namun identitas dan pencitraan akan selalu menjadi sesuatu yang sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan penegasan akan fungsi bangunan ataupun lingkungan yang mengalami penurunan nilai tersebut. Pasar 16 ilir Palembang merupakan sebuah studi kasus dan merupakan pasar tertua yang ada di kota Palembang. Di dalamya terdapat bangunan-bangunan tua dan bersejarah yang menyimpan identitas bersejarah dari pasar tersebut, namun saying hal tersebut tidak disikapi dengan “pantas†baik oleh pengelola pasar tersebut maupun para pengguna pasar. Hal tersebut secara umum disebabkan oleh luntur nya identitas dan kualitas ruang yang menjadikan sebuah lingkungan terus mengalami penurunan nilai. tulisan ini akan membahas tentang penelusuran sebuah metoda Juxtaposition yang diaplikasikan pada sebuah lingkungan komersial bersejarah sebagai penentuan suatu sikap arsitektur yang “pantas†untuk diterapkan didalam lingkungan ataupun bangunan bersejarah yang mengalami penurunan nilai agar dapat kembali pada kondisi terbaik nya dan timbul sebuah identitas baru untuk memperkuat nilai sejarahnya dan memberikan atmosfer ruang yang sesuai dengan zamannya. Indonesia is one of the fastest-growing countries. It has about 50% of the population in the ASEAN region. The country is currently evolving and changing. The recent highlight is the country's plan to create a new capital city – moving from the megalopolitan Jakarta in the Java island to a new remote area in East Kalimantan. However, research on Indonesian cities remains very limited to provide an evidence base for planning a new capital city. A fundamental question arises: Should we plan Indonesia's new capital city following western models, or should we plan the city using traditional Indonesian city patterns? This paper examines urban geometry to show similarities and differences in the government centers in 6 Indonesian provincial capitals. They are Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The six capital cities will be analyzed and categorized using street grid patterns, street centrality, built-up area and open space distribution, and government center distances. This systematic and quantitative comparison of Cities will define the underlying traits and footprint in these Indonesian cities, and the findings could be considered suggestions and guidelines for the new Indonesian capital city. This study utilizes methods and measures using automation techniques to analyze and classify Indonesian government centers based on street networks and urban geometry. The methods include land use recognition techniques using satellite images; OpenStreetMap (OSM) processed using OSMnx; GIS multi-platform applications to run the spatial analysis. On the one hand, the study should contribute to urban design and capital city planning in Indonesia. On the other hand, it should provide methods for comparative studies of cities in developing countries

Regional Variations of Indonesian Cities: Geometric properties, Street Patterns, and Topological structure.
Abstract: As one of the fastest growing countries with the largest population in the ASEAN region, cities in Indonesia are constantly evolving and changing. Although the current political establishment is planning to relocate the country’s capital to the Kalimantan island, comparative research on Indonesian cities is very limited. Indonesia is an archipelago country that consists of 17,508 islands and at least 514 urban areas, of which 98 of them can be categorized as cities. This paper will focus on examining variations in provincial capital cities from Indonesia’s 6 regions: Sumatera, Java-Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku-Papua. The paper uses OpenStreetMap (OSM) vector datasets to study the geometric properties of street centerlines and the regression techniques on the Landsat satellite images of these cities processed in GIS to study land-use patterns. The paper also uses the method of patterns classification from volunteered geographic information systems (VGI) to study street orientational patterns utilizing OSMnx. Finally, the paper uses space syntax methods to describe the topological features of natural street networks of the cities. The results of this study show that there are statistically significant regional variations among cities in Indonesia. They also show that street network orientations are correlated with global integration values indicating that movement potentials could be affected by spatial shape patterns in these cities
