The international marketing of INTI will be studied to assess its foray into the international scene of higher learning, to determine INTI's strengths in its marketing activities and to forecast the possible obstacles and catalysts that this private Malaysian college will face, and to suggest its possible solutions. This case will also look into its foray into the international education market and how a small time college would be able to ally with overseas universities to provide quality education, resulting in the establishment of branches outside of Malaysia. This case highlights the international marketing of INTI College and the author will suggest possible enhancements of the international marketing strategies as employed by the college. The author will gauge the analysis of the international marketing of INTI College Malaysia through hands-on data gathering, which the author procured as long as the duration the author worked in the college and through literature review
Analisis faktor bentuk struktur inti melalui interaksi elektron inti
Telah dilakukan analisis faktor bentuk inti dari persamaan tampang lintang elasti.k dan talc elastik hamburan elektron-inti serta pengaplikasian pada hamburan elektron-deuteron.
Perhitungan dilakukan derigan menfigunakan pendekatari Born orde pertarna. Telah diperoleh faktor bentuk muatan sferik, faktor bentuk kuadrupol dan faktor bentuk momen magnetik deuteron pada hamburan elastik dan faktor bentuk nukleon pada hamburan tak elastik. Aplikasi uhtuk deuteron dilakukan dengan menentukan jejari dan rapat muatan berdasarkan faktor bentuk muatan yang diperoleh dad basil eksperirnen hamburan elektron.
Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa struktur muatan sferik deuteron disumbang oleh komponen slate triplet-S dan state triplet-D, sedangkan struktur kuadrupol disumbang oleh komponen state triplet-a Struktur magnetik deuteron disumbang olth kedua komponen state yaitu dari komponen state triplet-S sebesar (pp + p„) dan dare komponen state triplet-D sebesar ÷(-} — (pp + pn)).

Analyzing of nuclear form factors from elastic and inelastic cross section in electron-nucleus scattering and application of theoretical result in electron-deuteron scattering have been done in this research.
The calculation has been performed in the first Born approximation. The spherical charge form factor, quadrupole form factor and magnetic moment form factor of deuteron have been described from elastic scattering and nucleon form factor from inelastic electron-deuteron scattering. The Deuteron radius and charge densities have been resulted from charge form factor- measured in electron scattering experiments.
The analysis result shows that the deuteron spherical charge structure is contributed by state triplet-S and state triplet-D component, meanwhile the quadrupole structure is contributed by state triplet-D component. Pra Desain Pabrik Magnesium Hidroksida (Mg(OH)2) dari Bittern
Bittern merupakan salah satu hasil samping dari proses produksi garam yang berupa cairan pekat dengan kadar >29º Be (Baume). Bittern memiliki beberapa kandungan ion mineral diantaranya yang paling besar adalah Na+, Mg2+ dan Cl-. Lokasi yang dipilih dalam pendirian pabrik ini direncanakan di Kabupaten Sampang, Jawa Timur pada tahun 2027 dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 1.850 ton/tahun. Proses yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Mg(OH)2 dari bittern yaitu presipitasi magnesium menggunakan NaOH dengan pertimbangan yield yang dihasilkan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan penggunaan senyawa basa yang lain. Secara umum, proses ini dibagi menjadi 3 unit proses, yaitu proses pre-treatment bahan baku, proses presipitasi magnesium, proses drying dan milling. Tahap pre-treatment bittern dilakukan secara dua tahap, yaitu filtrasi charcoal dan pengurangan ion Ca2+. Filtrasi charcoal bertujuan untuk menghilangkan zat chroma dan zat pengotor yang terikut dalam bittern, serta pengikatan kadar kalsium dalam bittern menggunakan H2SO4. Tahap presipitasi magnesium bertujuan untuk mengikat ion-ion Mg2+ dalam bittern dan bereaksi dengan ion (OH-) dari NaOH sehingga menghasilkan Mg(OH)2.. Dimana Mg(OH)2 memiliki nilai kelarutan senyawa yang paling rendah diantara senyawa lain yang terbentuk, sehingga terjadi adanya pengendapan dan dapat dengan mudah dilakukan pemisahan dan pencucian pada proses selanjutnya. Tahap drying dan milling, terjadi proses pengeringan cake Mg(OH)2 untuk menghilangkan kadar air yang tersisa dengan bantuan panas secara berlawanan serta terjadi proses size reduction untuk menghasilkan ukuran yang seragam yaitu 100 mesh. Untuk mendirikan pabrik magnesium hidroksida dengan kapasitas 1.850 ton/tahun dibutuhkan modal investasi sebesar Rp. 214.287.272.351 yang diperoleh dari modal sendiri sebesar 30% dan pinjaman jangkan pendek dengan bunga 8% per tahun sebesar 70%. Dari analisa ekonomi, didapatkan penaksiran modal (CAPEX) sebesar Rp. 186.813.411.607 dan biaya operasional (OPEX) sebesar Rp. 54.947.721.488. Hasil penjualan produk per tahun sebesar Rp. 92.500.000.000 dengan IRR 15,94%, waktu pengembalian modal 6,05 tahun dan NPV sebesar Rp. 135.472.885.944,20 (positif) dan WACC sebesar 7,24%. Berdasarkan kelayakan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pabrik ini layak untuk didirikan karena nilai WACC < IRR.

Bittern is one of the by-products of the salt production process in the form of aconcentrated liquid with >29º Be (Baume). Bittern contains several mineral ions, the largest being Na+, Mg2+ and Cl-. Selected location for the construction of this factory is planned in Sampang Regency, East Java in 2027 with a production capacity of 1,850 tons/year.The process used in the manufacture of Mg(OH)2 from bittern is magnesium precipitation using NaOH with the consideration that the resulting yield is higher compared to the use of other basic compounds. In general, this process is divided into 3 process units, pre-treatment process, magnesium precipitation process, drying and milling process. The pre-treatment process of bittern was carried out in two stages, are charcoal filtration and reducing Ca2+ ions. Charcoal filtration aims to remove chroma and impurities contained in bittern, while reduce calcium levels in bittern using H2SO4. The magnesium precipitation aims to bind Mg2+ ions in bittern and react with (OH-) ions from NaOH to produce Mg(OH)2. Where Mg(OH)2 has the lowest solubility value among the other compounds formed, so that precipitation occurs and can be easily separated and washed in the next process. In the drying and milling process, the Mg(OH)2 cake drying process occurs to remove the remaining moisture content with the help of heat in the opposite direction and a size reduction process occurs to produce a uniform 100 mesh size. To set up a magnesium hydroxide plant with a capacity of 1,850 tons/year, the investment capital is Rp. 214.287.272.351 obtained from 30% own capital and short-term loans with interest of 8% per year 70%. From the economic analysis, the estimated capital (CAPEX) is Rp. 186.813.411.607 and operational costs (OPEX) of Rp. 54.947.721.488. Product sales results per year amounting to Rp. 92,500,000,000 with an IRR of 16,29%, a payback period of 6,05 years and an NPV of Rp. 135.472.885.944,20 (positive) and WACC 7.24%. ANALISIS KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. CITRA KARYA INTI SENTOSA I JAMBI
This study aims to get an overview of employee job satisfaction at PT.Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi and to analyze the factors of job satisfaction at PT.Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi. This study took a sample of 23 employees of PT Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi using the survey method. The method used to analyze the data generated from this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study show an overview of employee job satisfaction at PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi, based on the results of the survey and analysis carried out it can be concluded that the average proportion of the factors that influence job satisfaction at PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi is based on calculations Data processing starts from the work factor itself which has an unsatisfied rating scale, and on the personality suitability factor which has a dissatisfied rating scale. Overall, employee job satisfaction is not good. It can be seen that job satisfaction factors such as the work itself, salary, working conditions, co-workers, and personality satisfaction have not been met properly. For the progress and sustainability of PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi, the author will later suggest that the factors of job satisfaction can be cultivated even better
Novel biomarkers for the prediction of metastasis in colorectal cancer
INTRODUCTION
In patients with metastatic colorectal cancers, multimodal management and the use of biological agents such as monoclonal antibodies have had major positive effects on survival. The ability to predict which patients may be at 'high risk' of distant metastasis could have major implications on patient management. Histomorphological, immunohistochemical or molecular biomarkers are currently being investigated in order to test their potential value as predictors of metastasis.

Here, the author reviews the clinical and functional data supporting the investigation of three novel promising biomarkers for the prediction of metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer: tumor budding, Raf1 kinase inhibitor protein (RKIP) and metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1 (MACC1).
EXPERT OPINION
The lifespan of most potential biomarkers is short as evidenced by the rare cases that have successfully made their way into daily practice such as KRAS or microsatellite instability (MSI) status. Although the three biomarkers reviewed herein have the potential to become important predictive biomarkers of metastasis, they have similar hurdles to overcome before they can be implemented into clinical management: standardization and validation in prospective patient cohorts
Inti: Indoor Tracking with Solar Cells
Solar cells are mainly used as power sources, but can be used for sensing as well. We propose a novel indoor system that exploits solar cells to track people by monitoring the changes in light intensity caused by their shadows and reflections as they walk by. Our framework has three main components. First, we develop a simulator based on a ray-tracing model to determine how the solar cells should be positioned in the tracking environment to maximize the signal to noise ratio. Next, we apply changepoint detection methods to convert the (noisy) solar cell signal into a binary detection signal. Our detection method uses a Bayesian approach, which allows our system to work well in various environments, with natural and artifical light. Finally, the binary output from multiple solar cells is fused to track multiple targets. The tracking engine is based on a particle filter implementation based on the probability hypothesis density filter. This approach allows us to perform tracking without knowing the actual number of targets in the environment. To evaluate our framework, we build small tags that consist of a solar cell, a micro-controller and a wireless module, and deploy them in a real apartment. Produksi Video Company Profile PT Intisarana Adisejahtera (Inti Solar) Dalam Mengimplementasikan Elemen 4E Cyber Branding
Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut perusahaan untuk lebih adaptif dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada publik. Dalam hal ini, video company profile menjadi salah satu media komunikasi visual yang efektif untuk memperkenalkan identitas perusahaan, produk, dan layanan secara luas, menarik, dan terstruktur. Skripsi karya ini bertujuan untuk memproduksi video company profile bagi PT Intisarana Adisejahtera (Inti Solar), yang mengimplementasikan elemen 4E dalam konsep cyber branding (Engagement, Educate, Excitement, dan Experience) guna membangun brand awareness di mata publik, calon pelanggan, dan mitra bisnis.
Penulis berperan sebagai processing yang bertanggung jawab dalam keseluruhan proses produksi, mulai dari pra-produksi, produksi hingga pasca-produksi. Video berdurasi 5–7 menit ini menampilkan sejarah perusahaan, visi-misi, perkembangan produk, layanan, hingga wawancara dengan CEO, yang dipublikasikan melalui kanal digital resmi Inti Solar seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan website.
Tujuan dari penciptaan karya ini adalah untuk membantu Inti Solar menjangkau khalayak lebih luas melalui media digital, meningkatkan pengenalan merek dari tingkat unaware of brand menjadi brand recognition, serta memperkuat citra perusahaan yang profesional dan terpercaya. Karya ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi akademik dalam pengembangan strategi komunikasi visual dan digital branding yang relevan di era teknologi informasi.

The advancement of digital technology requires companies to be more adaptive in delivering information to the public. In this context, a company profile video serves as an effective visual communication medium to introduce the company’s identity, products, and services in a broad, engaging, and structured manner. This creative thesis aims to produce a company profile video for PT Intisarana Adisejahtera (Inti Solar) by implementing the 4E elements of the cyber branding concept—Engagement, Educate, Excitement, and Experience—to build brand awareness among the public, potential customers, and business partners.
The author acts as the processing lead, responsible for the entire production process, from pre-production to production and post-production. The 5–7-minute video showcases the company’s history, vision and mission, product development, services, and an interview with the CEO. It is published through Inti Solar’s official digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and the company’s website.
The purpose of this project is to help Inti Solar reach a wider audience through digital media, increase brand recognition from the unaware stage to brand recognition, and strengthen the company's image as professional and trustworthy. This work is also expected to serve as an academic reference in the development of visual communication strategies and relevant digital branding approaches in the information technology era.
