Plurilinguism and plurilingual didactics have gained an important position in scientific discussion, even though interlingual and integrated approaches to teaching practice are still lacking. After a short description of various approaches, all based on language comparison and metalingual reflection, the author suggests adopting English as a bridge-language in plurilingual didactics, independent of the language family and languages studied. On the basis of various learner profiles, the author illustrates the benefit of using English as an element of language comparison and reflection in the learning process of other languages

Application of agile methodologies in hackathon organization: A ZICER - Zagreb innovation centre case study
This thesis explores the application of agile management methodologies in hackathon organization, with specific reference to the experiences of ZICER - Zagreb Innovation Centre. Through the analysis of four hackathons held between 2023 and 2025, the thesis provides detailed insights into the practical implementation of agile principles within the context of innovation events. The research employs diverse data sources - questionnaires, analysis of available documentation, and direct observation of events. This methodological approach has enabled a comprehensive examination of the benefits and challenges associated with implementing an agile approach. Results indicate significant compatibility between agile principles and hackathon organizational requirements. Practices such as sprint methodology, daily stand-up meetings, and structured retrospective analyses proved particularly effective. By applying these methods, organizers achieved more efficient resource utilization, better adaptation to unforeseen circumstances, and continuous quality improvement through an iterative approach. However, implementation challenges were observed in terms of a need to balance agile flexibility with the necessary level of predictability expected by external stakeholders. Critical success factors identified in the paper include the gradual introduction of agile practices, adaptation of standard methodologies to the specific hackathon context, and development of an organizational culture that supports experimentation and learning through trial and error. Based on the analysis, the paper presents concrete recommendations for future organizers of similar events and considers broader implications for innovation ecosystem development. Particularly noteworthy is the potential for transferring agile methodologies between different ecosystem stakeholders and the importance of developing a culture of experimentation. This thesis represents a contribution to understanding how agile principles can be applied within an innovation ecosystem and offers practical guidelines for organizations seeking to enhance their approaches to innovation event organization
