No full textThis study presents a commented edition and analysis of two previously unpublished letters from Rodrigo Vicente de Almeida, library officer of the Ajuda Library, to the Carolina Michaëlis, the renowned on the library’s most famous codex, the Cancioneiro da Ajuda. Indexed as Ms. CMV 1/30 and Ms. CMV 1/31 within the Carolina Michaëlis de Vasconcelos Collection at the Coimbra Library, Almeida’s letters contain precise details of the period prior to the first restoration of the codex, and offer new insight into the complex and much debated modern foliation of the manuscript’s.Ofrecemos en las páginas que siguen la edición y el análisis de dos cartas inéditas que don Rodrigo Vicente de Almeida, oficial de la Biblioteca da Ajuda, le dirige a doña Carolina Michaëlis, la gran estudiosa del códice por excelencia de la citada Biblioteca, el Cancioneiro da Ajuda. En estas misivas, custodiadas en el Espólio de Carolina Michaëlis de Vasconcelos de la Biblioteca Geral de la Universidade de Coimbra con las cotas Ms. CMV 1/30 y Ms. CMV 1/31, Almeida ofrece datos preciosos sobre un momento muy concreto de la historia del manuscrito, lo que precedió a su primera restauración, dando luz, además, sobre las debatidas y siempre complejas numeraciones modernas que se localizan en sus folios.Ofrecemos nas páxinas que seguen a edición e a análise de dúas cartas inéditas que don Rodrigo Vicente de Almeida, oficial da Biblioteca da Ajuda, lle dirixe a dona Carolina Michaëlis, a grande estudosa do códice por excelencia da citada Biblioteca, o Cancioneiro da Ajuda. No full textNeopontonides brucei Fransen & Almeida, 2009 Neopontonides brucei — Fransen & Almeida, 2009: 838. Diagnosis. Rostrum with 6 to 12 dorsal teeth on raised carina. Antennular peduncle with stylocerite broad, ending in slender, acute tooth almost reaching middle of basal segment; strong distolateral spine of basal segment reaching to distal margin of intermediate segment. Scaphocerite distinctly overreaching antennular peduncle, more than 2 times as long as wide, with strong distolateral tooth. Carapace with small, sharp, submargial antennal spine. Mandilbe without palp. First maxilliped has exopod with a caridean lobe. Second and third maxillipeds without exopods. First pereopods extending just past scaphocerite. Second pereopods dissimilar. Major pereopod with palm conspicuously longer than fingers. Minor pereopod, delicate, extending well beyond first pereopods. Third to fifth pereopods with simple dactyli. Telson with 2 pairs of dorsal spines and 3 pairs of spines on posterior margin. Distribuiton. Western Atlantic: Panama, Brasil (São Paulo [Ubatuba], Bahia [Camamu Bay]). (Figure 6) (Fransen & Almeida, 2009). Material examined. None. Ecological notes. The Panamanian specimens were collected in mixed sample, together with Hippolyte nicholsoni, may also be associated with gorgonians (Fransen & Almeida, 2009).Published as part of Vieira, Rony R.
