Learning achievement is something that can not be separated from
learning activities, because learning is a process, whereas the achievement is the
result of the learning process.Student learning achievement in midwifery of
program study dian husada academic in UHAP II (APN) largely students passed
the main examination. But students who practice in hospital clinics or BPS not
yet doing according to standard APN. This study aims to determine whether there
is influence of teaching method on learning achievement in course of ASKBE II
maternity (standarts of normal maternity care) reviewed from the Student
Learning Motivation midwifery of program study in dian husada academic
Mojokerto
This research uses apparent experimental method with factorial design
2x2. The population in this research is totality student level II three-semester. 120
students as a sample selected with the technique of cluster random sampling with
the application of the questionnaire method to instrument Learning motivation and
test of methods for learning achievement Askeb II maternity. Data analysis
techniques using two-way analysis of variance with prerequisite test analysis is
normality test and homogeneity of variance test.
The results of this study is that there is the diference significant influence
the use of demonstration method and speechmethod about learning achievement
Askeb II maternity (Fhitung = 17,460 with significant value = 0,000), there is the
diference significant influence between student possesing high learn motivation
with student possesing low learn motivation for learning achievement Askeb II
maternity.(Fhitung = 271,519 with significant value = 0,000),there is no
interaction influence a significant between use of teaching methods and lecture
method about learning achievement Askeb II maternity (Fhitung = 0,012 with
significant value = 0,913)
Based on the results of these studies can concluded that the learning
achievement with the implementation of demonstration method is better than the
implementation speech method, student has been high motivation learning
acquiring learning achievement is better than student has been low motivation
learning, there isn't interaction influence use teaching method and lecture of
motivation about learning achievement. recommended to those all of lecturer
using lecture method appropriate with purpose of learning.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Low Birth Weight Infants (LBWI) is infants with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams regardless of gestation. Babies with low birth weight (LBW) require proper care in order to avoid harmful things, one of which is Kangaroo Care Method. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of kangaroo care method on changes in body temperature in LBW infants. Methods: The research design used was pre-experimental with design category (One group pretest-Post). Sampling technique used is consecutive sampling technique. Independent variable in this research is kangaroo care method. Variable dependent in this research is body temperature change. The data were collected through observation analysis with Wilcoxon test to determine whether there was any difference between two samples. The Results: The result of measuring body temperature in Low Birth Weight Infants indicates a change of given intervention kangaroo care method in body temperature with body temperature average of 36.30 C and there are 2 infants who had a decrease in body temperature after a given intervention. The result of statistic test showed that there was effect of kangaroo care method with Z value of 3.114 and with significant level of 0.002. Conclusion: The results of the research above proves that kangaroo care method can increase body temperature of in infants who experience LBW, so the kangaroo care method could be a substitute for incubator in overcoming hypothermia in LBW infants.

This research has purpose to analyze the existance of racial discrimination in Cinder
novel by using Marxist theory. In this research, the method of collecting data use
documentation technique. The reseacher uses two data resources: first, Cinder novel
by Marissa Meyer as the main data and the second data are the bioghraphy of the
author, data from internet, and infomations that related to this research. The result of
this research shows the indicator of the racial discrimination, how racial
discrimination depicted by the author, and the reason of the author choose racial
discrimination as the theme of this novel. The researcher also finds Marxist
perpective through five major priciples of Marxist theory by Karl Marx. The
researcher finds that allienation, class struggle, and revolution shown by the author
on this novel

Kata Maneka diambil dari bahasa Sansekerta yang berarti "beraneka" atau "macam-macam", sesuai dengan ragam lagu yang disajikan dalam resital ini. Lagu-lagu yang dibawakan meliputi berbagai tema, seperti cinta, keindahan alam, rasa syukur, cerita Alkitab, hingga nasionalisme, dengan bahasa yang digunakan termasuk Italia, Jerman, Inggris, dan Indonesia. Karya yang dipilih berasal dari periode musik Barok, Klasik, Romantik, dan Modern, sehingga memperlihatkan keberagaman periode musik. Lagu yang dibawakan merupakan karya dari komposer Frédéric Chopin, Johannes Brahms, Georges Bizet, Giacomo Puccini, George Frideric Handel, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven, Arnold Zamora hingga komposer Indonesia seperti R. A. J. Soedjasmin dan Binsar Sitompul. Melalui program ini, resital vokal Maneka menghadirkan pengalaman musikal yang beragam, memperkaya wawasan penonton terhadap karya musik vokal lintas genre dan zaman. Setiap lagu yang dipilih memiliki cerita, emosi, dan karakter masing-masing, menjadikan resital ini sebuah perayaan keragaman musikal yang menyentuh berbagai aspek kehidupan dan budaya.“Maneka” refers to the title of a solo vocal recital by the author that performs songs from various themes, stories, languages, periods, and composers. “Maneka” derived from Sanskrit that means “various”, in accord with the variety of songs performed in this recital. The songs include a variety of themes, such as love, natural beauty, gratitude, Bible stories, and nationalism, with languages used including Italian, German, English, and Indonesian. The chosen works were from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Modern periods of music, thus showing the diversity of musical periods. The pieces performed are from composers Frédéric Chopin, Johannes Brahms, Georges Bizet, Giacomo Puccini, George Frideric Handel, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven, Arnold Zamora to Indonesian composers such as R. Get PDFABSTRAK POTRET USAHA MIKRO, KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) DAN PENERIMAAN PPH FINAL TAHUN 2014-2018 (STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR) APRILIA ARTIKASARI F3416008 Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan jumlah UMKM di Kabupaten Karanganyar dan mengetahui penerimaan terhadap pph final terkait UMKM di KPP Pratama Karanganyar tahun 2014-2018, serta mengetahui dampak dari perubahan tarif pajak UMKM terhadap penerimaan negara tahun 2018 di KPP Pratama Karanganyar. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dibantu dengan beberapa data. Sumber data yang penulis gunakan adalah data primer yaitu diperoleh dari wawancara dan data sekunder yang didapat dari Dinas Perdagangan, Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kabupaten Karanganyar di tahun 2014-2018 mengalami perkembangan sehingga penerimaan pph final dan wajib pajak bayar terkait UMKM juga mengalami kenaikan. Dampak dari perubahan tarif pajak UMKM di tahun 2018 wajib pajak bayar mengalami kenaikan cukup tinggi dan penerimaan pph final mengalami kenaikan yang rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis memberikan saran kepada Dinas Perdagangan, Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan UKM untuk melakukan validasi data UMKM setiap tahun dengan cara online yang dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM agar dapat menekan anggaran pemerintah. ABSTRACT POTRAIT OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES AND PPH FINAL INCOME YEAR PERIODE 2014-2018 (STUDY CASE IN KARANGANYAR REGENCY) APRILIA ARTIKASARI F3416008 The writing of the final project aims to find out an increasing number of UMKM in Karanganyar Regency and knowing acceptance of the pph related final UMKM KPP Pratama Karanganyar 2014-2018 year, as well as find out the impact of changes in tax rates UMKM against acceptance of State the year 2018 in KPP Pratama Karanganyar. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods. Research methods the author use assisted with some data. The authors use data sources is the primary data that is obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from the Department of trade, manpower, cooperatives and UKM Karanganyar Regency. The results of this research are the UMKM in Karanganyar Regency in the year 2014-2018 progression so that receipt of final income tax and tax payers pay-related UMKM also experienced a rise. The impact of changes in tax rates UMKM in the year 2018 tax payers pay increase is quite high and is the acceptance of final income tax increase. Based on the results of the study, the authors advise the Service trade, manpower, cooperatives and UKM to perform data validation UMKM every year by way of online done by perpetrators of UMKM in order to suppress the Government budget.
