    The Role of Employment Satisfaction Mediation on The Effect of Reward on Employee Performance

    Employees are one of the most important elements in an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of rewards on employee performance through job satisfaction of non-PNS employees at the Kediri District Transportation Office. This research is included in qualitative research with 3 variables which are Reward, Performance, and Job Satisfaction. The sample used was 48 people with a sample determination using saturated non-probability sampling technique. The measurement scale used is the ordinal scale through the Likert scale with the respondent\u27s answer score 1 to 5. The hypothesis testing in this study uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistical analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the study concluded that reward had no significant effect on employee performance. However, through job satisfaction, rewards have a significant influence on performance

    This research aims to explore the implications of organizational culture and organizational commitment on staff performance at the Trenggalek Regency Tourism and Culture Office. In the period from August 2022 to January 2023, quantitative research methods were used with 79 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected via questionnaire using a Likert scale, then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings show that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on staff performance, with a p-value reaching 0.000. Likewise, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on staff performance, with a p-value of 0.012. With a coefficient of determination of 0.471, around 47.1% of the variation in staff performance can be explained by organizational culture and organizational commitment

    This study aims to measure the effect of organizational learning on employee performance through readiness to change. Quantitative research methods by taking samples with non-probability sampling and purposive sampling technique methods as many as 50 employees. Data analysis technique with Smart PLS software with hypothesis testing using PLS-based SEM. The results showed that organizational learning and change readiness had an effect on employee performance at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya, organizational learning had an effect on change readiness and had an effect on employee performance through change readiness. In conclusion, the higher organizational learning is done, can improve employee performance and change readiness. Thus several existing programs and training related to employee performance need to be improved to improve human resources, so as to reduce customer complaints. Employees are also encouraged to have the ability to implement the desired changes and complete work within the target time through human resource development programs and organizational learning.     This study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among Herbalife supervisors in Gresik. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Data were collected from 93 supervisors selected through simple random sampling, using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire to measure work engagement, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The results show that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly strengthens the relationship between work engagement and employee performance. These findings suggest that supervisors with high levels of work engagement tend to experience greater job satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts their performance. This study recommends that direct selling companies enhance programs that support work engagement and job satisfaction to help achieve business goals

    This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of IndiHome Sales employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel North Surabaya. This research method is quantitative. The population in this research is 253 IndiHome Sales Employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel North Surabaya. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 72 people calculated using the slovin formula. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed, a) the variable of work stress on employee performance variables has a path coefficients value of -0.273524, and a T-statistic value of -3.884768 > 1.96 (from table value Zα = 0.05) or P- Value 0.000 <0.05, then the result is significant (negative); b) the job satisfaction variable on employee performance variables has a path coefficients value of 0.705283, and a T-statistic value of 10.094021 > 1.96 (from the table value Zα = 0.05) or P-Value 0.000 <0.05 , then the result is significant (positive); c) the value of R2 (R square) in this study was 0.9408 or 94.09%, meaning that the influence of the independent variable was 94.09% while the remaining 5.91% was influenced by other factors. In conclusion, work stress affects employee performance, and job satisfaction affects employee performance.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, Work Stres

    This study looks into how learning motivation influences the relationship between self-efficacy, competence, and employment preparedness among Generation Z students. The study focuses on twelfth-grade accounting students at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo in the academic year 2023/2024. The study intends to investigate how self-efficacy and competence influence job preparedness, as well as how learning motivation acts as a mediator in this relationship. A quantitative approach was used to collect data from a sample of 60 pupils from a population of 108, as calculated by Slovin's formula. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data, and the findings were assessed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The findings show that self-efficacy and competence have a favorable and significant impact on students' work preparation, with learning motivation successfully moderating the link. These findings indicate that promoting self-efficacy, competence, and learning motivation in vocational education can improve students' preparedness for the workforc

The sampling method applied in this research is saturated sampling, which includes sampling the entire population, and the analytical methodology employed is Partial Least Square.The research findings and subsequent discussions led to the following conclusions: if a high sense of job satisfaction has an impact on enhancing employee performance, proper work discipline has an impact on enhancing employee performance

    The purpose of this study is to analyze and interpret the effect of perceived quality and perceived value on consumer satisfaction and loyalty. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique with the sample consisting of 67 debtors of motorbike ownership credit at the Central Santosa Finance Surabaya. The research data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that perceived quality had a significant positive effect on loyalty through satisfaction, and perceived value had a significant positive effect on loyalty, both directly and indirectly through satisfaction. However, perceived quality did not have a direct effect on loyalty. These results implied that the company should continuously improve its service quality to maintain customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.     Penelitian bertujuan dalam menelaah faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Yuwana Karya Catur Manunggal. Populasi terpilih ialah karyawan dari PT Yuwana Karya Catur Manunggal dengan total perhitungan jumlah sampel 45 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dan Smart-PLS sebagai alat analisis data. Hasil penelitian terdapat bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan disiplin kerja menyumbang pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Yuwana Karya Catur Manunggal, yang mana semakin baik dukungan perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan maka dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang semakin baik dari karyawan.     The increasingly intense competition in the service industry demands the quality of human resources (HR) as the main asset of the organization. Optimal employee performance is key to maintaining competitiveness, especially in the service sector which requires speed, accuracy, and quality of service. PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia, through its Terminal Operations Division, faces challenges in the form of high workloads that can stimulate resilience while also causing burnout, as well as suboptimal interpersonal communication. This study aims to analyze the impact of workload, burnout, and interpersonal communication on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The population in this study consists of all employees in the operations control unit selected using a saturated sampling technique, totaling 55 employees, via a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire. The research results indicate that: (1) workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; (2) burnout has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; (3) interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication is that employee performance can be improved through proportional workload management, preventing burnout, and enhancing interpersonal communication to maintain motivation, coordination, and service quality
