counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Development of Video Tutorials for Solving Problems on Temperature and Heat Topic to Enhance Students' Cognitive Skills
Get PDFThe recent transformation into online learning has reduced students’ cognitive abilities, as indicated by their difficulty in solving problems, including physics questions. Teachers tend to give assignments to work on questions without examples to solve those problems. Based on interview questionnaires, students have difficulty working on physics questions. The purpose of this research is to develop a video tutorial product to solve question items and to find out the products’ feasibility and readability from the students’ perspective. This study used Research and Development with a 4D research design. The video tutorial product was then validated by expert lecturers and resulted in an average score of 3.79 (valid). After being declared valid, then a trial was carried out on class XI students of the 2020/2021 academic year to determine the feasibility and readability of the product. The results of the limited trial showed a feasibility value of 85.0% and the readability value of 90.76%. Since the obtained feasibility and readability scores were above 80%, so the video tutorial product is categorized as successful and can be used as a learning companion media.Keywords: Video Tutorial, Cognitive Skills, Problem Solving ABSTRAKPerubahan pembelajaran secara daring membuat kemampuan kognitif peserta didik mengalami penurunan, yang ditunjukkan oleh kesulitan dalam memecahkan permasalahan salah satunya yaitu soal-soal fisika. Guru cenderung memberikan tugas untuk mengerjakan soal-soal, tetapi tanpa disertai contoh untuk menyelesaikan soal. Berdasarkan angket wawancara, peserta didik mengalami kesulitan mengerjakan soal-soal fisika. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan produk video tutorial penyelesaian soal dan mengetahui kelayakan dan keterbacaan produk oleh peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan dengan desain penelitian 4D. Produk video tutorial kemudian dilakukan uji validasi oleh dosen ahli dan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 3,79 (valid). Setelah dinyatakan valid, kemudian dilakukan uji coba kepada peserta didik kelas XI tahun ajaran 2020/2021 untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan keterbacaan produk. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji coba terbatas yaitu nilai kelayakan sebesar 85,0% dan nilai keterbacaan sebesar 90,76%. Hasil uji kelayakan dan keterbacaan yang diperoleh mendapt hasil di atas 80%, maka produk video tutorial sudah dapat dikatakan berhasil dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pendamping belajar

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Aktivitas Antioksidan Makaroni Beras Hitam dan Kacang-Kacangan Berpigmen Metode Cold Extrusion
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi antioksidan dari makaroni beras hitam dan kacang-kacangan berpigmen sebagai pangan fungsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 ulangan. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi total fenolik, total flavonoid, aktivitas antioksidan metode DPPH, aktivitas antioksidan metode FRAP, kualitas masak makaroni, dan uji organoleptik. Data hasil diolah menggunakan analysis of variance (ANOVA) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, apabila terdapat perbedaan akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil uji organoleptik berupa uji hedonik diolah menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis, apabila terdapat perbedaan akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Data ditampilkan dalam bentuk rata-rata ± standar deviasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk makaroni setelah dilakukan proses perebusan menjadi makaroni matang, terjadi penurunan total fenolik, total flavonoid, dan aktivitas antioksidan metode FRAP dari masing-masing makaroni kombinasi. Sedangkan aktivitas antioksidan metode DPPH dari makaroni kombinasi beras hitam dengan kacang merah, kacang hijau, atau kacang tolo menunjukkan peningkatan setelah perebusan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian masing-masing makaroni kombinasi memiliki karakteristik kualitas masak yang berbeda dilihat dari parameter pengembangan volume, peningkatan berat, dan cooking loss. Berdasarkan uji organoleptik makaroni matang kombinasi beras hitam dengan kacang merah, kacang hijau, atau kacang tolo tidak berbeda secara signifikan ditinjau dari parameter warna, kelembaban, tingkat kekerasan, kekenyalan, kelembutan di mulut, rasa, dan penerimaan keseluruhan
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
