No full textKepuasan Pelanggan merupakan hal terpenting dalam pembelian dan
penjualan produk, jasa, dan informasi yang dilakukan secara langsung maupun
tidak langsung melalui internet. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk
analisis model faktor yang berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian pada online
shop secara online adalah metode PLS (Partial Least Square) yang meliputi
variabel Promosi, Harga, Pelayanan, Produk, Kepuasan Konsumen, dan Loyalitas.
PLS adalah metode yang powerfull karena dapat diterapkan pada semua skala data
dan ukuran sampel tidak harus besar.
Hasil pengukuran Indikator yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam
mengukur variabel Promosi adalah Kelengkapan barang yang dijual dengan nilai
sebesar 0,833, Indikator yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam mengukur
variabel Harga adalah Harga Murah dengan nilai sebesar 0,967, variabel
Pelayanan adalah Desain situs dengan nilai sebesar 0.825, variabel Produk adalah
Distribusi tersebar dengan nilai sebesar 0,8980, variabel Product adalah Distribusi
tersebar dengan nilai sebesar 0,894800. Setelah itu T-statitik yang diperoleh
masing-masing variabel yaitu pada Promosi dengan T-statistik 0,459, variabel
Harga T-statistik 4,849, variabel Pelayanan T-statistik 0,100, dan variabel Produk
T-statistik 6,255. Hasil pengujian penelitian menunjukan nilai T-statistik > dari
1,64 menunjukan hasil penelitian variabel yang positif mempengaruhi tingkat
kepercayaan konsumen pada OLX. Kemudian nilai R2 = 0,819 bahwa variabel
Pelanggan = 0,964 dan Loyalitas = 0,819. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel
Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 96%, sedangkan sebesar 4% dipengaruhi oleh
variabel lain, dan Loyalitas sebesar 81% sedangkan sebesar 19% dipengaruhi oleh
variabel lain.

No full textPDB merupakan indikator yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi perekonomian suatu wilayah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi pemerintah, investasi pemerintah, investasi swasta, dan angkatan kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi regional di 38 kabupaten/kota di propinsi Jawa Timur periode 2007- 2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi pemerintah dan angkatan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan, sedangkan investasi pemerintah dan investasi swasta tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi regional

No full textInvestigation is a series of investigative actions to search for and collect evidence with this evidence to shed light on a criminal act and to determine the suspect. In the practice of investigating criminal traffic accidents that cause other people to die, there are actions that are not carried out by investigators, namely detention. This action was carried out based on the investigator's own judgment. Based on this, the author is interested in conducting research on a series of investigator actions in traffic accident crimes that cause other people to die. This research aims to determine a series of investigators' actions in criminal traffic accidents that cause other people to die. This research is included in research sociological juridical, to obtain the data needed, researchers directly conducted field research using data collection methods in the form of interviews with traffic accident investigators from the Malang City Police. The results of this research showed that the investigator's authority was not implemented, namely detention, this was shown from the results of the researcher's interviews with sources in the form of investigators not carrying out detention because they had their own judgment, such as the suspect's cooperation. So the author concludes that this decision caused a loss of public trust in the police
PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI MARKONA: IMPLEMENTASI BACKEND UNTUK MODUL ADMIN DI PT. PHINCON
No full textThe Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) programme is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia which aims to improve students' skills and work readiness through practical work experience in industry. MBKM Mandiri allows universities or colleges to organize internship programmes independently, while still referring to the national policy framework. One of the partner companies of this programme is PT. PHINCON is engaged in IT, software, inprodukion technology and consulting. The author had the opportunity to join the internship programme at PT. PHINCON and contributed to the MARKONA (Application Marketing) application development project as a backend developer. In this role, the author uses the TypeScript programming language with the NestJS framework to develop various backend functions of the MARKONA application. The author also uses various tools such as Figma for interface design, Jira for project management, and Postman for API testing. The development methodology used in this project is Agile, which allows teams to work iteratively and adapt to changing needs. Applying Agile methodology helps ensure quality and timely completion of tasks. The results of this internship show that the use of TypeScript and NestJS in backend development provides a good structure and increased efficiency in the development process. The use of Figma, Jira and Postman tools also proved effective in supporting the design, project management and testing processes. This internship experience has not only enhanced the author's technical skills, but also provided an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of working in the inprodukion technology industry. In addition, the application of logical thinking in every stage of development helped the author to solve the problem effectively and efficiently

No full textThe challenges of changing times need serious attention regarding how to use the internet safely, especially in the world of commerce such as e-commerce without experiencing difficulties due to the unpreparedness of various aspects in Indonesia, especially the legal aspects related to electronic commerce in order to anticipate the possibility that occurs, such as cases of default between consumers. with the manufacturer. The purpose of this study is to identify how effective the consumer protection is carried out by the Indonesian state regarding consumer protection in Law Number 8 of 1999. The research method used by the author is a type of normative - juridical research, which is descriptive of literature analysis. Applying a literature and literature study approach to consumer protection. Default issues between consumers and producers are usually resolved through the courts or by alternative dispute resolution methods, such as through litigation or non-litigation efforts. The problems that occur today include the efforts of justice seekers, namely consumers who are harmed due to default on e-commerce transactions that are hindered by the considerable distance between buyers and traders. E-commerce and court processes are also time-consuming and require sophisticated mechanisms. The conclusions of this study explain the lack of effective consumer protection regulated by Law Number: 8 of 1999 when trading transactions through e-commerce in the event of a default dispute. There are still many default problems that are often encountered between consumers and producers through e-commerce when transacting.

A Literature Review on Vocational Interest Measurements Using Bibliometric Analysis
No full textVocational interest assessments play an important role in supporting high school students in identifying appropriate career paths, particularly for those planning to pursue tertiary education. Nevertheless, a comprehensive evaluation of the literature is essential to assess the relevance, gaps, and current state of vocational interest measurement. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze global publication trends and research related to vocational interest assessment. Using a bibliometric approach, 232 articles were retrieved from the Dimensions AI database, covering the period from 1924 to 2024. The Journal of Vocational Behavior emerged as the most prominent journal in this field, while James B. Round from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign was identified as the most influential author. Between 2014 and 2024, 62 relevant publications were recorded, including six from Indonesia. This study offered insights into publication growth, author affiliations, and key themes while identifying underdeveloped areas requiring further exploration in the measurement of vocational interest
Analisis Beban Kerja Berdasarkan Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Pada Perusahaan Outsourcing
No full textIn the context of intense competition in the industrial world today, companies are required to formulate new strategies in utilizing their resources. One approach that is often taken to improve the efficiency of labor use is through the application of contract labor, better known as outsourcing (Ramdhani, 2021). Excessive or too low levels of workload can lead to work inefficiency, as highlighted by Fahmy et al. (2018). In addition, workloads that are not in line with workers\u27 capacity have the potential to cause physical fatigue. A company generally involves diverse tasks and projects. By carrying out a workload analysis, a company can ensure that its human resources match operational needs, which in turn helps improve overall performance and provides a competitive advantage in a highly competitive market. In this research, the author will utilize the workload measurement method, namely the FTE method. Based on the analysis using the FTE method, it is found that the majority of employees (80%) fall into the normal workload category with an FTE index value of 1 - 1.28
Kinship in the novel limpapeh as a post-reformation Minangkabau local color literature
No full textThis study aims to gain knowledge and discoveries about kinship in Minangkabau local color novels represented by AR Rizal\u27s Limpapeh novel. The author\u27s social background indirectly influences this. Concerning kinship is worth researching because, since the time of modern literature in Indonesia, Minangkabau literature was formerly famous for its ironic tales related to marriage and customs. Meanwhile, through his novel, AR Rizal shows the condition of today\u27s society with a kinship order that still maintains the past system, and it turns out that it is still often found in the reality of today\u27s society even though this is only expressed in the form of works of fiction. This qualitative research uses the content analysis method, namely research that discusses information in depth and then marks it in the form of quotations in the novel as data marked in the text. The results of this study found that the form of kinship in the novel Limpapeh by AR Rizal is in the form of suku and sako, mamak and kemenakan, bako and anak pisang, andan and pasumandan. In terms of kinship, it shows that ethnic issues and the role of Mamak are still essential and are used today in Minangkabau society. This indirectly shows that mimetic elements in fictional literary works can still be found in society
