Mekanisme pembayaran klaim asuransi kecelakaan diri: Studi pada PT BRIngin Life Syariah Cabang Bandung
Full text linkBesarnya animo masyarakat terhadap sistem perekonomian yang berbasis syariah membawa angin segar bagi perkembangan perusahaan asuransi syariah di Indonesia. Perkembangan asuransi yang cukup signifikasi ini akan menjadi pesat apabila diimbangi sel regulasi yang disediakan pemerintah. Berbicara mengenai mekanisme pembayaran klaim yang dilakukan asuransi syariah tidak seperti yang dilakukan oleh asuransi konvensional lainnya. Dimana pada asuransi konvensional akad transaksinya adalah dengan menggunakan akad jual beli (Tabadulli), yaitu pertukaran premi dengan sejumlah pertanggungan. Sedangkan dalam asuransi syariah transaksinya menggunakan akad saling tolong menolong (Takafulli) atau (Ta 'awun) dalam kebaikan dan ketakwaan (al birri wat taqwa) antara satu peserta dengan peserta lain dengan menyisihkan dananya sebagai iuran kebajikan (tabarru).
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Prosedur Pengajuan Klaim Asuransi Kecelakaan Diri dan Langkah-Langkah dalam Pembayaran Klaim Asuransi Kecelakaan Diri pada PT BRIngin Life Syariah Cabang Bandung.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu suatu metode yang menggambarkan secara sistematis mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat serta hubungan antara fenomena yang sedang diselidiki. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data pendukung bahasan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian, selain itu penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan melakukan wawancara (interview) secara langsung dengan staf karyawan PT BRIngin Life Syariah Cabang Bandung.
Secara umum prosedur pengajuan klaim pada asuransi hampir sama, baik pada asuransi konvensional maupun syariah, yang membedakan dari masingmasing adalah kecepatan dan kejujuran dalam menilai suatu klaim. Prosedur pengajuan klaim asuransi pada PT BRIngin Life Syariah Cabang Bandung dimulai dengan penyerahan berkas klaim dari tertanggung kepada pihak penanggung, bukti klaim kerugian, penyelidikan, serta penyelesaian klaim. Selain itu, dalam hal pembayaran klaim asuransi pada PT BRIngin Life Syariah Cabang Bandung bersumber dari rekening tabarru' yaitu dana kebajikan seluruh peserta yang sejak awal sudah di ikhlaskan oleh peserta untuk keperluan tolong menolong jika terjadi suatu musibah. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembayaran klaim asuransi pada PT BRInginLife Syariah Cabang Bandung datang dan calon nasabah dan dari Pihak Rumah Sakit/Dokter
Prediksi Konsumsi Energi Listrik Tahun 2016-2021 Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak LEAP (Long-Range Energy Alternative Planing System) di UPJ CIAMIS
Full text linkPertumbuhan penduduk dan perkembangan ekonomi suatu daerah dapat mempengaruhi penggunaan energi listrik. Penyediaan energi listrik harus diperhitungkan sehingga energi listrik dapat tersedia dalam jumlah sesuai kebutuhan. Prakiraan kebutuhan energi listrik digunakan sehingga energi listrik dapat tersedia secara optimal. Penelitian ini merancang prakiraan kebutuhan energi listrik yang penelitiannya dilakukan di UPJ Ciamis untuk masa prakiraan tahun 2016 hingga 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode LEAP dengan menggunakan skenario Business As Usual (BAU). Hasil analisis dan simulasi pada tahun 2016 diperoleh total konsumsi energi sebesar 18,25 gWh meningkat menjadi 28,80 gWh pada tahun 2021. Selanjutnya yaitu mengunakan software minitab untuk menganalisis nilai elastisitas energi listrik dengan menggunakan perbandingan nilai konsumsi energi listrik dengan nilai PDRB. Hasil perhitungan elastisitas energi untuk Ciamis yaitu dengan membandingkan rata-rata pertumbuhan konsumsi energi listrik sebesar 7,95% dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan ekonomi (PDRB) sebesar 9,76%, sehingga diperoleh nilai elastistas energinya adalah 0,81 artinya memiliki tingkat efisiensi yang baik bila dibandingkan dengan nilai elastisitas energi di Indonesia yang saat ini mencapai 1,84. Angka elastisitas energi di bawah 1,0 dicapai apabila energi yang tersedia telah dimanfaatkan secara produktif. Selain itu, juga menggunakan software ETAP (Electric Transient and Analysis Program) untuk menganalisis losses dan drop voltage pada trafo. Hasil analisis losses dan drop voltage nilainya relatif kecil bahkan hampir tidak ada, dikarenakan penyulang itu sendiri, dengan panjang kabel yang pendek dan beban yang tidak terlalu besar serta tidak adanya gangguan. Pengaruh Transformational Leadership dan Psychological Capital terhadap Work Engagement pada Karyawan Generasi Z
Full text linkGeneration Z is known for frequently moving from one company to another. This is related to how Generation Z employees commit to their jobs both emotionally and intellectually within an organization or company. In other words, the issue among Generation Z employees is related to work engagement. The aim of rhis research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and psychological capital on work engagement among generation Z employees. The population of this research is generation Z employees aged 18-27 years. In sampling, non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling were used. This research involved 102 generation Z employees as participants. The measuring instruments used are the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) by Bass and Avolio (2004) with a realibility value of 0.953, the Psychological Capital Questionnaire – Short Version (PCQ) by Luthans, Avolio, Avey, and Norman (2007) with a reliability value of 0.817, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) by Schaufeli and Bakker (2004) with a reliability value of 0.948. data collection in this research was carried out by providing an online questionnaire using google forms. The data analysis technique in this reasearch uses multiple linear regression. Based on the result of the research conducted, it shows that there is a significant influence of transformational leadership and psychological capital together on work engaggement in generation Z employees, amounting to 88,4% with a significance value of 0.000. Separately, transformational leadership has an influence of 47,9% with a significance value of 0.000 on work engagement, while psychological capital has an influence of 47,6% with a significance value of 0.000 on work engagement. Therefore,it is important to pay attention to leadership style and psychological capital to increase employee work engagement

Full text linkThis paper aims to examine the extent of the implementation of exceptions to the prohibition of abortion based on Article 75 Paragraph (2) letters a and b of Law No. 36/2009 on Health. This study uses a normative legal research approach (literature) by analyzing regulations relating to abortion, data collection techniques by reviewing books, literature, notes, and various reports related to the problem to be solved (Nazir, 2003). Specifically focusing on the application of Law No. 36 of 2009, PP No. 61 of 2014, what it looks like and the extent of its implementation. The potential problem is the existence of rules that have been overridden, unlawfully imposed, and abandoned medical procedures. Products that contain regulations on abortion must provide concrete evidence as the law has aspired to justice, expediency, and legal certainty. The alternative solution is to strengthen the regulations or regulations relating to the act of abortion and provide a specific explanation of the procedural handling of legal and medically real abortion and at the same time provide legal certainty by providing strict sanctions for Abortion Criminal Offenders

Beji Gondang is also an economic center for the community. The potential for tourism development as employment has had a high enough impact on the surrounding community to sell food and beverages. Along with the development of tourism, it has brought its own consequences, especially in tourist destinations and local communities. This research uses a discriminatory qualitative method, which describes the data found in the field to become new finding data. The results of this study show that the presence of tourism is able to accelerate economic growth and provide employment, one of which is tour guides, parking attendants, photographer services, increase income, improve living standards, and stimulate other productive sectors that the growth of business and work opportunities due to tourism causes demand for labor to increase. The more tourists who visit, the more types of businesses that grow in tourist areas so that more jobs are created. This shows that tourism has great potential in providing jobs for workers who need new jobs
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
