Kinerja Perusahaan Dan Nilai Pasar Emiten BUMN Bidang Konstruksi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Kinerja keuangan dengan aspek rasio keuangan yaitu rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio leverage. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi terdiri dari empat perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dan jenis penelitian analisis kuantitatif. Dokumen berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk.,Waskita Karya (Persero) dan Tbk. PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., periode 2016-2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2020, dengan rincian: (a) Rasio aktivitas positifsignifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai perusahaan; (b) Rasio leverage tidak signifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai perusahaan; dan (c) Rasio profitabilitas tidak menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi
Pengaruh Harga, Promosi Dan E-Service Quality Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Konsumen Pada Aplikasi Grab
Information technology has increasingly developed recently. The impact of developments in the transportation sector is also felt with the emergence of online-based transportation service businesses, one of which is Grab. This research aims to see the significant effect of price, promotion, and e-service quality on consumer repurchase interest in the Grab Application. In this research, the population that will be used is consumers who have used the Grab application and live in DKI Jakarta. The sample for this research was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling type with 100 respondents. Data collection is carried out via Google Forms. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model) method by carrying out convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, R Square, and t-test. The results of the data analysis show that price, promotion, and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest in the Grab Application. Thus, if prices, promotions, and service quality improve according to consumers, Grab customers\u27 interest in making repeat purchases will increase.

Abstrak
Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang ikut membawa perubahan dalam bidang transportasi. Banyak bermunculan bisnis jasa trasportasi berbasis online, salah satunya ialah Grab. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh harga, promosi dan e-service quality terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Aplikasi Grab. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang akan digunakan adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Grab yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan melalui metode non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model) dengan melakukukan convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, R Square serta Uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi dan e-servoce quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Aplikasi Grab. Dengan demikian, jika harga, promosi, dan kualitas layanan semakin baik menurut konsumen, maka minat pelanggan Grab untuk melakukan pembelian berulang akan meningkat.

Enhancing Behavioral Intention to Use Digital Wallets: The Role of Expectations and Social Influence
The use of digital wallets has become increasingly prevalent in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. People’s decisions to adopt digital wallet technology are influenced by several factors. This research aims to investigate the impact of performance expectations, effort expectations, and social influence on the behavioral intention to use digital wallets in Depok City. The method used is a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach was employed in this study, and purposive sampling was used to select 120 respondents. The results of the study reveal that effort expectation and social influence have a significant positive effect on the behavioral intention to use digital wallets. Effort expectation refers to how easy and user-friendly the technology is perceived to be, while social influence pertains to the degree to which people are influenced by their social circles to adopt the technology. However, the study found that performance expectation, which relates to the perceived usefulness and advantages of digital wallets, did not have a significant impact on behavioral intention. This research contributes to the existing literature on technology adoption by highlighting the importance of user experience factors, such as effort expectation and social influence, in shaping consumers\u27 behavioral intentions to use digital wallets. For practitioners, the findings suggest that efforts to increase the adoption of digital wallets should focus not only on enhancing the perceived usefulness of the technology but also on improving ease of use and leveraging social influence

This research aims to explore the potential for innovative transformation that can be achieved by Vera Flower through an integrated approach. Using qualitative methods and SWOT analysis, this research highlights production strengths, possible process improvements, strategic partners, and challenges in facing online competition. The analysis results show that Vera Flower has strengths in a strong vision and mission, marketing innovation and social support, but is also faced with challenges such as limited capital and dependence on certain moments. On the opportunity side, Vera Flower has the potential for partnerships with resellers and digital marketing development. To exploit this potential, Vera Flower can plan strategic steps such as increasing digital marketing, diversifying products, and building partnerships with resellers. With the right strategy, Vera Flower can maximize its growth and success in the online market..Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi transformasi inovatif yang dapat dicapai oleh Vera Flower melalui pendekatan terpadu. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis SWOT, penelitian ini menyoroti kekuatan produksi, kemungkinan perbaikan proses, mitra strategis, serta tantangan dalam menghadapi persaingan online. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Vera Flower memiliki kekuatan dalam visi misi yang kuat, inovasi pemasaran, dan dukungan sosial, namun juga dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti modal terbatas dan ketergantungan pada momen-momen tertentu. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
