EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN SISTEM PENYULUHAN PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN BEKASI
Bekasi regency as one of the mainstays of agriculture of West Java province is one area that can not escape from the problems of human resource development of agriculture that should get attention by local governments, the private sector and local communities. Many factors that cause deterioration of agriculture in Bekasi Regency, among others; not optimal function of the institution / organization of Agricultural Extension, operational techniques ranging from counseling; extension of distribution, identification of potential areas of extension, aspects of planning and implementation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of agricultural extension in Bekasi based aspects of the functions of institutions / organizations and operational technical extension further identify potential areas of agricultural extension. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, ie by observation, interviews and observations documents. The results showed that: (1) Institutions / organizations that form the Executive Agency of Agricultural Extension as an institution is still limited motion in terms of both quantity and quality of personnel, bergaining institutions still sometimes overlaps with the Department of Agriculture. (2) There are still required the addition and improvement of facilities / infrastructure of agricultural extension services so as to improve the quantity and quality of the target areas. (3) Implementation of outreach are still many obstacles execution as their major influence on the political Pilkades, information outreach activities that still have not been absorbed by the farmer that still few farmers who take part in counseling, technology transfer and transfer of regeneration as a target of the main actors, and the synergy between the authorities village extension workers are not optimal.</jats:p
Analysis of The Big-Five Personality and Knowladge to Healthy Life Motivation With SEM PLS
This research proved the effectiveness of the big-five personality factors and knowledge of reproductive health to motivation to live healthy on students of public high school. The method used was a survey with a partial least square (PLS) with 279 samples participated through purposive sampling. Some instruments have been measured, namely the healthy life motivation(reliability 0.971), the big-five personality (reliability 0.937), and knowledge about reproductive health (reliability 0.874). The research data was carried out by PLS. The results showed that; 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between big-five personality and motivation healthy living, although controlled by the second order correlation; 2) there is a negative and significant relationship between knowledge about Kespro and motivation to live healthy, although controlled by the second order correlation; and 3) there is a positive relationship and significant between big-five personality and knowledge about Kespro together with motivation to live healthy. And also from the five big-five personality factors, it shows that the strongest contribution to healthy living motivation is extraversion and agreeableness. Therefore, it can be concluded that if the motivation to live a healthy life is to be increased, then the big-five personality and knowledge of Kespro must be considered
MEMBANGUN KREATIFITAS ANAK DENGAN MEMBUAT MOZAIK DI DESA KARANG SATRIA
This paper contains a portrait of the creative education of today's children, given the increasingly sophisticated and development of existing technology. Today's children can also be called millennials. Millennials are children born between the 1980s and 2000s. Millennials are children who have many diverse abilities and creativity which of course can be developed in a positive way to hone their own abilities. Creativity is a child's experience in expressing themselves and actualizing individual identity in an integrated form, both relationships with themselves, with nature and with other people. Children's creativity needs to be built from an early age, so that children can get used to it and can improve children's mindsets to be creative. Therefore, the author raised a program to increase children's creativity by making mosaics through seeds and rice whose purpose is expected to make children express themselves through creative thinking through activities that can build creativity and of course very fun and can fill time with useful things besides that. can also increase self-ability for the future so that they can think creatively in solving a problem or making a project that will be useful later. This activity program was carried out in RW 10 Karang Satria Village with a period of 1 month which was divided into 3 meetings. The methods applied during this activity program are consultation and training. The results that can be seen from the implementation of this program are that it can make children express themselves and increase children's creativity through the pictures they make and decorate using grains and rice
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Food Security Model in Facing Covid-19 Impact through the Reinforcement of Communal Agriculture
The increasing number of cases of the spread and transmission of COVID-19 to various countries in the world requires prevention and control efforts. Food security is one of the priority sectors that needs to be addressed as soon as possible, because food is the most basic need of mankind, especially in the midst of a pandemic situation, that's why food security is required to continue to explore in order to find models for strengthening food that are suitable and can produce high productivity. Based on this, this study aims to provide information about the food security model in dealing with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through the communal agriculture model in Indonesian agriculture. The data collection method used in this study is a literature study. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the communal farming model has bright prospects in supporting the Indonesian agricultural sector during the COVID-19 pandemic because this model allows for strengthening from within the agricultural sector
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
