    The purpose of this study was to describe the speaking ability of playgroup children at the Menara Ilmu PAUD, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the research results, the description of the ability to speak in playgroup children at the Menara Ilmu PAUD is optimal. This is evidenced by the fact that the child is able to talk about the events that are happening around him, is able to speak according to his way of thinking and the child is able to speak in the process of thinking and has full appreciation. This cannot be separated from the hard work of a teacher and parental guidance for children in the ability to speak well

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai efek YouTube terhadap perilaku sopan santun anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina KI Hajar Dewantoro, Kecamatan Dungingi, Kota Gorontalo. Perilaku sopan santun yang diamati meliputi menghormati, menghargai, tidak sombong, dan berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen kuantitatif dengan jenis Pre-Eksperimen One group Pre-Test Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 anak, dengan sampel sebanyak 20 anak. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Pre-Test, terdapat nilai rata-rata sebesar 17,6 dengan standar deviasi 1,759. Pada Post-Test, terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata menjadi 26,05 dengan standar deviasi 2,258. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Melalui uji signifikansi, diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 37,83, sedangkan nilai t-tabel adalah 1,729. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa YouTube berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sopan santun anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina KI Hajar Dewantoro, Kecamatan Dungingi, Kota Gorontalo

    Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media tanah liat terhadap kreativitas anak usia dini kelompok A di TK Negeri 12 Kartini Wonosari Kabupaten Boalemo Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media tanah liat terhadap kreativitas anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen (one group pretest-posttest design). Subjek penelitian adalah 15 anak kelompok A TK Negeri 12 Kartini Wonosari Kabupaten Boalemo Gorontalo. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan cara olah data statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan tara-rata hasil pre-test memperoleh nilai rata-rata 24,2. Sedangkan data post-test  memperoleh nilai rata-rata 38,2. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada (α) = 0.05 diperoleh ttabel = 2.131 Kemudian diperoleh nilai thitung = 34,303. Jadi thitung ≥ ttabel, 34,303 ≥ 2.131 dengan kata lain thitung > ttabel Maka Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima, dengan demikina maka hipotesis diterima artinya terdapat Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Tanah Liat Terhadap Kreativitas Anak Usia Dini Kelompok A di TK Negeri 12 Kartini Wonosari Kabupaten Boalemo Gorontalo

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media film animasi “Riko the Series” terhadap partisipasi belajar pada anak kelompok B TK PGRI Bungin Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan jenis pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 19 orang. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan data pretest memperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata 25,58 dan hasil nilai rata-rata post-test mencapai 38,26. Hasil ini mengemukakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media film animasi “Riko the Series” terhadap partisipasi belajar anak dikarenakan media memiliki gambar yang menarik disertai dengan unsur gerak dan suar

    This study aims to investigate the roles of parents and teachers in shaping the spiritual character of early childhood students at TK (Public Kindergarten) Pembina, Kota Timur Subdustrict, Gorontalo City. This This Study utilized a descriptive qualitative method focusing on the roles of parents and teachers in fostering the spiritual character of early childhood. The subjects comprised 6 parents and 3 teachers from class B at TK (Public Kindergarten) Pembina, Kota Timur Subdustrict, Gorontalo City. The objective is to describe their roles in shaping the spiritual character of early childhood. Data collection techniques employed were observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings illustrate that parents play a significant role in shaping the spiritual character of early childhood through five indicators: (1)Teaching honesty, acknowledging mistakes when made, (2)Teaching courag, fostering bravery and resilience againts fear, (3)Teaching Simplicity:promoting frugal living and moderation, (4)Teaching Responsibility:instilling completion of tasks, and (5)Teaching discipline:establishing simple rules. Additionally, the study highlights that teachers contribute to forming the spiritual character of early childhood throug seven indicators: (1)Educator:instilling norms and ethical values, (2)Instructor:imparting knowledge and insights, (3)Mentor:guiding and directing, (4)Advisor:providing advice and solutions in problem-solving, (5)Coach: training accompanied by praise, (6)ModelExemplar:demonstrating behavior directly, and (7)Motivator:providing encouragement, based on the findings at TK (Public Kindergarten) Pembina, Kota Timur Subdustrict, Gorontalo City, the role of parents in shaping the spiritual character of early childhood is effectively carried out by providing consistent teachings,despite varying daily life examples.     The purpose of this study was to determine the parenting style of children aged 4-5 years at the TK Negeri Pembina, West Wonggarasi Village, Lemito District, Pohuwato Regency. A qualitative approach was used as a research method involving 15 parents. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it was found that several parenting styles were democratic parenting, authoritarian parenting, and permissive parenting. The majority of parents tend to choose permissive parenting because they are busy so they cannot give much time to guide and listen to their children's opinions

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
