No full textThe use of leverage by the company may give big impact toward shareholders' return either in positive or negative way. The study aims to investigate the impact of leverage on shareholders' return. This research are using five (5) independent variable which are debt ratio (DR), long term debt ratio (LTBR), price to book ratio (PTBR), firm size (F S), and tax rate (TR). While the dependent variable is return on equity (ROE). The sample of 100 listed companies randomly selected from Bursa Malaysia was chosen for this study with the time period about 10 years which from 2007 to 2016. The data that had been used in this research is quantitative secondary data and the data structure is panel data. Moreover, the research are conducted by using panel least squares method to generate result for this study. The finding indicate that two independent variable show the significant result which are price to book ratio (PTBR) and tax rate (TR). While the rest show the insignificant result. The price to book ratio (PTBR) show the positive significant impact toward return on equity (ROE) which mean increase in price to book ratio (PTBR) will cause the increase in return on equity (ROE) and vice versa. In contra, the tax rate (T R) show the negative significant impact toward return on equity (ROE) which mean increase in tax rate (T R) will cause the decrease in return on equity (ROE) and vice versa

The objective of this product was to create a new product that combine the existing product with new technological feature. This product also want to give the new solution for people in choosing suitable spectacles according to their eyes conditions. The design and features of this product are significantly custom made so that this product can fully perform according this project intentions to accomplish it objectives. The unique features of this product is the adjustable lens that can adjust the lens power level by performing eyes retina reading by AI system. The aim of this proposal is to provide comprehensive information about how this organization is preparing and implementing strategies to put this product onto the market. These include the formation of the management staff, financial planning, marketing strategies and project milestones. In conclusion, this product is easily commercialized because it has a purchaser's own purpose and the technologies used in this product will offer a better alternative for people who have a poor eye vision problem

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis modal politik yang dimiliki pasangan Muhamad Ramlan Nurmatias dan Irwandi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberhasilan pasangan ini dalam mencapai kemenangannya pada Pilkada Kota Bukittinggi 9 Desember 2015. Dalam proses kemenangannya Pasangan Muhamad Ramlan Nurmatias dan Irwandi tidak memiliki modal politik yang tidak terlalu mendominasi dibandingkan dengan pasangan calon lainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan modal apa yang digunakan oleh pasangan tersebut dalam pemilihan kepala daerah Kota Bukittinggi tahun 2015.
Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep modal politik Kimberly L Casey. Casey membagi modal politik menjadi tujuh yaitu modal kelembagaan, modal manusia, modal sosial, modal ekonomi, modal budaya, modal simbolik, modal moral. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yakni: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Triangulasi menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber.
Hasil temuan di lapangan menunjukan bahwa, pada pilkada Kota Bukittinggi pada tanggal 9 Desember 2015, pasangan independen Muhamad Ramlan Nurmatias-Irwandi dan tim suksesnya menggunakan tujuh modal politik yang dikemukakan oleh Casey. Dalam hasil penelitian, peneliti melihat dua diantara modal politik yang lebih dominan digunakan pasangan ini yakni modal sosial, modal ekonomi dan modal budaya, namun yang lebih unggul dihasilkan dari modal sosial, karena dari modal sosial yang dimiliki pasangan Muhamad Ramlan Nurmatias-Irwandi pasangan ini mendapatkan kepercayan oleh banyak masyarakat Kota Bukittinggi Untuk maju sebagai pasangan calon independen, selain mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat Pasangan Muhamad Ramlan Nurmatias-Irwandi memiliki modal ekonomi yang cukup mempuni dari pasangan calon lainya, dan yang terakhir pasangan ini juga mendapatkan dukungan para pemangku adat masyarakat asli kota Bukittinggi yang di sebut dengan nama Urang Kurai.

However, the main drawback resides in the bandwidth limitation and the coverage for single access point. The deployment of Femtocell as the promising wireless access technology becomes one of the possible solution. Femtocell is a popular method to extend mobile network coverage and enhance the system capacity. Femtocell also can be called home based stations, a small communication range, low power, low cost and other characteristics. In this project the handover procedure between macrocell and femtocell network is studied. We are proposing a new handover strategy between femtocell and macrocell for LTE-based network. This handover strategy will considers on received signal strength (RSS) and velocity (V). This strategy can avoid unnecessary handover and reduce handover failure

As to achieve that purpose, I have created a Facebook account for my business profile which is called Deltra Seira Outlet. Delta Seira Outlet is a business that provide a sport attire and equipment to the customer particularly in futsal shoes. Delta Seira Outlet provides different variety of choices to the customer based on customer preferences. The idea to open the futsal shoes business is because of the huge demand from the people that play futsal as their career or hobby. People mostly of man play futsal as their favourite sport either it from student or adult. The location of the business is located at my home at Klang, Selangor. Customer can choose either to pick up the ordered shoes from me or I can directly deliver to the customer depend on the location.

Jumlah alat transportasi jenis mobil penumpang, mobil bis, mobil barang dan sepeda motor di Indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik, Jumlah alat transportasi pada tahun 2015 mencapai 105.303,318 juta sedangkan pada tahun 2016 mencapai 112.205,711 juta, naik 6,5 persen dari tahun sebelumnya. Dari hal tersebut diatas dapat dilihat bahwa alat transportasi di Indonesia semakin meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, maka kebutuhan akan pelumas juga ikut meningkat. Akibat meningkatnya kebutuhan pelumas tersebut membuat limbah pelumas bekas juga ikut meningkat. Limbah pelumas bekas termasuk ke dalam kategori limbah B3 yang dapat menyebabkan pencemaran pada lingkungan. Limbah pelumas bekas yang dibuang dalam tanah akan menghambat resapan air. Melihat dari permasalahan diatas maka diperlukan solusi dalam penanganan limbah pelumas bekas menjadi sesuatu yang lebih berguna seperti bahan bakar cair. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan membuat prototipe pengolahan limbah pelumas SAE 5W-30 bekas menjadi bahan bakar cair menggunakan metode hydrocracking dengan bantuan katalis Ni/Zaa. Variabel bebas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh variasi suhu 300 °C, 350 °C, 400 °C, 450°C, 500°C. Sedangkan variabel tetap yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah umpan pelumas bekas sebanyak 641,10 ml. Adanya variasi variabel bebas diharapkan mampu menghasilkan bahan bakar cair yang memenuhi standar bahan bakar bensin dan solar

Stress isn’t always bad, in small doses, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best. It will rise you up to meet challenges, it is what keep you on your toes during presentation at work, sharpen the concentrations and drive person to perform the job rather than surfing the social media. But when you’re constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and your body will pay the price.
This research is a quantitative research which had used the self-administered electronic questionnaire as the instrument for the collection of data. The data was collected and achieved a percentage of 80.95 out of possible 103 respondent, which was derived from the total population of 140 employee who work at Orang Kampung Group. The sampling frame for this study had been derived from employee in the manufacturing industries located at Halal-Hub Serkam, and those who currently working at Orang Kampung Group. The data collected was then evaluated by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 23 Software. Using SPSS, numerous tests were converged such as reliability analysis frequency distribution, descriptive analysis, pearson’s correlation analysis, univariate linear regression and simple linear regression. The result of this research show low positive relationship between stress and employee turnover intention
