    Arabic Learning Model Development In Improving Reading Skill

    Arabic course is a university course that must be followed by all students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati. Based on the observation, learning Arabic in UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung reap the constraints and challenges in its implementation. To overcome this problem, the development of learning model can be considered as an alternative. This research uses research and development (R D) method. Located on UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung campus in Psychology course. Research subjects in this study were students and lecturers of Islamic Education Department Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. In the implementation, this learning model is quite effective in order to improve the performance of lecturers and student motivation in the process of learning Arabic and is known to be more effective when compared with the Arabic learning that has been going on

    Penggunaan Teknik Meniru Model Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Kata Serapan Dan Transliterasi Tulisan Arab-Indonesia

    Penelitian ini bertitik tolak dari permasalahan “bagaimana keefektifan penggunaan teknik meniru model terdahap peningkatan kemampuan menulis kata serapan dan transliterasi tulisan ArabIndonesia” Teknik meniru model merupakan salah satu teknik yang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk meniru suatu model. Teknik ini merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan dalam proses belajar mengajar saat siswa dituntut untuk meniru model yang dibuat oleh guru sehingga anak bisa mencontoh/meniru model tersebut sampai benarbenar mirip dengan model tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui apa yang dipersiapkan dalam pembelajaran melalui teknik meniru model dan untuk mengetahui keefektifan teknik tersebut terhadap kemampuan anak dalam menulis kata serapan dan transliterasi tulisan ArabIndonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dimana ada dua kelas yang diujicobakan. Satu kelas disebut kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan teknik meniru model, satu kelas control yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Kelas control berfungsi untuk mengontrol efektif tidaknya kelas eksperimen. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Al-Inayah Sarijadi Kota Bandung dengan mengambil sampel kelas 6 Pengelolaan data dan pengujian hipotesisnya menggunakan SPSS. Simpulan umum yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknik meniru model memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menulis kata serapan dan transliterasi tulisan Arab-Indonesia. Rata-rata kemampuan anak menulis kata serapan Arab Indonesia dari hasil pretes adalah 8,35, setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknik meniru model, nilai postes rata-rata menulis tersebut menjadi 13.00. Sedangkan untuk kemampuan menulis kata serapan ArabIndonesia, rata-rata nilai pretes adalah 22,00 dan setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknik meniru model, nilai ratarata menulis tersebut menjadi 39,33

    The Teacher Professional Education Students' Perception on Learning Management System-based Online Learning

    This research aimed to investigate the perceptions and impacts of online learning utilizing the SPACE (Electronic religious learning system application) among students enrolled in Teacher Professional Education (TPE) programs at State Islamic Religious Colleges. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilized linear regression analysis and structural equation modeling through AMOS 23. Effectiveness was gauged using indicators proposed by Robert E. Slavin, encompassing quality of learning, appropriateness of learning level, intensity, and time. The study participants comprised students across three Teacher Professional Education Study Programs. The findings revealed that nearly all participants expressed ease in learning and perceived the modules within SPACE as more effective. They also indicated that the materials/modules in SPACE aligned well with the needs of TPE participants and found the learning procedures within SPACE easy to follow. Notably, incentive variables within implementation indicators had a direct influence on perceived ease of use (user convenience), subsequently impacting the perceived usefulness variable. For future research, integrating direct interview data from students and conducting comparative analyses between offline and online implementations in professional education would provide valuable insights

    Optimizing the instructional implementation of islamic education and characters based on the 2013-National Curriculum

    This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of learning Islamic Education and character in SMAN Bandung on the implementation aspect, the level of effectiveness of the 2013 curriculum of learning Islamic education and character in the curriculum 2013. The theoretical framework used in this study are Grand Theory and, Applied Theory. The methodology of this research is uses the qualitative approach with the descriptive analytic method. The techniques used in data collection is the study of documentation, observation, and interviews. Primary data sources consist of teachers and students. Secondary data sources consist of relevant books and government regulatory texts. The results can be concluded that. the level of effectiveness of curriculum implementation of 2013 Islamic Education and character subjects in Bandung city is very effective, on attitude competency aspect, knowledge and skill; Efforts to Optimize the Implementation of Curriculum 2013, namely: to include Islamic Education and character teachers in Bandung follow the education and professional practice of teachers; and Workshop Curriculum 2013 which is held by Bandung Ministry of Religion

    Tujuan, penelitian ini untuk mengungkap manajemen mutu pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta di Jawa Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis dengan objek penelitian salah satu PTKISa di Kota bandung dan Kabupaten Garut. Adapun teknik yang diterapkan dalam pengumpulan data ini yakni melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi.     Strategic Management in Increasing Educational Participation for 12-year Compulsory Education

    In Indonesia, education has many problems to take into consideration. One of them is that SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama/Junior high school) graduates could not continue to SMA (Sekolah Menengah Atas/Senior high school) level. This research was aimed at investigating accurate data and information regarding strategic management administered by education and culture office of Sukabumi city in improving educational participation. This research applies strategic management model proposed by Hunger-Wheelen. This study was qualitative using case study. Data were collected using interview, documentation, and observation. The Education and Culture Office of Sukabumi City had no specific vision and mission for the implementation of 12-year secondary education. The strategies included providing financial support in many programs like kartu pintar, Direct Help Card, and scholarships for poor families. The implementations were based on programs, budgets and procedures. In general, the implementation had been successful but it has two programs which had not succeeded namely retrieval program and program to support student who were prone to drop out.     Prestasi belajar adalah kemampuan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh lulusan setelah menyelesaikan program studi, untuk mengukur prestasi belajar ada kebutuhan untuk instrumen yang komprehensif dan fokus mengukur kesiapan profesional dan kepribadian siswa sebagai calon guru pendidikan Islam (PAI). Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PAI jurusan Tarbiyah dan Pelatihan Guru di salah satu universitas di kota Bandung dari berbagai tingkatan (level IV, VI, dan VIII) dosen PAI, instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari angket, wawancara dan studi literatur. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui kesiapan siswa untuk menjadi guru PAI, mengevaluasi kurikulum yang telah diterapkan sehingga diharapkan calon guru siswa siap menjadi guru. Tentu saja, ini adalah ironi bahwa siswa tidak mencintai identitas mereka sebagai siswa dari lembaga pendidikan dan pekerja pendidikan yang tidak menyukai profesi mereka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tingkat kepercayaan calon guru PAI untuk menjadi guru berada pada kisaran 2,95 atau dalam kategori tinggi; Motivasi belajar siswa PAI adalah 2,42% dalam kategori sedang. Dengan lebih dari 50% siswa memiliki sikap positif dan antusiasme untuk belajar; rata-rata respons siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran PAI adalah 1,64 dalam kategori sedang dan 75% siswa menjawab pertanyaan dari dosen dan menunjukkan kehadiran teratur

    Abstract, Distance Learning should be well prepared from planning, implementing, to evaluating learning. This encourages research to examine how the role of teachers in the learning process is seen from the learning process. The focus of this research is to describe the Role of Teachers in the Implementation of Distance Learning, from the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research model. This research was conducted at MI Mathlau\u27ul Huda with the subject of the research being the teachers, in this case the teachers were given questionnaires and interviews to find out some indicators of the teacher\u27s role, (1) the teacher\u27s role as a source of learning in distance learning the teacher provided the source of learning among them namely the theme books and programs that the government made through television namely on TVRI; (2) the teacher\u27s role as a demonstrator in this distance learning where the teacher provides facilities such as media for example with video media to help students in the learning process; (3) the teacher\u27s role as a motivator gives the teacher motivating students. The motivation provided by the teacher also varies, there are those who provide motivation with rewards and also those that go directly to students (4) the role of the teacher as a manager in distance learning here the teacher acts as a manager of learning so that learning can be directed according to the basic competencies and learning objectives that must be achieved; (5) the teacher\u27s role as an evaluator here the teacher\u27s role is to provide an evaluation in order to know the extent to which students master a learning material. Abstrak, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh seyogianya harus dipersiapkan dengan baik dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai kepada evaluasi pembelajaran. Hal ini mendorong penelitian untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan dilihat dari proses pembelajaranya. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh, dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Mathlau’ul Huda dengan subjek penelitianya adalah para guru, dalam hal ini para guru diberikan angket dan wawancara untuk mengetahui beberapa indikator dari peran guru, (1) peran guru sebagai sumber belajar, dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh guru memberikan sumber belajar, yaitu buku tema dan program yang pemerintah buat melalui televisi yaitu di TVRI; (2) peran guru sebagai demonstrator, pada pembelajaran jarak jauh ini dimana guru memberikan fasilitas seperti, media contohnya dengan media video untuk membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran; (3) peran guru sebagai motivator, guru memberikan memotivasi kepada peserta didik. Motivasi yang diberikan guru juga beragam ada yang memberikan motivasi dengan reward dan juga ada yang melalui langsung kepada peserta didik (4) peran guru sebagai pengelola, dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh disini guru berperan sebagai pengelola pembelajaran, agar pembelajaran dapat terarah sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar dan tujuan pembelajaran yang harus dicapai; (5) peran guru sebagai evaluator disini guru berperan untuk memberikan evaluasi agar mengetahui sejauh mana peserta didik menguasai suatu materi pembelajaran.     PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS SIRAH NABAWIYAH DALAM UPAYA PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER SISWA KELAS V DI SD ISLAM CENDEKIA MUDA

    This study was motivated by the lack of research discussing the Sirah Nabawiyah integrated with subjects, especially at the elementary school level. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, learning process, assessment, and supporting and inhibiting factors of Sirah Nabawiyah-based learning in character building at SD Islam Cendekia Muda. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the principal, fifth-grade teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: (1) The learning plan has unique characteristics because it integrates the Merdeka Curriculum with the God-Centered Education (GCE) approach and includes character indicators from the phases of the Prophet's life that are integrated into all subjects; (2) The implementation of Sirah Nabawiyah-based learning in schools reflects the integration of contextual approaches, character education, and Islamic spirituality, which are carried out comprehensively by teachers and students and fully supported by the school environment and parents; (3) Assessment is carried out holistically through observation of students' attitudes, participation, and behavior; (4) Supporting factors include teacher commitment, support for the God Centered Education curriculum, and parental involvement, while inhibiting factors include time constraints and differences in student abilities; (5) Sirah Nabawiyah-based learning can be said to have succeeded in shaping students' character towards noble morals, although the full effectiveness of this learning still needs to be improved through deepening of Sirah material, increasing teacher competence, and continuity of cooperation between the school and families
