Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Full text linkPenelitian ini membahas tentang “Hak Anak Dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak di Indonesiaâ€. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengentahui, menganalisis dan membahasn konsep serta bentuk dari hak anak dalam sistem peradilan pidana anak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normativ dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah, meneliti dan mengkaji perundang-undangan yang membahas tentang hak anak baik secara konsep maupun bentuk. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara garis besar dapat disimpulkan bahwa anak dalam dalam perkara pidana mendapat jaminan perlindungan hukum dalam berbagai bentuk seperti jaminan keselamatan baik fisik, mental maupun sosial dan memiliki akses terhadap informasi mengenai perkembangan perkara. Anak harus mendapatkan haknya berdasarkan kepentingan terbaik anak penghargaan terhadap anak. Jaminan perlindungan yang didapat tidak hanya dari Undang-undang No 11 tahun 2012 tentang sistem peradilan pidana anak namun juga dari Undang-undang No 13 tahun 2006 tentang perlindungan saksi dan korban. Negara dalam hal ini pemerintah dan aparatur penyelenggara memperhatikan implementasi yang efektif dengan pertimbangan kepentingan terbaik anak.Kata kunci: Sistem peradilan pidana anak, perlindungan anak, hak anakThis research discusses "Children's Rights in the Child Criminal Justice System in Indonesia". This study aims to identify, analyze and discuss the concepts and forms of children's rights in the juvenile justice system in Indonesia. This research is a normative study using a literature study approach by examining, researching and examining laws that discuss children's rights both in concept and form. The results of this study can be broadly concluded that children in criminal cases receive legal protection guarantees in various forms such as safety guarantees both physically, mentally and socially and have access to information regarding case developments. Children must get their rights based on the best interests of the child and respect for the child. The guarantee of protection is obtained not only from Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the juvenile criminal justice system but also from Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the protection of witnesses and victims. The state in this case the government and the apparatus organizers pay attention to effective implementation with consideration of the best interests of children.Keywords: Child criminal justice system, child protection, children's right

Full text linkSistem Informasi Manajemen Nikah merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang berfungsi mengolah dan menampilkan data pencatatan pernikahah yang dilaksanakan oleh seluruh KUA Kecamatan di wilayah hukum Republik Indonesia kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Program ini dipandang sebagai sebuah metode yang sangat valid, lebih tepat, cepat, efektif, efisien, aman, dan menjamin privasi serta dilengkapi dengan teknik backup data yang berlapis, mulai dari tingkat kecamatan, provinsi, dan pusat. Salah satu fungsi nyata dari program atau aplikasi ini yaitu dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengecek nomor seri data pencatatan nikah yang kemungkinan memiliki nomor ganda sehingga dapat terhindar dari tindakan pemalsuan data. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga dapat mengecek identitas mempelai secara valid. Hal-hal yang diperkuat dalam program ini adalah adanya sistem penyeragaman data yang terintegrasi. Sistem ini dibangun salah satunya adalah untuk tertib administrasi. Selanjutnya apakah SIMKAH ini memiliki nilai manfaat berupa kemaslahat terhadap keluarga? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini kemudian dilakukan penelitian yang mendalam untuk mencari nilai kebenaran tersebut dengan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan denganmetode ovservasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawha penerapan SIMKAH memiliki nilai maslahat terhadap keluarga. Full text linkPenelitian telah dilakukan tentang transformasi senyawa humolog avicel PH 101 menggunakan mikroorganisme dan karakterisasi sifat fisika, kimia, dan fisikokimianya. Jerami padi dibuat menjadi alfa selulosa dengan metode pulping multistage. Kemudian alfa selulosa dihidrolisis menggunakan bahan kimia dan enzim selulosa yang dihasilkan oleh mikroorganisme untuk menghasilkan Mikrokristalin selulosa (MCC). Hasilnya sebagai berikut MCC 1 sebanyak 86%, MCC 2 83%, MCC 3 82,67% dan MCC4 84,2%. Karakterisasi organoleptik, identifikasi, susut pengeringan, kelarutan dalam air, uji pati, uji pH, uji Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). Indeks kristal mikrokristalin selulosa yang diperoleh adalah
78%. Mikrokristalin selulosa yang dihasilkan sama dengan pembanding (AVICEL PH 101)
dan memenuhi persyaratan British Pharmacopeia, 2009.

In managing the parking lot, the parking owner must have a system to facilitate the processing of the parking lot. There are some users who leave their vehicles for days. There are also users who leave their vehicles to work. With several differences in users, parking managers will also be increasingly confused about how to differentiate user vehicles. Then a system is needed to distinguish the types of vehicle parking, so that it can make it easier for managers to differentiate user parking. In this information system, the application can distinguish the vehicles of users who leave their vehicles for days and users who leave their vehicles only for work at different rates. So that it can make it easier for officers when paying vehicle parking rates. This system will be made website-based using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Extreme Programming is a software development method that includes agile development that uses an object-oriented approach and includes a set of rules that occur in planning, design, coding and testing activities. This application is designed and built to meet the needs above, so officers can easily determine how much the user has to pay for the amount of time the user has left the vehicle

The choice of articles began with a search for articles related to waqf and found 538 articles related to waqf. After a series of the selection process was carried out, there were only 20 articles. The research stages divide into three parts, namely planning, conducting, and reporting.
