Keterbatasan keterampilan guru tentang tata rias, khususnya tentang tata rias fantasi, di sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak PGRI 01 Gadungsari Tirtoyudo Malang menyebabkan guru merasa kesulitan saat akan merias wajah anak didiknya ketika mereka akan menarikan tarian binatang. Oleh karena itu di perlukan adanya adanya sebuah buku panduan tata rias bagi guru. Salah satu buku panduan yang sesuai adalah buku panduan tata rias fantasi tari binatang yang berfungsi sebagai panduan ketika guru akan menerapkan tata rias fantasi pada tarian binatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah produk yang berupa buku panduan tata rias fantasi tari binatang bagi guru sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak PGRI 01 Gadungsari Tirtoyudo Malang yang menarik, lengkap, dan mudah untuk di pelajari. Prosedur penelitian pengembangan Gall yang terdiri dari identifikasi kebutuhan, mengumpulkan data, produksi, uji coba ahli yang terdiri 2 orang, revisi 1, uji coba kelompok kecil, revisi 2. Subjek uji coba pada penelitian ini adalah 2 dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Seni Tari dan Musik, dan 2 guru sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak PGRI 01 Gadungsari Tirtoyudo Malang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala likert dengan menggunakan format penilaian uji coba validasi dan uji coba kelompok kecil.Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini adalah buku panduan tata rias fantasi tari binatang bagi guru Taman Kanak-kanak PGRI 01 Gadungsari Tirtoyudo Malang, yang berisi tentang apa itu tata rias, apa itu tata rias fantasi,alat dan bahan yang digunakan untuk merias dan langkah-langkah merias wajah fantasi. Buku ini di cetak pada kertas A4, dengan jumlah halaman 34.Jenis huruf yang digunakan adalah Times New Roman Regular dengan ukuran huruf 24pt. Berdasarkan penilaian tim ahli menunjukkan bahwa produk berupa buku panduan yang dihasilkan baik. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji cobakelompok kecil menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan baik dan menarik, sehingga secara konseptual layak untuk digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan tersebut, saran yang diberikan kepada: (1)guru taman kanak-kanak, sebaiknya menggunakan buku panduan tata rias fantasi agar dapat menerapkan tata rias fantasi yang benar, (2) peneliti selanjutnya, penelitian ini dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan melengkapi media audio visual dan penambahan materi tata rias fantasi yang lebih bervariatif. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

PARENTING STYLE RELATED TO ADOLESCENTS SELF CONCEPT : LITERATURE REVIEW
ABSTRACT
Parenting style are one of the factors of families that have an important role in helping the development of children's self-concepts. Parental parenting style are also a significant factor in influencing self-concept. A parent's positive attitude, read by the child, will foster positive concepts and thoughts and self-respect. Negative parenting patterns such as scolding a child will cause negative self-concept towards the child. This research aims to find out the relationship of parental parenting style with adolescent self-concept. Literature research reviews that use traditional types of reviews. The research was conducted by conducting research journal searches on several international journal databases and related journal websites, such as Proquest, Science Direct, and Google Scholar, using the keyword according to MESH ( Medical Subject Heading) namely "Parenting Style And Adolescents self-concept / pola asuh orang tua dan konsep diri remana", with the publication of research results in the range of 2015-2020, in Indonesian or English, and in full-text form. Based on the literature review conducted, there are 3 types of parental parenting style, namely democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting style. There are several types of foster care patterns obtained from literature, namely democratic foster care style, authoritarian foster care patterns, permissive parenting style. The pattern of foster care associated with the concept of self is a pattern of democratic foster care because the pattern of democratic foster care has a positive relationship with the concept of youth self because teenagers are given the confidence to be given the opportunity to make decisions but remain under the guidance of parents.

This study aims to determine whether there is any relationship between the Complaints Handling Customer Satisfaction on Customer Bank DKI in West Jakarta Mayor office.
This study was conduced over four months, starting from March 2015 until June 2015. Research method used was a survey method with correlational approach. The population were all civil servants Mayor of West Jakarta. This study population is affordable civil servants Sub-Primary Education, Health Sub, Sub Clean liness, and Transportation Sub-Department, amounting to 140 civil servants. The research sample of 100 civil servants Basic Education Sub, Sub-Health, and Transportation Sub Department. Sampling technique in this study is random sampling technique.
To capture the data variable X (Complaints Handling) and variable data Y (Customer Satisfaction), used shaped instrument questionnaires, which were distributed to civil servants in kantore Mayor of West Jakarta, after the content validity test through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score of grains with a total score and test reliability with Cronbach alpha formula.
Data analysis techniques starts with finding the regression equation in the can is Y = 56.085 + 0,452X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression on X by using the test and obtained dengan uji Liliefors diperoleh Lhitung Liliefors (0077) F table (3.94) which states mean regression and regression linearity test produces Fhitung (1.16) ttable, Research conclusion is that there is a positive and significant relationship between Complaints Handling And Customer Satisfaction on Customer Bank DKI in the Mayor's Office West Jakarta

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
