EFEK PENGGUNAAN DISFEMIA DALAM TEKS MEDIA
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efek penggunaan disfemia dalam teks media. Data yang digunakan berupa kata-kata dalam berita Detik.com dan Okezone.com yang mengandung disfemia. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kunci dengan dibantu instrumen pendukung berupa pedoman analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan efek yang ditimbulkan dari pemakaian disfemia, yakni: memberikan efek nilai rasa yang mengasarkan, efek nilai rasa yang menakutkan, efek nilai rasa yang merendahkan, dan efek nilai rasa yang menjijikkan.Kata Kunci: efek penggunaan, disfemia, teks mediaThe purpose of this study was to describe the effect of using dysphemism in textual media. The data used consists of words in the news of Detik.com and Okezone.com which contain dysphemism. In this study, research acts as an instrument that supports supporting instruments consisting of data analysis assistance. The results of this study indicate that the effects arising from the use of dysphemism are found, namely: giving effect to the flavor value that is based on the effect of frightening taste values, the effect of degrading taste values, and the effect of disgusting taste values.Keyword: effect of use, dysphemism, media tex

This research is aimed to determine whether classes taught using Tiktok have better results than classes taught without using Tiktok. Students today are familiar with Tiktok because of its easy and flexible access. By using Tiktok students can create their writings so that they are more interesting to read and can be seen by many people. This is a quasi-experimental research. The experimental group was taught using Tiktok and the control group was taught without using Tiktok. The author used a pre-test to find out that both groups had relatively the same background knowledge in the research variables and a post-test to find an increase in scores as a measure of achievement. The author uses tests to calculate and hypothesize.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kelas yang diajarkan menggunakan Tiktok memiliki hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas yang diajar tanpa menggunakan Tiktok. Siswa pada era sekarang banyak mengenal Tiktok karena aksesnya yang mudah dan fleksibel. Dengan menggunakan Tiktok siswa dapat mengreasikan hasil tulisannya agar lebih menarik untuk dibaca dan dapat dilihat banyak orang. Ini adalah penilitian quasi eksperimen. Kelompok eksperimen diajar dengan menggunakan Tiktok dan kelompok kontrol diajar tanpa menggunakan Tiktok. Penulis menggunakan pre-test untuk mengetahui bahwa kedua kelompok mempunyai latar belakang pengetahuan yang relatif sama dalam variable penelitian dan post-test untuk menemukan peningkatan nilai sebagai ukuran prestasi. Penulis menggunakan test untuk menghitung dan menghipotesis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kebahasaan, nilai rasa, dan tujuan pemakaian disfemia yang terdapat dalam rubrik most popular pada Detik.com dan Okezone.com. Rubrik most popular adalah salah satu rubrik yang terdapat dalam portal media massa onlinepada Detik.com dan Okezone.com. Rubrik most popular menyajikan sepuluh berita pilihan yang paling banyak dibaca oleh masyarakat di situs Detik.com dan Okezone.com setiap harinya.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis wacana. Analisis wacana digunakan untuk mengetahui kandungan disfemia yang terdapat dalam teks berita pada Detik.com dan Okezone.com berdasarkan bentuk kebahasaan, nilai rasa, dan tujuan pemakaian disfemianya.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi dan baca catat. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah human instrument, yaitu kedudukan peneliti sebagai perencana, pelaksana pengumpulan data, analis, penafsir data, dan sekaligus sebagai pelapor hasil penelitian yang dilakukannya. Kata yang mengandung disfemia dalam rubrik most popular pada Detik.com dan Okezone.com merupakan objek pada penelitian ini. Lebih lanjut data penelitian ini adalah disfemia yang terdapat dalam rubrik most popular pada Detik.com dan Okezone.com.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kebahasaan disfemia yang muncul ada empat, yakni berbentuk kata dasar, berbentuk kata berimbuhan, berbentuk kata ulang, dan berbentuk kata majemuk. Selanjutnya nilai rasa yang muncul ada empat, yakni disfemia bernilai rasa mengasarkan, bernilai rasa menakutkan, bernilai rasa merendahkan, dan disfemia bernilai rasa menjijikkan. Tujuan pemakaian disfemia yang ditemukan ada empat, yakni bertujuan untuk menunjukkan perbuatan, untuk menunjukkan ketidaksepakatan, untuk menunjukkan penegasan makna, dan untuk mengungkapkan kejengkelan.Bentuk kebahasaan disfemia yang paling dominan ditemukan adalah bentuk kata berimbuhan. Sistem Analisis Beban Kerja Pegawai dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Tugas per Tugas Jabatan Berbasis Web: studi kasus PT PLN (Persero) APP. SALATIGA
Analisis beban kerja merupakan proses identifikasi kebutuhan dan kualifikasi pegawai untuk pencapaian suatu tujuan organisasi. Kekurangan beban kerja dalam suatu bidang yang menimbulkan menumpuknya jumlah pegawai dalam suatu unit kerja dengan uraian kerja yang kurang jelas atau sebaliknya, kelebihan beban kerja yang berdampak pada kekurangan pegawai dalam suatu unit kerja. PT PLN (Persero) App. Salatiga membutuhkan perhitungan beban kerja untuk menganalisa kebutuhan pegawai dalam setiap bidangnya. Tugas per tugas jabatan digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan pegawai pada jabatan yang hasil kerjanya banyak. Informasi yang diperlukan untuk dapat menghitung dengan metode ini adalah, uraian tugas beserta jumlah beban untuk setiap tugas, waktu penyelesaian tugas, dan jumlah rata-rata waktu kerja efektif perhari. Hasil dari analisis berupa nilai beban kerja setiap pegawai yang mewakili tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi selama melakukan aktifitas-aktifitas kerja yang dapat dijadikan tolak ukur untuk pembentukan formasi jabatan.Workload analysis is the process to determine needed and qualifying employees for the achievement of organizational goals. Disadvantages workload in a stacked position that raises the number of employees in a work unit with less clear job descriptions or otherwise, the advantages workload to the shortage of employees in a work unit. PT PLN (Persero) App. Salatiga requires the calculation of the workload to analysis employees needed in a work unit. Tasks by task positions are used to calculate the employee needs to position which have a lot of work results. Information required needed to calculate with this method are that the job description and the amount of load for each task, task completion time, and the average number of effective working time per day. Analisis Wacana Perilaku Cyberbullying Dalam Film Budi Pekerti
The phenomenon of cyberbullying, which is rampant on social media, has now extended into the film industry by incorporating elements of cyberbullying to enhance the film's appeal. One example of a film that integrates cyberbullying behavior into its scenes is "Budi Pekerti," directed by Wregas Bhanuteja. This study aims to examine the discourse of cyberbullying behavior in the film "Budi Pekerti" by Wregas Bhanuteja. The film "Budi Pekerti" becomes intriguing as cyberbullying is perceived negatively in society yet portrayed within its scenes, adding commercial value to the film. The reality of cyberbullying discourse, initially viewed negatively by society, is gradually normalizing within the community's current environment. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The author employs discourse analysis using the concept of the categorization of cyberbullying proposed by Williard. Data collection involves documentary study of the film "Budi Pekerti" through non-participant observation and literature review from various sources such as books, internet, and mass media. From the findings, it is evident that in the film "Budi Pekerti" by Wregas Bhanuteja, cyberbullying discourse is conveyed through various behaviors such as harassment, defamation, provocative content, stalking, dissemination of personal information, and exclusion in several scenes. The filmmakers direct their discourse as a means of education but presented implicitly within the film. This discourse is motivated by the filmmakers' concern over the prevalent phenomenon of cyberbullying in today's social media landscape
Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Sikap Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Panca Budi Medan
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communications
and Attitudes toward teachers performance on SMP Panca Budi Medan. The
population of this research were 30 teachers at the junior Panca Budi Medan. The
sample in this study using nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling method
that consists of 30 teachers SMP Panca Budi Medan. Data analysis technique used
is descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis techniques.
Data were collected through interviews, the question, and documentation study.
The reason researchers conducted this study because of the phenomenon that the
communication and attitude of junior high school teachers Panca Budi Terrain
perceived by students not so good, because of the results of pre-survey conducted
by the author, the students respond less well to communication and attitude of
their teachers. Supposedly the students feel good communication and also the
attitude of teachers who demonstrate a high commitment to demand better school
objectives achieved and not just get good grades alone but science presented the
teachers can continue to be remembered and not disappear when home from
school

This article proposes several characters based on Galatians 5:22-23 that can be implemented into the themes of Christian Religious Education (PAK) or Budi Pekerti that have been determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) of the Republic of Indonesia at the junior high school (SMP) class VII. The type of research method used by the author is a descriptive method, namely by discussing the developmental psychology of junior high school students, the themes of PAK and Budi Pekerti according to the Ministry of Education and Culture, exploring character values based on the fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22-23. Then, in the end, the author will implement these character values into the PAK and Budi Pekerti curriculum that has been prepared by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud)

Pelaksanaan Metode Sosiodrama di TK Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine how the implementation of the sociodrama method applied by religious subject teachers to students at Al-Azhar Kindergarten Syifa Budi Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, in data collection this research was carried out by observation and interview techniques. While in the analysis the author uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of written or oral data from the teacher and the school conditions observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is describing thoroughly about the actual situation. The results of the research that the author did at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru Kindergarten can be conveyed that the implementation of the sociodrama method can increase student activity and role play even though the time spent is not effective in class. The constraints faced in implementing the sociodrama method are the presence of external and internal factors, especially facilities and infrastructure that are not sufficient for the optimal learning proces

In era of highly dynamic information system. The use of computers has become the primary tool for data management, which is now a crucial necessity. Budi Luhur Store is a retail business that sells various necessities such as groceries, personal hygiene products, and household items. Currently, the sales system at Budi Luhur Store is still manual system, using book for record-keeping. The recorded inventory levels often do not match the actual stock sold, making it difficult to determine total payment and income, which can lead to errors. Payments are only made through conventional transactions. The main objective of this research is to implement a web-based sales information system integrated with online payment at Budi Luhur Store, which can be utilized by both the store owner and customer. Extreme Programming (XP) is one of the well-known processes within the Agile methodology. The result of the research conducted by the author indicate that implementing an automated web-based system accessible across various devices has been successful. Multiple online payment methods are available, making it easier for customers to complete transactions. The conclusion is that the implementation of a web-based sales information system at Budi Luhur Store has provided easiness in business operations.
