No full textThis dissertation deals with the relationship between the economic Trinity and the immanent Trinity, taking as its starting point one of the most emblematic formulations of the 20th century as far as Trinitarian theology is concerned, namely Karl Rahner’s fundamental axiom. In this sense, the first chapter explores the Rahnerian theology, looking for possible precedents for this formulation. This will be followed study of the formulation itself and its consequences for theology and, finally, of its reception and interpretation by some theologians. Once the starting point has been presented, the second chapter introduces the central author of this study, namely the Spanish theologian Luis F. Ladaria, and his interpretation and reformulation of the Rahnerian axiom. Finally, the last chapter explores three themes worked on by Ladaria within the framework of Trinitarian theology: the unity-Trinity binomial, the person of the Father within the Trinity and the person of the Holy Spirit and his relationship with the other divine persons. This approach aims to show the influence that the presuppositions offered by Rahner’s axiom and deepened in the reformulation assumed by Ladaria are present in his own reflection and theological criticism in the area trinitarian Theology.Esta dissertação aborda a relação entre a Trindade económica e a Trindade imanente, tendo como ponto de partida uma das formulações mais emblemáticas do séc. XX no que à teologia trinitária diz respeito, a saber, o axioma fundamental de Karl Rahner. Neste sentido, o primeiro capítulo explora a teologia rahneriana, buscando possíveis precedentes desta formulação. Posteriormente, investiga-se a própria formulação em si e suas consequências na teologia e, por fim, a receção e interpretação do axioma por parte de alguns teólogos. Uma vez apresentado o ponto de partida, o segundo capítulo introduz o autor central deste estudo, nomeadamente, o teólogo espanhol Luis F. Ladaria, e a sua interpretação e reformulação do axioma rahneriano. Por fim, o último capítulo explora três temáticas, trabalhadas por Ladaria, inseridas no âmbito da teologia trinitária: o binómio unidade-trindade, a pessoa do Pai no seio da Trindade e a pessoa do Espírito Santo e suas relações com as demais pessoas divinas. Esta abordagem pretende mostrar a influência que os pressupostos oferecidos pelo axioma de Rahner e aprofundados na reformulação assumida por Ladaria estão presentes na sua reflexão e crítica teológica na área do pensamento sobre a Trindade

No full textJustice Trindade describes the evolution of individuals' access to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Twenty years after its inception, the Court's fourth by-laws (2000) finally guarantee the person's locus standi at the beginning of the procedure, at trial, as well as at the end of the procedure. The author also outlines various representations which served to advance individuals' access to the Court's proceedings. This is followed by recommendations which aim at preserving what has been gained by the Court in terms of human rights. This includes additional resources for the Court as well as the creation of an observatory that would monitor the application of its judicial decisions.Le juge Trindade trace d'abord un historique de l'évolution du droit d'accès des particuliers devant la Cour interaméricaine des droits de l'homme, entre 1980 et aujourd'hui. La quatrième version du règlement de la Cour (2000) garantit finalement le droit du particulier au locus standi autant à l'ouverture de la procédure, au procès, que lors de l'application du jugement. Le juge Trindade note aussi les différentes représentations auprès d'instances de l'OEA qui ont permis de concrétiser le droit des particuliers d'intervenir devant la Cour. L'auteur présente aussi des recommandations pour consolider les acquis de la Cour interaméricaine en matière de droits de l'homme. Il s'agit, entre autres, de consacrer des ressources supplémentaires à la Cour ainsi que de créer un observatoire qui veillerait à l'application de ses arrêts.Cançado Trindade Antonio Augusto. Nos dias de hoje, a escola apresenta-se como um local de formação e convívio com alunos cada vez mais heterogéneos e exigentes. Cabe ao professor acompanhar o rápido desenvolvimento da sociedade atual através da diversificação dos métodos de ensino e da criação de situações de aprendizagem motivantes que impliquem o aluno na sua própria aprendizagem. Assim, na prática de ensino supervisionada realizada pela autora em duas escolas (básica e secundária), foram desenvolvidas atividades que contribuíram para a aprendizagem dos alunos e igualmente para o próprio desenvolvimento profissional, que se reflete neste relatório.
Das muitas aprendizagens identificadas no percurso formativo da autora, destacam-se as realizadas a nível do processo instrucional que orienta as fases de planificação, condução e avaliação do processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Sublinha-se o recurso a tarefas de modelação matemática, a condução dos vários momentos da aula e a utilização da tecnologia na sala de aula.;Abstract
Supervised Teaching Practice of the Master on Mathematics Teaching on 3rd Cycle and Secondary levels of Ana Isabel Martins Trindade
Nowadays, school presents itself as a place of training and socializing with students increasingly demanding and heterogeneous. The teacher has to accompany the rapid development of modern society through diversification of teaching methods and creation of motivating learning situations that involve students in their own learning. So, on supervised teaching practice developed by the author in two schools (basic and secondary), several activities were developed that contributed both to students learning and to the author professional development, as explained in this report.
Among the professional knowledge learned during the training process, the author identified several learnigs concerning the instructional process that guides the phases of planning, conducting and evaluating of teaching and learning process. To be stressed are the use of mathematical modeling tasks, the conduct of the various moments of the lesson and use of technology in the classroom

No full textThis article aims to point out some lines of force in the poetry of Solano Trindade (1908-1974), one of the most important figures in Afro-Brazilian poetry. Trindade’s artistic production was concentrated between the 1930’s and 1960’s, period within which the author established himself as a militant in favor of black populations and popular art movements, participating in the Teatro Experimental do Negro (TEN) and founding the Teatro Popular Brasileiro (TPB). His poetry was also circumscribed within these two limits of action, managing to fill a gap by recovering the past of Black men and women in Brazil as an act of resistance, affirming the existence of what was socially silenced.Este artigo tem o propósito de apontar algumas linhas de força presentes na poesia do recifense Solano Trindade (1908-1974), uma das figuras mais importantes da poesia afro-brasileira. Sua produção poética concentrou-se entre os anos 1930 e 1960, período em que se estabeleceu entre a militância a favor das populações negras e os movimentos de uma arte popular, participando do Teatro Experimental do Negro (TEN) e fundando o Teatro Popular Brasileiro (TPB). Sua poesia também esteve circunscrita a esses dois limites de atuação e consegue preencher uma lacuna: ele vai ao passado dos negros e negras do Brasil como um ato de resistência, dá existência ao que estava silenciado

No full textProfessor Cançado Trindade develops his Leitmotiv of identification of a corpus juris increasingly oriented to the fulfillment of the needs and aspirations of human beings, of peoples and of humankind as a whole. With the overcoming of the purely inter-State dimension of the discipline of the past, international legal personality has expanded, so as to encompass nowadays, besides States and international organizations, also peoples, individuals and humankind as subjects of International Law. The growing consciousness of the need to pursue universally-shared values has brought about a fundamental change in the outlook of International Law in the last decades, drawing closer attention to its foundations and, parallel to its formal sources, to its material source (the universal juridical conscience). He examines the conceptual constructions of this new International Law and identifies basic considerations of humanity permeating its whole corpus juris , disclosing the current processes of its humanization and universalization. Finally, he addresses the construction of the international rule of law, acknowledging the need and quest for international compulsory jurisdiction, in the move towards a new jus gentium , the International Law for humankind. This volume is an updated and revised version of the General Course on Public International Law delivered by the Author at The Hague Academy of International Law in 2005. Professor Cançado Trindade , Doctor honoris causa of seven Latin American Universities in distinct countries, was for many years Judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and President of that Court for half a decade (1999-2004). He is currently Judge of the International Court of Justice; he is also Member of the Curatorium of The Hague Academy of International Law, as well as of the Institut de Droit International , and of the Brazilian Academy of Juridical Letters
Detrital remanent magnetization in haematite-bearing Neoproterozoic Puga cap dolostone, Amazon craton: a rock magnetic and SEM study
No full textInternational audienceNeoproterozoic cap dolostones of the Araras Group (Mato Grosso, Brazil), deposited on top of glacial diamictites (Puga Formation, ~630 Ma), yielded a dual polarity component providing a low palaeolatitude for the Amazon craton. Because palaeomagnetic negative directions are very close to the present-day dipolar field, a rock magnetic and SEM study was conducted in order to check the primary nature of the remanent magnetization and to identify the nature and origin of the remanence carriers. Results show that detrital specular haematite (grain size >=10 μm) is the main magnetic carrier in the Araras dolostones and was likely inherited from the underlying Puga diamictites. In some sites, a mixture of haematite and magnetite carries the remanence of both polarities. The primary nature of the magnetization is supported by the detrital character of the magnetic carriers. In addition, the remanence anisotropy is weak, pointing to the lack of significant shallowing due to compaction. These results reinforce the low palaeolatitude of the Amazon craton at the time of the Marinoan ice age
Discovering the appropriate business venture
No full textThe goal for this thesis research was to analyze a noticed gap in the market of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and see if a known piece of property had potential to fit this gap. The research looked at the property itself to analyze the location and property value of the land but also in the local area to compare its value. The research also identified local businesses within the properties radius to see competitors and to see what types of businesses were prominent, old, or new. The researcher identified an idea for the property based on the property value and the businesses around it and from that idea came a process of trying to identify the appropriate business venture based on the collected information. Because the property is family-owned, meaning it has the chance to be passed on, the purpose of the research was to discover the most appropriate business venture for the property based on these many factors to better the Lakes Region and provide something that is missing in the market, but also to keep the property in good use and in the family as a profitable business. In this research, there is a section that is analysis of actual answers from residents of the Lakes Region that were done via surveys. (Author abstract)Trindade, O. (2021). Poème Op. 25 de Ernest Chausson : a construção de uma edição pessoal de estudo
No full textPoème pour violon et orchestre Op. 25, composta em 1886 é uma das obras mais significativas da carreira do compositor Ernest Chausson. Além de ser uma peça expressiva do movimento da “nova escola francesa” é uma das mais famosas dentro do repertório violinístico. Esta autora, uma vez convidada para ser solista na execução da obra Poème junto à Orquestra Amazonas Filarmônica, realizou um processo de análise e estudo da obra sob orientação de seus professores Augusto Trindade e Alexandra Trindade, abordando aspectos técnico-interpretativos específicos para uma performance em concerto a fim de construir uma edição própria de estudo. Para tal, traçamos uma breve biografia relevante sobre o compositor na qual abordaremos sobre sua vida e seu envolvimento cultural e político junto ao cenário musical de grandes nomes como Debussy, César Franck, e Eugène Ysaÿe. A estreita amizade com Ysaÿe foi o elã para a composição do Poème, sendo encomendada e dedicada ao virtuose. Dentre fatos como primeiras execuções, primeira publicação e motivações do compositor, encontraremos a influência direta do violinista sobre a composição para perceber a abertura de Chausson para modificações em sua composição. A partir dos conhecimentos sobre o compositor e a obra, analisaremos intenções interpretativas pessoais, marcações de expressividade, de prevenção de falhas técnicas, de prevenção de falhas de leitura, e melhoramentos (conforme gosto pessoal, conhecimento e necessidade). Esses itens serão observados e comentados a partir de apontamentos de arcadas, dedilhações, dinâmicas e outros símbolos pessoais. A construção de edição de estudo permite que o performer tenha mais intimidade com a peça e com os processos para atingir suas metas interpretativas. A importância desse tipo de trabalho analítico para a comunidade científica está em refutar o conceito antigo de que a expressividade musical não pode ser estudada e acrescentar motivações e discussões que permeiam a performance violinística.Abstract :
Poème pour violon et orchestre Op. 25, composed in 1886, is one of the most significant works in the career of the composer Ernest Chausson. Other than being an expressive piece of the “New French School” movement, it is also one of the most well-known pieces in the violin repertoire. This author, invited to perform Poème as a soloist with the Amazonas Filarmônica Orchestra, analyzed and studied the work under the mentorship of the professors Augusto Trindade and Alexandra Trindade, focusing on specific technical and interpretative aspects, to be performed after developing a new edition for the purposes of study. A brief biography of the author will be presented, in which we will touch upon his life and his cultural and political engagement within the musical scene involving famous personas, such as Debussy, César Franck and Eugène Ysaÿe. The close friendship with Ysaÿe was the driving force in composing Poème, seeing as how it was commissioned by and dedicated to the virtuoso. Among facts such as first performances, first publications and the composer’s motivation, we will find the violinist’s direct influence on the compositional process, to help us understand Chausson’s openness to modifications of his work. From the point of the attained knowledge about the composer and his work, we will analyze personal interpretative intentions, notational marks of expressivity, marks to prevent technical errors, to prevent errors in reading, and improvements (according to personal taste, knowledge and necessity). These elements will be observed and commented upon through exploring the notation of bowing, fingering, dynamics and other personal symbols. Construing a study edition enables the performer to achieve more intimacy with the piece and with the process of achieving their interpretative goals. The importance of this type of analytical work for the scientific community lies in opposing the antiquated concept that musical expressivity cannot be studied, and in raising motivational issues and discussions that permeate the violin performance
