    Pada era sekarang, menjaga integritas rekam medis merupakan hal yang penting, khususnya gambar rekam medis (seperti hasil rontgen). Salah satu metode yang dapat menjaga integritas dari gambar medis adalah riversible data hiding (RDH) yang diusulkan oleh Huang,Shi. RDH dapat memulihkan gambar yang telah dienkripsi seperti gambar aslinya. Dalam tulisan ini, kami menerapkan riversible data hiding (RDH) dalam domain terenkripsi (gambar medis). Secara khusus, metode yang diusulkan didasarkan pada teknik histogram shiffting. RDH dapat diimplementasikan pada domain terenkripsi secara langsung selama korelasi antara pixel tetangga tetap dipertahankan. Gambar yang belum disisipi (plain image) dienkripsi menggunakan algoritma enkripsi tertentu yang terdiri dari dua proses (algoritma stream encryption dan permutasi blok). Karena korelasi antara piksel tetangga dapat dipertahankan dalam gambar terenkripsi, maka skema RDH diterapkan secara langsung pada gambar terenkripsi. Untuk mengatasi permasalah kelemahan pada penggunaan permutasi tetap maka permutasi dinamis diusulkan pada penelitian ini, sehingga permutasi akan spesifik untuk satu sesi. Di sesi lain, permutasi yang berbeda akan digunakan. Pada makalah ini dapat diperlihatkan bahwa validitas algoritma dapat dipertahankan dan keamanan terhadap pencurian permutasi dapat ditingkatkan

The material contained in the Arabic language learning curriculum in sets them down. As nahwu science, neuroscience, science of tasawwuf and more. As for the lesson of the translations is one of the lessons of the curriculum the cottage it self in order to enhance the students in understanding the Arabic especially the books of turast. Almuhsinin boarding schools implement learning method in translation in Arabic. Students learn books of the turast defined by the method (Qowaid-Wa tarjamah) or methods and rules translations. The type of research used researchers to find the problem is with the way research studies field with a discussion of qualitative analysis deskriktif.     Meridional variations of Sea Surface Temperature and Wind over Southern Sea of Java and Its Surroundings

    Sea surface temperature (SST) plays an important role in controlling the ocean’s heat content and regulating climate. The seasonal characteristics of SST and wind speed and their correlation in the southern Java are investigated using satellite observations. The method use in this study is averaging hourly into monthly data for SST and wind speed during 20 years observation for period of 2000-2019, and representing it in the form of descriptive monthly and seasonally. The detailed correlation research was focused on the (0-5)°S, (5-10)°S, and (10-15)°S. The results show that SST reached its peak in August, while wind speed reached its minimum in August. The difference in SST (wind speed) for climatological condition lower (higher) in MJJASO, and the magnitude is more fluctuating in latitude average rather than in NDJFMA. The significant results of the study describe meridional variation in SST and wind between the northern (Karimata Strait), central (Java Sea), and southern (Indian Ocean) regions. In this case, the Indian Ocean region near south of Java has the highest correlation between SST and wind for both of dry and rainy season compared to other areas

    Reversible Data Hiding (RDH) adalah salah satu metode yang efektif dalam steganografi, yang memungkinkan penyisipan informasi ke dalam media digital, seperti gambar, dengan kemampuan untuk memulihkan data asli sepenuhnya setelah informasi yang disisipkan diekstraksi. Dengan mengkombinasikan menggunakan Personal Identification Number (PIN), pemilik karya seni dapat menjalankan proses penyisipan data, ekstraksi data, serta validasi gambar. PIN berfungsi sebagai mekanisme keamanan yang membatasi akses hanya kepada pemilik yang sah, sehingga memastikan perlindungan data serta mencegah manipulasi atau akses tidak sah terhadap karya digital. Selain itu, PIN digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi piksel yang dapat dimodifikasi pada gambar. Dataset yang digunakan adalah sepuluh gambar digital dengan ukuran piksel 720 x 1280 yang terdiri dari lima gambar digitar berwarna dan lima gambar hitam putih. Hasil pengujian sistem yang dibuat menunjukan sistem yang dibangun bekerja dengan baik dimana gambar hasil ekstraksi berkualitas baik dengan perbedaan kecil yang mungkin terlihat namun umumnya tidak mengganggu dengan nilai PSNR gambar berwarna adalah 38.076 db dan rata-rata PSNR gambar hitam putih 50.58. Sedangkan untuk pengujian SSIM nilai pengujian rata-rata 0.98 yang berarti secara struktural kedua gambar sama. Kapasitas penyimpanan informasi untuk gambar berwarna sebesar 13.05% sedangkan untuk gambar hitam putih sebesar 66.88%.   Abstract Reversible Data Hiding (RDH) is an effective method in steganography that enables the embedding of information into digital media, such as images, with the ability to fully recover the original data once the embedded information has been extracted. By integrating the use of a Personal Identification Number (PIN), the owner of a work of art can carry out the processes of data embedding, data extraction, and image validation. The PIN functions as a security mechanism that restricts access exclusively to the rightful owner, thereby ensuring data protection and preventing unauthorized manipulation or access to the digital artwork. Additionally, the PIN is employed to identify specific pixel locations that can be altered within the image. The dataset used consists of ten digital images with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, consisting of five colored images and five grayscale images The results of the system evaluation indicate that the extracted images maintain high quality, with minimal differences that are generally imperceptible where the PSNR for colored images is 38.076 dB, and the average PSNR for grayscale images is 50.58 dB. Meanwhile, SSIM testing yielded an average value of 0.98, signifying that the structural similarity between the original and extracted images is nearly identical.     The Effectiveness of SBY Defense Strategy to Encounter China Power in International Security Threats 2009-2014

    This study aims at explaining the effectiveness of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's defense strategy in 2009-2014 to encounter international security threats especially in the rise of China. The defense strategy built by SBY is caused by the dynamism of international security which continues to grow. The condition can threaten the sovereignty of every country and disturb the stability of international security. This research is written down based on two concepts offered; those are national interest and balance of power. This study implements qualitative method that uses literature study of several books and journals. The technique of analyzing the data used in this research is inductive techniques. Study of literacy, journals, and some books are used in data collection to collect data for SBY defense effectiveness. The finding of this research shows that the strategy used by SBY to encounter international security threats are: (1) applying active free politic in foreign policy to establish defense cooperation; (2) designing MEF to meet the standard budget in building Indonesian military strength; (3) employing free from one block when any countries deal with conflict; and (4) maintaining peace and defending the sovereignty of citizens from external threats in accordance with Islam. It is not necessary to prioritize the group interests to determine the policy of defense strategy if the strategy designed by SBY has already given an impact on its effectiveness to safeguard the sovereignty of Indonesia. The author uses an inductive approach to analyze data. By collecting data or descripting relevant as well as from reliable sources with the ultimate goal of generalizing.     The massive of technology use has increased the number of online motorcycle taxi service industries. However, that issue has created a gender inequality problem, and that is sexual abuse risk at work, especially among female workers. But, the company, named Shopeefood made a different system in developing online service industries, by only providing food-delivery online service. This research used a qualitative method using feminism as a concept. The data used in this article are primary and secondary data. The primary data contains official and ministerial data of the Republic of Indonesia. And the secondary data contains scientific articles, news, books, and other library data. The author aims to analyze how the company that developed the new way of online transportation service could promote gender equality among workers. The author found that Shopeefood which has developed a new way of online transportation service (only providing food-delivery service) can promote effectively gender equality by reducing the risks of sexual abuse
