No full textThis study aims to trace Husein Muhammad’s reason thinking, Indonesian feminist Kyai in the case of licensing polygamy according to the Compilation of Islamic Law. Husein Muhammad is one of the pesantren kiai who is intense in gender issues. The idea offered by Husein Muhammad is reinterpretation of gender-biased legal issues in the hope that it can be used as a guide and guide in dealing with particular problems at the present time. This study seeks to unravel the views of KH. Husein Muhammad on gender justice in polygamy permits. This research is a qualitative research literature (library research). The technique used in analyzing the data in this study, using descriptive-analytical method, to describe in general the thoughts of Husein Muhammad. The data for this research are books written by Husein Muhammad and interviews with him. This study concludes that Husein Muhammad's method of thinking in rejecting the rules for licensing polygamy according to the rules of the Compilation of Islamic Law is based on the concepts of selection (intiqo-iy) and exploration (ijtihad). These two concepts are oriented towards the concept of protecting and providing a sense of justice for women which can be integrated into Indonesian positive law.

Syntax Literate; Jurnal Ilmiah Indonesia 6.2 (2021): 1467-1474.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melacak metode berpikir Husein Muhammad, Kyai feminis Indonesia dalam kasus perizinan poligami menurut Kompilasi hukum Islam. Husein Muhammad merupakan salah satu kiai pesantren yang intens dalam isu gender. gagasan yang ditawarkan oleh Husein Muhammad adalah penafsiran ulang (reinterpretasi) terhadap persoalan hukum yang bias gender dengan harapan bisa dijadikan petunjuk dan pedoman dalam menghadapi permasalahan partikular pada masa sekarang. Penelitian ini berusaha mengurai pandangan KH. Husein Muhammad tentang keadilan gender dalam izin poligami. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan (library research). Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis, untuk memaparkan secara umum pemikiran Husein Muhammad. Data penelitian ini adalah buku-buku karangan Husein Muhammad dan wawancara dengannya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode berpikir Husein Muhammad dalam menolak aturan perizinan poligami menurut aturan Kompilasi hukum Islam adalah mendasarkan pada konsep seleksi (intiqo-iy) dan eksplorasi (ijtihad). Dua konsep ini berorientasi pada konsep melindungi dan memberikan rasa adil bagi kaum perempuan yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam hukum positif indonesia.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Berbasis Web Pada Win Muscle Gym Bandung
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran berbasis web pada Win Muscle Gym. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena proses pencatatan pendaftaran member di Win Muscle Gym yang masih manual, dimana setelah calon member mengisi formulir pendaftaran, admin mencatatnya kedalam buku member, selain itu pembayaran dan perpanjangan member juga ditulis didalam buku member yang sama, sehingga data yang ada didalam buku menjadi menumpuk dan tidak terorganisir dengan baik. Selain itu pendataan sewa personal trainer pun masih ditulis didalam buku trainer, dalam hal ini data-data yang dicatat kedalam buku-buku tersebut mudah hilang maupun rusak. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan analisis dan perancangan terstruktur. Metode pengembangan sistem pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Alat bantu analisis penelitian menggunakan flowmap, diagram konteks, data flow diagram, kamus data dan basis data. Sedangkan pembuatan perangkat lunak menggunakan PHP, database MySQL dan webserver Apache. Metode pengumpulan untuk merancang sistem informasi ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi langsung pada objek penelitian. Pengujian sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan black box testing. Hasil penelitian merupakan sistem informasi pendaftaran berbasis web pada Win Muscle Gym yang telah dirancang. Pengujian pada sistem informasi pendaftaran berbasis web pada Win Muscle Gym diharapkan berhasil dan dapat dijalankan dengan baik. Pengimplementasian sistem informasi pendaftaran berbasis web pada Win Muscle Gym diharapkan dapat memudahkan admin dalam proses pendaftaran, perpanjangan member dan penyewaan personal trainer
PENGARUH RISIKO PADA E-COMMERCE
No full textThis study examines the effect of consumer confidence and risk on e-commerce buying interest. The research method used a multiple linear regression test with the help of the SPSS program. This type of research was qualitative by interviewing random sampling students of Universitas Komputer Indonesia who are majoring in information systems. The variables of this study were the consumer's confidence (X1) and risk (X2), which are independent, as well as the purchase interest variable (Y) as the dependent variable. The results showed that risk and consumer confidence significantly influenced buying interest in E-Commerce. An e-commerce website needs to provide helpful information and the right strategy in building a consumer's trust. The company can also display innovations on its website so that buyers can easily understand the flow of payments and guarantee personal data security. Besides, companies also need to provide security and assurance to consumers while making transactions in e-commerce

No full textThis research describes the effectiveness of village fund allocation in South Solok Regency in 2020. The study method is carried out by analyzing primary and secondary data sources. In looking at the effectiveness of village fund management, it can be seen from five indicators, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The results showed that the allocation of village funds had been carried out optimally in accordance with applicable procedures. The allocation of village funds is carried out in accordance with operational functions from the planning stage until the results obtained are in accordance with the objectives. Planning is carried out by workshops, organizing is carried out in coordination with relevant stakeholders, implementation is carried out in an effective time and on target, supervision is carried out by BPKP in terms of allocation of village funds

No full textThe author describes the planning made/designed by Aisyiyah Kecamatan Medan Tembung Medan City, namely by creating several programs that can encourage/improve the resilience and harmony of the families of street vendors. Therefore, researchers conducted Field Research using descriptive qualitative methods, using several data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain accurate data or information. The results that the author gets Aisyiyah provides open space for street vendors to market merchandise and help market merchandise at Aisyiyah activities. The author suggests that Aisyiyah should develop by creating workshops for street vendors and marketing them online through social media. As well as the need for government involvement to empower street vendors who can also be said to be people who are economically weak who really need care or assistance from the government so that the resilience and harmony in their families can also be intact and maintained.

This study aims to find out the reasons why people still use supernatural healing. The research method is to use a research method through a qualitative descriptive method in which the author conducts interviews and analyzes any developments related to these problems. The results of this study indicate that people's perceptions of supernatural healing originate from a form of belief in the strange diseases they experience. There are several factors that become reasons for doing supernatural healing, namely; medical expenses, personal experience, simple methods and fast recovery

The practice also violates the prevailing law which sets a statutory age limitation for both men and women to marry at 19 years. The author seeks to analyse this legal-societal issue from Islamic law perspective. The analysis starts from the general observation that to prevent future dissent-disolvement of marriages, both parties should consider “rusyd”, in other words, their own or potential partners psychological, biological, and socio-economic maturity. In addition, to prevent child marriage, attention should be given to basic values of benefit (al mashlalah), the general principle of affection (mawaddah wa rahmah) and fulfillment of needs (taufir al-hajat)

products and services, one of which is financial technology or usually abbreviated
as fintech. Fintech is a service that provides financial services to make things
easier for its users. The presence of fintech creates collaboration with banking
services, namely mobile banking, which is the service most widely used by
society today. The problems raised in this writing are: How is the fintech business
law in Indonesia viewed from Islamic law, How is the fintech business in
Indonesian sharia banking? (reviewed by PT Bank Sumut Syariah), and How to
supervise fintech business in sharia banking in Indonesian.
The research method used in this research is a normative research
method where the approach is carried out by researching the law in question.
Apart from that, the author also collected data through searching the literature or
library research, and interviews with Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Ringroad
Branch, Medan City.
Based on the research results, fintech law is regulated in POJK Number
77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Technology-Based Money Lending and Borrowing
Services which discusses the implementation of fintech, POJK Number
13/POJK.02/2018 concerning Digital Financial Innovation in the Financial
Services Sector, and PBI Number 19/12/PBI/2017. Based on the Civil Code, the
use of fintech services is based on the principle of consensualism and the principle
of freedom of contract where customers/consumers can use fintech services in
accordance with the provisions of fintech services protected by POJK and PBI.
Islamic law allows fintech services if they do not violate Islamic law. The
implementation of services in the fintech business at Bank Sumut Syariah is an
attraction for consumers thereby increasing the performance of Bank Sumut
Syariah. Supervision of fintech in sharia banking in Indonesia is under the
