Islamic Law Review Of Wage Payment Practices At PT. Pundi Agro Makmur, Subah District
No full textThis study discusses wage payment practices at PT. Pundi Agro Makmur, Subah District, focusing on two payment methods: bank transfer and cash payment. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research methods and an empirical sociological approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that wage payments via bank transfer are more efficient and there are no deductions, because the company only needs to provide wage recipient data and employee account numbers. In contrast, cash payments require rounding or deductions due to the difficulty in obtaining denominations below Rp. 1,000. However, the company does not provide information to employees regarding the deductions, and the results of the deductions are returned to the company through the KTU. From an Islamic law perspective, wage payments via bank transfer are permitted because they do not violate sharia. However, cash payments involving deductions without notification to employees are considered inconsistent with Islamic law. In conclusion, wage payment practices at PT. Pundi Agro Makmur need adjustments, especially in the cash payment method to comply with the principles of Islamic law
Discourse of Faḍâ’il al-Qur’an: Muhammad Shadiq's Presentation of the Quran's Privileges in the Book of Qalb al-Qur’an
No full textThe purpose of this article is to explain Muhammad Shadiq's Qalb al-Qur'an in his work, faḍâ’il al-Qur'an. The inquiries are as follows: What Qur'anic verses are contained in Qalb al-Qur'an? How do the faḍâ’il al-Qur'an forms in Surah al-Fâ'tiḥah verses 4-5 illustrate receiving privileges from the Qur'an? The book of Qalb al-Qur'an by Muhammad Shadiq has a representation of faḍâ’il al-Qur'an that has about 56 features, according to qualitative-descriptive methodologies, informative, and performative approaches from Sam D. Gill. These features consist of a combination of one or two verses that make up the 114 surahs of the Qur'an's qalb (heart). The author shows the fourth and fifth verses in Surah al-Fâ’tiḥah as qalb based on several interpretations as evidence of its specialty study. While the fifth verse discusses the responsibilities of a servant who must worship only Allah and always seek His help, the fourth verse discusses Allah's power in the cosmos and how He has the right to reward and hold each of His servants accountable in the hereafter. These two verses are regarded as the qalb in Surah al-Fâ’tiḥah because they have a much deeper, more distinctive, and all-encompassing meaning than the other verse
Sistem Informasi Inventori Gudang Berbasis Website Menggunakan Model Fountain
No full textSistem Informasi Inventori Gudang (SIIG) merupakan aspek vital dalam manajemen logistik suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Inventori Gudang berbasis website dengan menerapkan Model Fountain di PT Ladang Karya Husada. Model Fountain, yang merupakan modifikasi dari model waterfall dengan penekanan pada pengembangan iteratif dan fleksibilitas, dipilih untuk memperkuat proses pengembangan perangkat lunak berorientasi objek. Melalui pengembangan ini, SIIG memungkinkan PT Ladang Karya Husada untuk mengelola dan mencatat dengan efisien stok barang serta transaksi keluar-masuk. Implementasi SIIG menyediakan kemudahan bagi pengguna internal perusahaan dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari mereka dengan lebih efisien. Pendataan manual menggunakan file Excel berhasil digantikan dengan sistem yang lebih terstruktur dan terotomatisasi, memungkinkan pemantauan stok secara real-time. Dengan adopsi Model Fountain, pengembangan sistem ini memungkinkan penambahan progresif komponen perangkat lunak pada setiap iterasi, memungkinkan kelengkapan fitur yang diperlukan sepanjang fase pengembangan. Hasil penilaian berdasarkan uji survei skala likert dan menggunakan faktor Usability ISO 9126 menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 91%. Hasil akhir penelitian menegaskan bahwa SIIG yang diterapkan di PT Ladang Karya Husada mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta memberikan solusi yang handal dan terukur dalam mengelola inventori gudang. An information system is needed to make it easier for customers to track shipments. For this reason, a web-based Logistics Information system was designed with the Laravel PHP framework programming language. This information system will make it easier for PT Fajar Multiguna’s customers to track the delivery of their packages, on the other hand PT Fajar Multiguna will also find it easier to handle the delivery data
Pengaruh Gamefication Berbasis Permainan Tradisional Terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologi anak di LPKA Bengkulu
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak gamifikasi berbasis permainan tradisional terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis anak di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah anak-anak di LPKA Kota Bengkulu, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 anak binaan lapas (Anbinpas). Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data pretest dan posttest berdistribusi normal serta memiliki varians yang homogen, sehingga dapat dibandingkan secara valid. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa gamifikasi berbasis permainan tradisional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis Anbinpas di LPKA Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar -14.728, yang berada di luar daerah penerimaan H₀, yaitu -2.004 ≤ t_hitung ≤ 2.004. Dengan demikian, H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima, yang menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi berbasis permainan tradisional secara signifikan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis anak binaan di LPKA Bengkulu
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the impact of gamification based on traditional games on the psychological well-being of children at the Special Child Development Institution (LPKA) in Bengkulu City. The study employed a pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research subjects were children at LPKA Bengkulu, with a sample consisting of 30 juvenile inmates (Anbinpas).Data analysis was conducted using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. The analysis results showed that the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed and had homogeneous variance, making them valid for comparison. The findings revealed that gamification based on traditional games had a significant effect on the psychological well-being of Anbinpas at LPKA Bengkulu. Based on statistical calculations, the tvalue obtained was -14.728, which was outside the acceptance region of H₀, namely -2.004 ≤ tvalue ≤ 2.004. Therefore, H₀ was rejected, and Hₐ was accepted, indicating that gamification based on traditional games significantly improved the psychological well-being of juvenile inmates at LPKA Bengkul

yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian
berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil pretest dan posttest

dibandingkan secara valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gamefication
berbasis permainan tradisional berpegaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan

No full textPencurian marak terjadi disekitar kita, tindak pidana terjadi bukan hanya karena ada niat melainkan adanya kesempatan untuk melakukannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan unsur - unsur tindak pidana tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan dalam keadaan memberatkan dan Untuk mengetahui dasar pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana terhadap terdakwa dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Purwokerto Nomor 69/Pid.B/2020/PN Pwt. Metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Spesifikasi Penelitian deskriptif analisis, Sumber Data sekunder meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur. Pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan, disajikan dalam bentuk uraian, dianalisis dengan metode normatif kualitatif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Majelis Hakim dalam menerapkan unsur-unsur tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan dalam keadaan memberatkan telah sesuai dengan rumusan Pasal 365 ayat (2) ke-2 KUHP, perbuatan terdakwa telah terbukti memenuhi unsur pasal yang didakwakan, yaitu : Barangsiapa, adalah Eko Pujianto Alias Kodok Bin Darwin; Melakukan pencurian yang didahului dengan kekerasan terhadap orang dengan maksud untuk mempersiapkan atau mempermudah pencurian, dilakukan dua orang secara bersekutu.
Dasar pertimbangan hukum Hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana terhadap terdakwa dalam Putusan Nomor: 69/Pid.B/2020/PN Pwt, sebagai berikut : a) Pertimbangan terhadap unsur-unsur Pasal 365 Ayat (2) ke-2 KUHP; b)
Pertimbangan terhadap alat-alat bukti sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 184 KUHAP, berupa : keterangan saksi-saksi sejumlah 3 (tiga) orang, dan keterangan terdakwa. c) Pertimbangan berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 197 ayat (1) huruf f KUHAP, tentang Keadaan yang memberatkan : Perbuatannya meresahkan masyarakat; Sudah menikmati hasilnya. Perspectives of the Community and Bureaucrats Regarding Relocation of Capital from Jakarta to Kalimantan
No full textThe process of moving the capital city from Jakarta to IKN is still ongoing. Development and land acquisition continue to be carried out to accelerate the transfer process so that it can be completed this year. But in the midst of the ongoing relocation process, some individuals are still voicing their opinions on the relocation of the capital. The opinions expressed are diverse and from various circles. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the perspectives of the community and bureaucrats on the transfer of the capital from Jakarta to IKN. This research uses qualitative research using indirect quotes and IoT. The research technique is used as a review to write a literature review. In addition, the author also used VOS viewers and NVivo 12 Plus to visualize research data for the journal. As a researcher, the author first explains what factors underlie the transfer of the capital from Jakarta to IKN then the author will describe what are the impacts caused by the transfer of the capital from Jakarta to IKN. In this study we used an indicator, namely the perspective theory of Joel M Charon, then from this indicator two parameters were produced, namely positive perspectives and negative perspectives. After that the author explains some responses from various parties related to the relocation of the capital and concludes which perspectives are often discussed along with suggestions or solutions that can be taken
