Deep Inside the Blues with Margo Cooper, Joe Ayers & Trent Ayers
No full textPhotographer and author Margo Cooper will be joined in conversation by blues musicians Joe Ayers and his son Trent Ayers. Cooper had the privilege of interviewing both Ayers for her book Deep Inside the Blues. She describes Joe Ayers as kind, wise, and passionate about playing guitar. Trent Ayers grew up listening to a variety of blues music with his father—tapes of Arthur “Big Boy” Crudup, Muddy Waters, R. L. Burnside, and Junior Kimbrough. The father-son duo recently worked on an album together called A Father Son Legacy. Joe and Trent Ayers will play music during this SouthTalk. Margo Cooper’s recently published book, Deep Inside the Blues, is a collection of thirty-four interviews with blues artists and more than 160 of her photographs. Many of the key blues players of the period have already passed, making their stories and Cooper’s photographs of them all the more poignant and valuable. Holly Harris will facilitate conversation between the Ayers and Margo Cooper. Harris comes from a musical family, going back 5 generations. She is a veteran Blues radio DJ/producer, and emcee in the Boston area. She currently hosts SPINNING THE BLUES, on WUMB, live on Thursday and Saturday nights, and hosts KING ST BLUES online, on TGRN BLUES. Holly is the percussionist with The One Dime Band, plays at Juke Joint Fest in Clarksdale, and is a recipient of a W.C. Handy award for Commercial Radio. PERILAKU KONSUMTIF PADA REMAJA STUDI DESKRIPTIF DI MALL MARGO CITY
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam Perilaku Konsumtif Remaja Pasca Keberadaan Mall Rw 19 Kelurahan Kemiri Muka Kecamatan Beji Kota Depok. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik wawancara yaitu metode yang berupaya memecahkan dan menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi pada saat ini. Tujuan utama untuk membuat penggambaran tentang suatu keadaan secara objektif. Penulis menggunakan perilaku konsumtif remaja baik faktor internal yakni motivasi, harga diri, pengamatan, kepribadian dan faktor eksternal yakni kebudayaan, kelas sosial, kelompok sosial, kelompok referensi, dan keluarga serta perilaku konsumtif yang berdasarkan pembelian impulsive, pemborosan dan pembelian tidak rasional. Pada penelitian ini digambarkan secara tepat kemudian diikuti oleh analisis menggunakan Teknik wawancara. Dari hasil tersebut, maka dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa, secara umum Perilaku Konsumtif Remaja Pasca Keberadaan Mall Margo City Rw 19 Kelurahan Kemiri Muka Kecamatan Beji Kota Depok ada 11 narasumber: bapak Widodo dan 10 anak remaja. Dari hasil analisis wawancara dapat diartikan bahwa perilaku konsumtif ini dapat dipahami serta diterapkan agar dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan bagi peneliti tentang kondisi perilaku konsumtif remaja setelah keberadaan Margo City serta berkontribusi dalam memberikan dampak perubahan serta pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya perilaku konsumtif remaja pasca keberadaan mall

This study aims to deepen the Consumptive Behavior of Adolescents After the Existence of Mall Rw 19, Kemiri Muka Village, Beji District, Depok City. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method with an interview technique, namely a method that seeks to solve and answer the problemfaced at this time. The main purpose is to make a description of a situation objectively. The author uses adolescent consumptive behavior both internal factors, namely motivation, self-esteem, observation, personality and external factors, namely culture, social class, social groups, reference groups, and family as well as consumptive behavior based on impulsive purchases, waste and irrational purchases. In this study described precisely then followed by analysis using interview techniques. From these results, it can be interpreted that, in general, the consumer behavior of adolescents after the existence of Margo City Mall Rw 19, Kemiri Muka Village, Beji District, Depok City, there were 11 sources: Mr. Widodo and 10 teenagers. From the results of the interview analysis, it can be interpreted that this consumptive behavior can be understood and applied in order to be able to add insight to the knowledge of researchers about the conditions of adolescent consumptive behavior after the existence of Margo City and to contribute to the impact of changes and the development of knowledge, especially adolescent consumptive behavior after the existence of the mall and can provide information to adolescents.

This work construes Margo Glantz’ “Zapatos: andante con variaciones” as a text that from the fiction point of view reworks, at the same time displacing and distorting, some nucleic ideas taken from Las genealogías. Our starting hypothesis is that this text (central in the series of texts in Historia de una mujer que caminó por la vida con zapatos de diseñador) does not fictionalise an “original” but a textual original; because of this we think its protagonist (Nora García) as an “imperfect translation” of this Margo Glantz who presents herself as the narrator and character of the parental memories.

This research aims to explain the readiness of The Margo Hotel and the role of city government in collaboration with holding an event in Depok. During the research process, the author found that organizing a large-scale exhibition in Depok must have a suitable venue in terms of facilities, capacity, and accommodation. The Margo Hotel is one of the potential venues for holding exhibitions in Depok. This research used a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The data collection was obtained from an interview process with The Margo Hotel and the Youth, Sports, Culture, and Tourism Office of Depok also observing the venue. On the other hand, the secondary data had obtained from The Margo Hotel documents. This research showed that the Youth, Sports, Culture, and Tourism Office of Depok has established a website as one of the promotional efforts for MICE and Tourism activities in Depok. These promotional efforts aim to develop the collaboration between stakeholders and the city government to make exhibitions in Depok, specifically for holding large-scale exhibitions.Depok memiliki berbagai pilihan venue untuk penyelenggaraan event. Saat ini Depok sedang berusaha lebih giat mempromosikan venue-venue dan akomodasi yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kesiapan venue The Margo Hotel dan peran pemerintah kota untuk berkolaborasi dalam penyelenggaraan pameran di Depok. Desain Maximum Power Point Tracking Untuk Turbin Angin Menggunakan Modified Perturb & Observe (P&O) Berdasarkan Prediksi Kecepatan Angin
No full textPerkembangan teknologi energi baru dan terbarukan menjadi persoalan yang mendunia saat ini. Berbagai cara seperti kecerdasan buatan, algoritma peramalan dan optimasi kontrol dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang stabil dan dapat diaplikasikan pada masa yang akan datang. Pada buku tugas akhir ini akan dibahas mengenai implementasi Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) pada sistem turbin angin skala kecil yang dikontrol menggunakan metode Modified Perturb & Observe (P&O) pada kontrol konverter buck berdasarkan nilai arus dan tegangan yang dihasilkan pada keluaran Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG). P&O merupakan metode yang paling banyak digunakan pada MPPT. Dengan modifikasi pada hal mendasar dari algoritma P&O, MPPT dapat menghasilkan daya optimal dan kecepatan yang lebih baik dalam pencarian nilai daya maksimum. Modifikasi pada metode P&O dapat dilakukan dengan cara menambahkan strategi kontrol dalam perubahan besarnya step dari duty cyle (∆D). Seiring dengan perubahan besarnya tegangan dan arus masukan pada MPPT, keluaran daya yang dihasilkan juga akan berubah-ubah. Perubahan daya tersebut akan memengaruhi perubahan ∆D. Dengan modifikasi metode P&O pada MPPT ini, osilasi daya keluaran pada turbin angin dapat diredam dengan baik. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah turbin angin skala kecil menggunakan sistem MPPT berdasarkan metode Modified P&O dapat menghasilkan daya maksimum yang optimal dengan kecapatan tracking yang cepat. Efesiensi daya yang dihasilkan mencapai 97.3% dan waktu yang dibutuhkan kurang dari 20.3 detik

Full text linkA B S T R A CT This research was conducted at the Margo Mulyo Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Talang Bersemi Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriateness of the accounting application at Margo Mulyo Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Talang Bersemi Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency with generally accepted accounting principles. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used in this research is by using the interview method, which is to hold direct questions and answers with the relevant sections and documentation about cooperative finance. The data analysis method used is descriptive method, which describes a real situation that is found and then analyzes the data based on theories related to problem discussion, then makes decisions. From the results of the research conducted by the author, it was found that the Margo Mulyo Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Talang Bersemi Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, has not made any allowance for uncollectible accounts. Inventories are presented without deducting the value of inventories that are damaged, lost or expired. Nor does it make reports of changes in equity, cash flow statements and notes to financial statements. The application of accounting at the Margo Mulyo Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Talang Bersemi Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
