Life is not cheap according to the text Upper Austria by the author Franz Xavera Kroetz is the title of the graduate exam presentation of the student Anamarija Jurišić under the mentorship of Prof. Roberta Raponja and assistant Katica Šubarić at the Academy of Art in Osijek, at the theater department, acting and puppetry. NOVO UREĐENJE REVIZIJE U PARNIČNOM POSTUPKU-REVIZIJA DO DOPUŠTENJU
The purpose of this document called „Extraordinary remedy revision“ by the author Anamarija Duvanĉić is to closely explain the topic of revision, to give a definition and characteristics. It is a complex matter which has undergone many changes. The document itself starts from the definition of revision given by the law, then they are more closely explained trough defining other terms related to matter, such as: revision without permission, revision per permission. One of the ways how to explain the matter closely is trough it’s development, trough legal regulation, trough procedure and trough revision against solution. Revision per premission would limit acces to Supreme Court in a way that the said Court would, based on the legally defined framework, allow revision only in those cases which are important for ensuring a unique application of law and equality of all in its applictation or for the development of law through case la

Third wave of open data: Identifying and overcoming the barriers towards open data of public undertakings
The creation of open data has seen a series of waves in which every growing resources of data are becoming accessible to a growing number of users from a diversifying number of public entities. The European Commission anticipates this movement by setting a new scope to the re-use of Public Sector Information Directive. Instead of exclusively focussing on Public Sector Information (PSI), the new scope of its successor, the Open Data Directive (ODD), includes data from public undertakings as well. In order for public undertakings to comply with this future legislation, research into the current openness of public undertakings and the barriers to open data is key. This research presents three different levels of openness of data: (1) data is only open for the own organisation, (2) data is open for the internal organisation and trusted parties can use the data, and (3) open data for all. In this case three Dutch public undertakings and several Croatian public undertakings were studied. The data of the public undertakings researched were at different levels of openness and none of the public undertakings are at this moment ready to comply with the future rules when the ODD requirements become mandatory. Barriers that are associated with achieving a higher level of open data are related to institutional, financial, legal, and quality and technical aspects. Overcoming these barriers requires, among other things, highly motivated staff to provide open data.Accepted Author ManuscriptUrban Data Scienc
Nadgrobni spomenik G. Aruncija Felicisima i starosna struktura pučanstva antičke Liburnije
In the first part of this paper, the author analyses two fragments of a single sepulchral monument found as spolia in the church of Sv. Juraj (St. George) in Raštević near Benkovac. The monument, which can generally be dated to the late Princpate period - most likely in the second half of the 2nd century AD, was erected by Sempronia Maximilla for her husband Gaius Aruntius Felicissimus, who died at the age of 70. In the second part, the author analyses data on the age of the deceased found in Liburnian sepulchral inscriptions and aims to prove the possible age limits of average life expectancy. Through that analysis it will be possible to better understand if, and to what degree, was Gaius Aruntius Felicissimus an exception from standards present during that period.</jats:p
Sepulchral monument of G. Aruntius Felicissimus and the age structure of ancient Liburnia
In the first part of this paper, the author analyses two fragments of a single sepulchral monument found as spolia in the church of Sv. Liburnian anthroponyms
istraživanjima i zaključcima niza znanstvenih prinosa drugih autora, autorica u
libumski antroponimijski korpus uključuje neka nova imena, a neka druga iz
njega izbacuje.
mogla pripadati i drugim imenskim područjima. The paper re-examines, for the first time in almost half a century, the native
Liburnian anthroponymie corpus in its entirety. On the basis of her own studies
and of those of the other scholars, the author excludes from the corpus some
names earlier considered as Liburnian, and in the same time includes in it some
previously unknown names. The corpus is divided in two lists: one including
only the names of certain or almost certain Liburnian native origin, and the other
those that could have also belonged to other onomastic areas
The concept of materiality and risk in audit
The topic of this paper is the Concept of materiality and risk in audit. The first part of the paper explains the concept of materiality, how important is the audit planning, what levels and in which cases it is necessary to change the materiality of the audit. It is also explained in words and with the picture, meaning of qualitative and quantitative materiality and how they affect the determination of materiality. The application of the materiality concept is also shown in the example of the business entity Meri d.o.o. in three steps, where the author made his own conclusions.
The second part of the paper deals with audit risks. The author discussed about audit risks and the connection between audit risks, the concept of materiality and audit evidence. It is also indicated the benefits of risk-based auditing and how the completeness of the audit plan is determined
Alternative cultural center ‘Garaže’-urban element in the countryside
Rad se bavi stvaranjem urbane kulture u maloj sredini kroz studiju slučaja Vrbovečke udruge
mladih.
prvih subkulturnih urbanih elemenata u maloj sredini.
kroz primjer VUM-a i VUMfesta.Based on case study of NGO Vrbovec Youth Organization, the author strives to depict formation
of urban culture in a small town. Through display of structure and functions of Vrbovec Youth
Organization, ongoing activities in Garaže, the club run by the organization, the way both
Vrbovec Youth Organization and Garaže are perceived in the town of Vrbovec and broader, the
author attempts to support her claim that Alternative Cultural Center Garaže represent a form of
subcultural expression which plays a major role in identity forming, creation of distinct patterns
of behavior, and can be perceived as first subcultural urban element in a small community. The
author also points out the significance of VUMfest, DIY festival organized by Vrbovec Youth
Organization. Depicting the undergoing transformation of VUMfest and the significance it
generated throughout the years, for Organization members and local community, it’s plausible
role in tourism development is being examined. Also, the author discusses the relationship
53
between consumerism and subcultural practice, underlining cooptation as one of the key aspects
of modern capitalism, and impact it can have or has on the subject being researched here
