Pemahaman, Sikap dan Perilaku Bela Negara Karyawan Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Kantor Pusat Jakarta dalam Mendukung Pertahanan Negara
Abstrak - Ancaman terhadap nasionalisme melalui bidang ideologi, politik, ekonomi, sosial budaya, terorisme, korupsi, sebagaimana fenomena yang terjadi di era globalisasi saat ini menjadi perhatian penting yang perlu segera ditindak lanjuti. Pemahaman, sikap dan perilaku bela negara oleh seluruh komponen bangsa menjadi suatu pendorong dalam menjaga pertahanan negara. Kekuatan sumber daya manusia pada sebuah perusahaan yang menjalankan tugas dan fungsi untuk mencapai tujuan. Tesis ini berupaya menjawab permasalahan pemahaman, sikap dan perilaku Bela Negara karyawan Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Kantor Pusat Jakarta serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya dalam memperkuat pertahanan negara. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif yang didukung oleh data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan masih belum optimal pemahaman, sikap dan perilaku bela negara karyawan Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Kantor Pusat Jakarta yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk pelibatan seluruh karyawan dalam program-program Lima Pilar Artha Graha Peduli. Faktor utama sebagai penyebab karena belum adanya sinergitas antara pimpinan, hubungan profesional internal perusahaan dan sosialisasi kepada karyawan melalui pengiriman karyawan untuk pendidikan dan pelatihan karakter guna meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia pertahanan dalam mengimplementasikan Bela Negara seperti yang diinginkan pendiri Bank Artha Graha. Melalui sarana pendidikan di Pusdiklat SGA Cibogo diharapkan sinergitas antara pimpinan dan profesional internal perusahaan Artha Graha dalam memahami kesadaran bela negara, dapat terlaksana dalam sikap dan perilaku karyawan Bank Artha Graha Internasional dalam melaksanakan tujuan perusahaan untuk mendukung pertahanan negara.Kata kunci: Pemahaman, Bela Negara, Karyawan Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Pertahanan Negara Abstract - Threats to nationalism through ideological, political, economic, social, cultural, technology, public safety and legislation as a phenomenon that occurs in the current era of globalization is an important concern that needs to be followed up. This thesis seeks to answer the question of understanding, attitudes and behavior of employees of the State Defense Bank Artha Graha International, Head Office Jakarta and the factors that influence it in strengthening the country's defense. This research was conducted qualitatively supported by primary and secondary data. The results of the study, showed still not maximal understanding, attitudes and behaviors to defend the state employees of Bank Artha Graha International, Head Office Jakarta which is implemented in the form of the involvement of all employees in the programs of the Five Pillars Artha Graha Peduli. The main factors as the cause for the lack of synergy between the leadership, the company's internal professional relationships and socialization to employees through delivery of education and training of employees to improve the character of the defense of Human Resources in implementing the State Defense as desired founder of Bank Artha Graha. ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN ORIENTASI BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP INTENSITAS PERENCANAAN STRATEGIK (Studi Kasus di Sekretariat Daerah Propinsi Jawa Tengah )
ABSTRACT
The strategic planing is a standard concept that measured and bring positive effect to the work of the company. The specific relation between the intensity of strategic planing to the managerial factors that will be a focus in this research, especially to the style of leadership and the culture of organisation.
The intensity of strategic planing will be influential to the high of respon in the process of the strategic planning, communication system, long pair orientation and the respons of workers to the choice of strategy that will be taken.
The influence between variable style of leadership and the orientation of organization culture to the intensity of strategic planning in this research will be analyzed on government organization structure that have non profit characteristic to the object of workers object in SETDA JATENG.
The population in this research are staffs in SETDA JATENG and to be taken the sample about 100 respondents, where each respondents will be given research quessioner to be answered. The technique of data analysis which used for testing hypothesis that will be given is using Structural Equation Model (SEM), which operated by AMOS ( Analysis of Moment Structure) program. The signification test model is done by testing Goodness of Fit there are GFI (Goodness of Fit Index), AGFI (Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index ), RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation), TLI (Tucker Lewis Index) and CR (Critical Ratio).
The results from each signification test and hypothesis that have same as the value of Cut-Off Value. These things are proved that the hypothesis that had been given could accepted it is "Style of Leadership influence towards the Intensity Strategic Planning" and "Orientation Culture of Organization influence towards the Intensity Strategic Planning".
ABSTRAKSI
Perencanaan strategik merupakan suatu konsep baku yang terukur dan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hubungan yang spesifik antara instensitas perencanaan strategik terhadap faktor-faktor manajerial akan menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini tertutama pada gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi.
Intensitas perencanaan strategis akan berpengaruh terhadap tingginya respon di dalam proses perencanaan strategis, sistem komunikasi, orientasi jangka panjang dan respon bawahan terhadap pilihan strategi yang akan diambil.
Pengaruh antar variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan orientasi budaya organisasi terhadap intensitas perencanaan strategik dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisis pada struktur organisasi pemerintah yang bersifat non profit dengan objek penelitian pegawai di jajaran SETDA Jawa Tengah.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di jajaran SETDA Jawa Tengah dan diambil sampelnya sebanyak 100 responden, dimana masing-masing responden akan diberi kuesioner penelitian untuk dijawab. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan adalah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang dioperasikan melalui program AMOS ( Ancrysis Of Moment Structure) . Test signifikansi model dilakukan dengan menguji Goodnes of Fit yaitu GFI (Goodness of Fit Index), AGFI (Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index ), RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation), TLI (Tucker Lewis Index) dan CR (Critical Ratio).
Hasil dari pengujian masing-masing test signifikansi dan hipotesis telah memenuhi nilai Cut-off Value yang telah ditentukan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima yaitu "Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Intensitas Perencanaan Strategik" dan "Orientasi Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Intensitas Perencanaan Strategik"
PENGARUH TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN AKUNTANSI SEKTOR PUBLIK SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP GOOD GOVERNANCE (Studi Kasus SKPD Kabupaten Semarang)
Akuntansi sektor publik adalah suatu hal mempelajari bagaimana akuntansi di sebuah organisasi sektor publik. Organisasi sektor publik berbeda dengan sektor swasta yang berorientasi pada laba. Organisasi sektor publik memilki tujuan beragam sesuai dengan misi yang diemban organisasi tersebut. Akuntansi sektor publik bertujuan untuk menciptakan transparansi, akuntanbilitas publik, efisiensi, efektivitas, dan ekonomis.Efektivitas yaitu tingkat pencapaian hasil program dalam rangka mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, termasuk visi misi suatu organisasi.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) yang berada di wilayah kabupaten Semarang. SKPD yang berada di kabupaten semarang berjumlah 14 SKPD yang terdiri dari Dinas, Instansi Pemerintah, Badan, Sekretariat, Kantor, Kecamatan dan Inspektorat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang diambil secara langsung. Dalam penelitian ini kriteria yang dijadikan sampel adalah satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) yang berada di wilayah kabupaten Semarang.
Hasil penelitian ini membuktikkan Teknologi informasi dan Budaya organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap Good governance pada SKPD Kabupaten Semarang, Teknologi informasi dan Budaya organisasi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap good governance dengan efektivitas penerapan akuntansi sektor publik sebagai variabel intervening pada SKPD Kabupaten Semarang. Dan Efektivitas penerapan akuntansi sektor publik berpengaruh terhadap good governance pada SKPD Kabupaten Semarang.

CHILD MORTALITY, NUTRITIONAL STATUS AND HEALTH CARE IN DOMPU DISTRICT, WEST NUSA TENGGARA, 2007–2011
Child mortality in West Nusa Tenggara province at 103 per 1000 live births, while the infant mortality rate Dompu 82 per 1000 live births. Therefore, it is necessary to study the explanation of the index child mortality in Dompu district, as well as view the status of nutrition and health care. This research is a descriptive study, the secondary data collection of health profiles Dompu DHO has been published within the period of 5 years from 2007 to 2011. Variabel taken are indicators related to child mortality. The results of this study indicate that the number of infant deaths rose sharply in 2009, by 39 per 1000 birth when compared to 2007 (1 per 1.000 births) and in 2008 (3 per 1000 births). In 2010, infant mortality fell to 12 per 1.000 births, but increased again in 2011 to 34 per 1000 births. Based on the findings in this study, it is necessary to improve the coverage of deliveries assisted by health personnel in order to reduce infant mortality. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
