The objectives of this research were to analyze the factors of corporate customer satisfaction and loyalty on MICE event at hotel HSTH, the difference of satisfaction and loyalty beetwen governmental and non-governmental institutions, and to form the strategies of Hotel HSTH. It was conducted by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Custommer Loyalty Index (CLI). Based on the five dimension of Parasuraman, the most important factor was tangible dimension. The recommendations were: to upgrade all atribute espesially from tangible dimension and other atribute; to increase the knowledge of the hotel staff; and to monitor program and supervisory of the working quality

By using foundations such as personal branding, agenda setting, framing and dramaturgy. The author uses qualitative research techniques. Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Before authors begin filming this, the authors conducted several research methods, such as literature, namely by looking for books related to the movie-making process. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie.
Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened.
The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general.

Batu bara termasuk salah satu muatan berbahaya dimana batu bara
dapat memanas atau terbakar sendiri. Dengan dasar teori itu peneliti
merumuskan masalah tentang faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terbakarnya
muatan batu bara di atas kapal MV. Sri Wandari Indah, bagaimana cara
penanggulangan muatan batu bara yang terbakar di MV. Sri Wandari Indah,
dan bagaimana upaya mencegah kebakaran muatan batu bara terbakar di MV.
Sri Wandari Indah yang digunakan dalam pembuatan laporan penelitian.
Menurut World Coal Institute (WCI) (2005:2), Batu bara adalah bahan
bakar fosil yang dapat terbakar sendiri, terbentuk dari endapan, batuan organik
yang terutama terdiri dari karbon, hydrogen dan oksigen. Menurut Dewan
Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Nasional (DK3N) terbakar adalah suatu
peristiwa bencana yang berasal dari api yang tidak dapat dikehendaki yang
dapat menimbulkan kerugian, baik kerugian materi maupun kerugian yang
non-materi hingga kehilangan nyawa atau cacat tubuh yang ditimbulkan
akibat kebakaran. Jadi menurut peneliti batu bara terbakar adalah nyala api
yang tidak dikehendaki pada batu bara yang terjadi secara alami.
Metode analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode
deskriptif kualitatif. Deskriptif adalah suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan
dalam penelitian deskriptif untuk menggambarkan fenomena yang ada.
Kualitatif adalah pengamatan, wawancara atau penelaahan dokumen, metode
kualitatif ini digunakan karena beberapa pertimbangan.
Berdasarkan permasalahan dan fakta yang telah diuraikan dalam hasil
penelitian sehingga diketahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya muatan batu
bara yang terbakar ketika pemuatan di MV. Sri Wandari Indah dengan faktor
utama penyebab kebakaran adalah nyala api dikarenakan terpenuhinya unsur
segitiga api. Penanganan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memutus rantai
segitiga api, serta dilakukan pembongkaran pada batu bara yang terbakar,
kemudian upaya pencegahan yang dilakukan adalah mengupayakan untuk
meniadakan unsur segitiga api yang dimaksudkan adalah unsur oksigen
dengan pemadatan ruang muat, dan juga memaksimalkan fungsi ventilasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, faktor yang
menyebabkan terjadinya muatan batu bara terbakar di MV. Sri Wandari Indah
adalah terpenuhinya unsur segitiga api, adanya ruang kosong dalam palka,
sifat batu bara yang mengeluarkan gas yang mudah terbakar. Kondisi
lingkungan sekitar yang bersuhu tinggi (panas) yang memicu muatan batu
bara terbakar, kurangnya pengetahuan awak kapal terhadap bahaya yang
ditimbulkan dan cara penanganan muatan batu bara yang terbakar.

Coal is one of the dangerous charges where coal can heat up or burn on its
own. On the basis of the theory, the researcher formulated a problem about what
factors caused the burning of coal loads on the MV vessel. Sri Wandari Indah,
how to overcome the coal load that burned in the MV. Sri Wandari Indah, and
how to prevent burning of coal burning in the MV. Sri Wandari Indah used in
making research reports.
According to the World Coal Institute (WCI) (2005: 2), coal is a fossil fuel
that can burn itself, formed from deposits, organic rocks consisting mainly of
carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. According to the Dewan Keselamatan dan
Kesehatan Kerja Nasional (DK3N) a fire is a catastrophic event originating from
an undesirable fire which can cause loss, both material loss and non-material
losses to loss of life or bodily disability caused by fire. So according to the author
of burning coal is a flame on unwanted coal that occurs naturally.
The data analysis method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive
method. Descriptive is a research method used in descriptive research to describe
existing phenomena. Qualitative is observation, interview or document review,
this qualitative method is used for several reasons.
Based on the problems and facts that have been described in the results of
the study so that the factors causing the occurrence of coal loads are burned when
loading in the MV. Sri Wandari Indah with the main factor causing fires is the fire
due to the fulfillment of the fire triangle element. Handling is done by breaking
the chain of fire triangles, as well as demolition of burning coal, then prevention
efforts are carried out to strive to eliminate the intended element of the fire
triangle is the oxygen element with compaction of the cargo space, and also
maximize the function of ventilation.
Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the factors that
caused the coal load to burn in the MV. Sri Wandari Indah is the fulfillment of the
fire triangle element, the empty space in the hold, the nature of coal which emits
flammable gas. The surrounding environment with high temperature (heat) that
triggers coal loads burns, lack of knowledge of the crew of the danger caused and

No full textThe Cupid, also known as Amor Vincit Omnia, painted by Caravaggio in the first half of 1602 for Vincenzo Giustiniani in Rome, is one of the best-known paintings by the Lombard painter, but also one of the most investigated and iconographically debated. Art historians have proposed different readings of this work, from those they consider the objects surrounding Amor symbols that refer to the arts of the quadrivium, but incompletely; others that make it generically included among the emblematic paintings or connect it to the patron whose intellectual and military qualities it would exalt; still others connect it to the Trionfi of Petrarch or to the poetry of the same period, or give it a soteric value linked to the reformed Catholic doctrines; finally, some identify a homoerotic matrix linked to the author or even to the client's environment. In this article, starting from some readings already advanced by critics over time, a reading closely linked to classical poetry is proposed, considering Merisi's painting the pictura of an emblem, to which a precise lemma would be connected, identified in the well-known couplet by Marzio Milesi and a broader epigramma, instead identified in a well-known Latin elegiac passage, which the observers of the time could have easily identified. Metode Penelitian dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan secara deskriptif. Dari hasil yang diperoleh bahwa Alkitab telah mengajarkan bagaimana cara mengelola keuangan yang baik yaitu, pertama, mengelola keuangan harus menyediakan keuangan berdasarkan kebutuhan pokok. Kedua, harus menyisihkan keuangan untuk diinvestasikan untuk kebutuhan dimasa akan datang. Ketiga, menyediakan dana untuk diberikan bagi pekerjaan Tuhan. This study aims to describe women's struggles in facing gender injustice and seeking freedom in a patriarchal society. The main character, who is a woman, shows courage and determination in the face of social norms that limit her role and rights as a female individual. There is this study the author uses a structural approach. The structural approach aims to explain as carefully as possible the functions and relationships between literary works and show the relationship between these elements. The research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study is in the form of feminist literary criticism in a short story entitled Tear Picker by Agus Noor, which is contained in a collection of short stories by Agus Noor.
