Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakter pendidik dalam buku Al-Mudarris Wal Maharrat At-Taujih karya Muhammad Abdullah Ad-Duweisy. Jenis Penelitian Ini Ialah Library Research, Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknis analisis isi (content analysis). Teknik analisis isi dilakukan dengan cara mengklarifikasikan, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan hasil analisis. Hasil Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwasannya karakter pendidik dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu karakter yang bersifat positif dan Karakter yang bersifat negatif. Karakter yang bersifat Positif merupakan karakter yang harus dipegang dan dimiliki oleh seorang pendidik ketika melakukan proses belajar mengajar, Karakter Bersifat positif ini ada 10 jenis karakter,yaitu : 1.)Ikhlas Hanya Kepada Allah, 2.)Takwa dan Ibadah, 3.)Mendorong dan memacu murid untuk giat mencari ilmu, 4.)Berpenampilan baik, 5.)Berbicara dengan baik, 6.)Berkepribadian matang dan Terkontrol, 7.)Keteladanan yang baik, 8.)Memenuhi Janji, 9.)Berperan Memperbaiki Sistem Pengajaran, 10.)Bermuamalah secara Baik Kepada Murid. Sedangkan Karakter yang bersifat negatif merupakan karakter yang harus dihindari dan dijauhi oleh seorang pendidik ketika melakukan proses belajar mengajar, Karakter yang bersifat negatif ini ada 12 jenis karakter, yaitu : 1.)Menyombongkan Diri Dengan Tidak menerima kebenaran, 2.)Hasad (dengki) Kepada Murid, 3.)Fatwa Tanpa Ilmu, 4.)Banyak Bergurau, 5.)Memanfaatkan Anak Didik Untuk Urusan Pribadi, 6.)Berada di tempat-tempat yang tidak Pantas, 7.)Emosional dan Mudah mengancam, 8.)Mengejek dan Merendahkan Murid, 9.)Menggunjing Murid, 10.)Membuat Murid Bosan, 11.)Mengajarkan di luar batas Kemampuan Murid, 12.)Menjelek-jelekkan guru lain dan Mata pelajarannya.

Electrifying Tourist Mobility in Bali, Indonesia: Setting the Target and Estimating the CO2 Reduction Based on Stated Choice Experiment
No full textThe Bali Government has made the implementation of the electric vehicle (EV) policy a high priority considering its attractiveness for emission and air pollution reduction to maintain the sustainability of Bali’s nature and tourism sector. Considering the uniqueness of the tourism sector in Bali and the mobility it generates, this study aims to investigate the factors that influence EV use by tourists based on several scenarios for estimating EV share target and the emission reduction contributed. For those purposes, the stated choice questionnaire was distributed online and offline to tourists in Bali and analyzed using the multinomial logit (MNL) model. While the study done during pandemic times, where the number of the tourist is significantly decreasing and the travel behavior influenced by mobility restriction imposed by the government, the data collection still covered mobility of both international and domestic tourist. The survey found that rental cost and accessibility, as well as the quality of charging stations are factors that affect EV use by tourists. Motorcycle parking cost was also found to influence EV use. These findings align with previous studies, and interventions such as fiscal incentives for rental companies and infrastructure development are suggested similar to EV incentives implemented in China, India, or the US. The development of the low emission zone (LEZ) is also proposed to manage parking fares similar to what was implemented in London, specifically to push the shift from internal combustion engine (ICE) to EV. Based on emission inventory calculation, 1.9 million kg of potential annual CO2 can be prevented with the implementation of these policies by the government

irrigation areas of Bandar Sidoras Percut Sei Tuan district of Deli Serdang
supervised by SUMONO and TAUFIK RIZALDI.
The need of water on the field of percut village was channeled through
tertiary canal that made from soil and concrete. Soil channel can affect the
lossing of water through evapotranspiration, percolation and seepage so that the
efficiency of water distribution is low. This study was aimed to examine the
tertiary irrigation channel in percut village in the irrigation areas of Bandar
Sidoras percut sei tuan district of deli serdang.
The results of the research showed the efficiency of the distribution on
channel I at a distance of 50 m was 35.03%, on channel II at a distance of 50 m
was 14.82% and on a concrete channel at a distance of 50 m was 80.23%. The
average flow velocity was smaller than the critical speed so that precipitation
happened, there for a redesign of the channel dimensions was needed. The result
of the best design of tertiary channel dimensions for the channel I was 0.66 m
width (B) and depth (D) was 0.14 m with a slope of 0.015%, for channel II the
width (B) was 0.81 m and the depth (D) was 0.19 m with a slope of 0.02%, while
for concrete channel the width (B) was 0.67 m and the depth (D) was 0.36 m with

No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

Poems of Sheikh Muhammad al-Ghaly Ba
No full textThis volume contains seven poems handwritten by Muhammad al-Ghāli Ba. According to the author's son, Mountaga Ba, the poems were probably composed in the mid-1970s a time when the author lived in Mauritania, while working at the country's national radio station and serving as a special counsel to then president Moktar Ould Daddah (1924–2003). The poems adress various issues. The first is a call to action addressed to the Mauritianian youth, urging them to join in the collective work for the development of the country. The second poem is a hagiography on Ceerno Ahmad Nene Ba of Kaedi (Mauritania). The poem eulogizes the virtues of the patron. The third describes the event of Sharif Muhammad al-Habib's visit to the region of Fuuta region (Senegal), namely the village of Pate Galo. The fourth poem contains greetings and expresions of love addressed to the author's friends in the town of Kaedi. The fifth poem is a remembrance about good times. The author reminisces and praises the qualities of a woman named Jaari.The sixth poem describes one afternoon journey of the author.
