    This research focuses on the ‘plaited horse dance’ Abadi Performing Arts in Tanjung Morawa A, Medan City North Sumatra, which is still alive, although it has been too long and too far from the origin. The horse dance has passed down by the descant of Javanese which have lived in North Sumatra for several generations. As common sense that the performing art has spread widely to several region out of Indonesia brought by Javanese people as migrant such as in Malaysia, Suriname, Hongkong, Japan, and United States of America. It is considered as one of Javanese arts which brought by Javanese wherever we live in line with their migration purposes area. Javanese community overseas, usually still hold the horse dance performing art for event related to the human cycle of life, including as part of their ritual ceremony or merely such entertainment for the people.     The artistic creation of the stage as a medium for appreciation of performing arts is a manifestation of the author\u27s interest in performing arts. Aka Bodi Theater is one of the theater groups developing in the city of Medan which often performs sui generis repertoire. Despite the limited facilities for holding performances, Medan City still has several groups that propose unusual performance styles. Performances from the Aka Bodi Theater group generally use an intense stage with the public, but due to the lack of artistry in the performances, through this article the author wants to explain the scenographic concept of the Mangkutak Last Day performance. The author created an artistic design for a proscenium stage prepared with all the artistic elements that support the performance. The choice of an eclectic style which is packaged with a stage set that has performance elements complemented by stage artistic value, is intended to harmonize modern developments and foster innovation values, as well as philosophical values presented in the performance in a unified artistic production. So that this article can be an intellectual contribution in terms of ideas, interpretation of the concept of scenography into the artistic space of performance by creating a concept of appreciation for performing arts

    Development of Teaching Materials for Dance Music Courses Based on Project Based Learning Containing QR Codes

    This research aims to develop Project Based Learning-Based Teaching Materials containing QR Codes for the Dance Music course that are valid and effective in improving the learning outcomes of Dance and Performing Arts Study Program students. The research method used is development research with a 4D (Four-D) development model which consists of four stages, namely: 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Development and 4) Disseminate. The data collection techniques that will be used are expert validation sheets, response questionnaires and student learning outcomes instruments. The results of this research are as follows (1) Producing Project Based Learning-Based Teaching Materials containing QR Codes in the Dance Music course which are suitable for use with an average percentage of expert validation results of 89.28% in the "very good" category while the percentage is average -The average in individual tests, small groups and limited field tests was 95.20% in the "very good" category. (2) The effectiveness of using teaching materials that have been developed in learning shows that there is a prominent difference between learning outcomes before using and after using teaching material products. This is based on data processing using the SPSS 20 application, obtained t count > t table or 42.32 > 2.05 with df =25, the learning outcomes after using teaching materials are 77.42% higher than the learning outcomes before using teaching materials which are 64.46%. So, it is concluded that the teaching materials developed are effective in improving student learning outcomes

THE ATTEMPT OF IMPROVING THE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF BASIC JUMPING AND HOPPING MOVEMENTS USING GAMES APPROACH IN THE 5TH GRADERS OF SDLB-C SLB NEGERI SURAKARTA IN THE SCHOOL YEAR OF 2014/2015, Thesis. Surakarta : Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Surakarta Sebelas Maret University, March 2015. The objective of research was to improve the learning achievement of basic jumping and hopping movements using games approach in the 5th graders of SDLB-C SLB Negeri Surakarta in the school year of 2014/2015. This study was a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles, each of which consisted of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of research consisted of 6 students: 4 boys and 2 girls. The data source derived from teacher, student and author. Technique of collecting data used was observation, questionnaire, and documentation or archive. The data validation was carried out using data triangulation. The data analysis was conducted using descriptive technique based on qualitative analysis with percentage. The result of research showed that the application of games approach could improve the learning achievement of basic jumping and hopping movements from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. From the result of analysis, it could be found that the learning achievement of basic jumping and hopping movement increased by 66.67% meaning that 4 out of 6 students belonged to passing criterion in cycle I and in cycle II, it increased to 100% or all of students belonged to passing criterion with KKM (Minimum Passing Criterion) of 75. The conclusion of research was that the application of games approach could improve the learning achievement of basic jumping and hopping movements in the 5th graders of SDLB-C SLB Negeri Surakarta in the school year of 2014/2015.     Komunitas berfungsi sebagai lingkungan belajar non-formal yang signifikan. Komunitas Rumah Kreatif Tambak Bayan (RKTB) adalah inisiatif yang mengimplementasikan pendidikan seni pertunjukan berbasis masyarakat, menawarkan pengalaman belajar unik. RKTB membimbing anak-anak mengubah material non-artistik (misalnya serbuk kayu, barang bekas) menjadi karya artistik, menstimulasi imajinasi, inovasi, dan apresiasi estetika. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya mengembangkan kemampuan artistik, tetapi juga mendorong adaptasi lingkungan dan pemecahan masalah. Secara intrinsik, proses ini berkontribusi pada pembentukan identitas berbudaya anak, menumbuhkan penghargaan terhadap warisan lokal, pemahaman nilai estetika, dan ekspresi diri autentik.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji transformasi identitas berbudaya anak melalui pembelajaran seni pertunjukan berbasis masyarakat di RKTB.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model instrumen gitar elektrik kedalam bentuk prototipe yang lebih inovatif yaitu model gitar elektrik ukir bakar. Penelitian penciptaan inovasi gitar elektrik ukir bakar ini berbasis pada pengembangan organologi dan motif ukir tradisi Sumatera Utara, dilakukan dengan cara mengeksplorasi secara mendalam unsur-unsur organologi instrumen gitar elektrik yang akan di kolaborasikan dengan unsur motif-motif ukir tradisional Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and Depelopment atau penelitian pengembangan. Perolehan data-data penelitian yang dikumpulkan berasal dari dua sumber, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data-data primer diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara mendalam (depth interview) dan pengamatan berperanserta (participant observation) yang bertujuan untuk pengumpulan data yang diikuti diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion).     This   study   aimed   to   analyze   the   jurisdiction   of  freight   cargo   taxation   on international sea transportation based on the shipping clause in the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (P3B) at the Directorate General of Taxes office in 2019. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation and source triangulation. Based on the research results, the author concluded that freight cargo taxation on international sea transportation based on the shipping clause in the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (P3B) still largely provides taxation rights or taxation jurisdictions in the country of residence, which means that the taxation rights on freight cargo tax are dominated by the   country of residence.   This   has   resulted   in   lower   freight   cargo   tax revenue   in   Indonesia. Especially when export activities continue to increase in the Export Value column by Main Destination Country. This only increases freight tax receipts in the country of residence. It is known that the obstacle faced in taxation jurisdictions on freight cargo is that Indonesia as a source country cannot tax export freight from the country of residence, even though taxation rights on freight have the potential to increase the state revenues. The author suggests that Indonesia propose a tax treaty   renegotiation   in   Article   8   with   the   country   of   residence   to   change   the taxation rights of freight cargo

    Kelompok seniman Reog yang berkiprah di Desa Helvetia dalam menjalankan kehidupan kebudayaan seni Reog kondisinya saat ini mulai memprihatinkan. Kelompok seniman tersebut memiliki berbagai persoalan dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan jenis kesenian yang memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan lokalnya. Perlu dilakukannya pendampingan serta pembimbingan untuk Perbaikan tata nilai pada masyarakat Jawa Deli dalam pertunjukan Seni serta terciptanya produk inovasi pengelolaan instrumen musik iringan Reog (dodok). Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, yaitu metode riset yang sifatnya memberikan penjelasan dengan menggunakan analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni masyarakat pelaku kesenian atau seniman Reog di Desa Helvetia Deli Serdang telah dapat menginovasi instrumen musik dodok dalam mengiringi kesenian Reog, masyarakat pelaku kesenian atau seniman Reog telah mampu membuat konsep baru dalam menciptakan komposisi musik iringan Reog, serta masyarakat pelaku kesenian atau seniman reog yang berada di Desa Helvetia Deli Serdang telah mampu membuat konsep baru pertunjukan Reog

    This research aims first to analyze the description of BTS Brand Ambassadors towards Tokopedia Brand Images among Unbari Students. And the second is to find out the strategy for determining Brand Ambassadors to build a Brand Image In this research the author will analyze the data obtained descriptively qualitatively. The data source is Tokopedia users at Batanghari University who are research respondents. This questionnaire is in the form of closed questions where alternative answers are available from 1-5. The data collection methods used are Field Research and Library Research. The object of this research is Tokopedia which operates in the e-commerce industry. Electronic Commerce or e-commerce is all buying and selling activities or transactions carried out using electronic media (the internet). There are several examples of e-commerce that are often used in Indonesia. These include Shopee, Bukalapak, or Tokopedia. Several examples of e-commerce have now become a business area for business people. Based on a simple linear regression test, it is known that the Brand Ambassador value is 0.563, which means that product quality has a positive value for Brand Image. Based on the t test, it is known that there is a significant influence between the Brand Ambassador and the Tokopedia Brand Image, proven by the t test t count > t table (10.985> 1.66088), meaning that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted so it can be stated that the Brand Ambassador can have a significant influence on the Brand Image. Every time there is an increase in Brand Ambassador by 1%, the Brand Image on Tokopedia will increase by 56.3%. Conclusion of research is From the results of the Likert scale, the influence of Brand Ambassadors on Tokopedia's Brand Image with an average score of 383 means that consumers assess Brand Ambassadors as having a good influence. Furthermore, the Brand Image of consumers using Tokopedia with an average score of 366 means that the Brand Image indicator is good
