Perancangan Video Advertising Untuk Memperkuat Brand Strengthening Terhadap Channel Youtube Animasi 2d Rizky Riplay
No full textRizky riplay merupakan salah satu channel youtube animasi horror terbesar di Indonesia. Banyaknya kompetitor membuat channel tersebut perlu untuk memperkuat brand strengthening supaya channel ini tetap berkembang. Salah satu cara untuk memperkuat brand strengthening pada channel ini adalah dengan membuat video iklan tersegmen di platform online yang sesuai yaitu Youtube.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner online tentang bagaimana pendapat audiens terhadap video iklan yang telah dibuat. Pembuatan video tersebut telah didiskusikan oleh para ahli terlebih dahulu, mengenai gaya gambar dan juga naskah cerita.
Luaran dari perancangan ini adalah video iklan animasi 2 dimensi yang sesuai dengan identitas channel rizky riplay. Video yang dibuat sesuai dengan jenis cerita unggulan dari channel rizky riplay, yaitu video horor komedi dan horor misteri. Selain itu, di akhir video juga ditampilkan informasi singkat mengenai fitur membership yang merupakan fitur ekslusif untuk subscriber rizky riplay.

Rizky Riplay is one of the biggest horror animation YouTube channels in Indonesia. The
number of competitors makes the channel necessary to gain brand strenghtening so that
this channel continues to grow. One way to gain brand strengthening on this channel is to
create segmented advertising videos on the appropriate online platform, namely Youtube.
The method used is a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires about how
the audience thinks about YouTube advertising that has been made. The making of the
video has been discussed by experts in advance, regarding the style of the image and also
the story script. The author also reads some supporting literacy that is suitable for studying
youtube advertising.
The output of this design is a 2-dimensional animated advertising video that matches the
identity of the Rizky Riplay channel. The videos are made according to the superior story
types from the Rizky Riplay channel, namely comedy horror videos and mystery horror
videos. In addition, at the end of the video, brief information is also displayed about the
membership feature which is an exclusive feature for Rizky Riplay's subscribers. And
also short duration ads on social media Instagram and Facebook

No full textDalam perspektif penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, paradigma new public management telah dikenali bermanfaat dalam upaya memahami tentang layanan yang berkualitas yang bermuara pada kepuasan penggunanya. Baik kualitas layanan maupun kepuasan pelanggan telah dikenali erat berkaitan dengan ekspektasi dari pengguna layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran terpenting dari aspek dimensi kualitas layanan yang diberikan yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Sebanyak 62 pengguna layanan E-KTP yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Tehnik analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari kelima dimensi kualitas layanan terungkap bahwa hanya bukti fisik dan jaminan yang mempunyai pengaruh penting terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan E-KTP pada Kecamatan Bogor Barat. Dengan tingkat keragaman atau koefisien determinasi total yang besar, model penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa varian penjelas dari kepuasan pengguna layanan E-KTP dapat dilihat dari keragaman bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, serta empati. Penelitian memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap praktik dan kajian empiris di bidang penelitian kepuasan pada pengguna layanan publik

PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT PENGGUNA ATAS KUALITAS PELAYANAN E-KTP PADA KECAMATAN BOGOR BARAT
No full textStudi empiris ini secara spesifik didasarkan pada inisiatif e-government di Indonesia, terutama dalam proses pelayanan e-KTP bagi masyarakat. Pelayanan e-KTP mewakili bagian penting dari peningkatan dan pengembangan praktik e-government di Indonesia, yang berusaha memodernisasi administrasi publik dan membuat penyediaan layanan publik lebih efisien, mudah diakses, dan responsif terhadap warga negara. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pengguna layanan e-KTP pada Kecamatan Bogor Barat. Dengan teknik sampling non-acak, sebanyak 87 masyarakat pengguna layanan e-KTP berpartisipasi sebagai responden, dengan kurun waktu penelitian satu bulan, yakni pada bulan November 2021. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori untuk mendapatkan nilai koefisien bobot faktor. Hasil temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dari keseluruhan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, diketahui hanya tiga dimensi yakni kemudahan penggunaan, keajegan, serta kepercayaan yang ditemukan bermakna penting dalam mencerminkan kualitas layanan e-KTP. Sementara dua dimensi lain yakni interaktivitas serta nilai kegunaan ditemukan tidak bermakna penting dalam merefleksikan kualitas pelayanan e-KTP di Kecamatan Bogor Barat. Implikasi penelitian merujuk pada bagaimana prospek keberhasilan pemerintah sebagai aktor dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan akan bergantung pada apa yang mungkin dapat digambarkan sebagai praktik terbaik. Meskipun dalam beberapa wilayah di suatu Kota tertentu memiliki sistem e-government yang serupa, namun manfaat yang diperoleh dari setiap sistem yang diterapkan pada masing-masing wilayah tersebut tidak selalu sama. Keberhasilan e-government tidak dapat sepenuhnya terkonfirmasi dengan baik dalam lintas daerah maupun batas, oleh karena itu organisasi sektor publik perlu mempertimbangkan dampak sosial dari kualitas e-government terutama pada bagaimana warga berinteraksi dengan pejabat yang berwenang dan struktur birokrasi pemerintah.This empirical study was specifically conducted based on e-government initiatives in Indonesia, especially in the process of providing e-KTP services to the public. The e-KTP service represents an important part of improving and developing e-government practices in Indonesia, which seeks to modernize public administration and make the provision of public services more efficient, accessible, and responsive to citizens. The unit of analysis in this study is the community of users of e-KTP services in the district of West Bogor. With a non-random sampling technique, 87 community users of e-KTP services became respondents who participated in a research conducted for one month in November 2021. The data collected was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis which was carried out to obtain the factor coefficient values. The research findings reveal that of the five dimensions of service quality, only three dimensions, that is ease of use, constancy, and trust were found to be significant in reflecting the quality of e-KTP services. Meanwhile, two other dimensions, interactivity and usability value, were found not to be significant in reflecting the quality of e-KTP services in West Bogor District. The research implication refers to how the prospects for success of government as an actor will depend on what might be described as best practice. Although some areas in a certain city have similar e-government systems, the benefits derived from each system implemented in each region do not always show the same results. The success of e-government cannot be fully confirmed both across regions and boundaries, therefore public sector organizations need to consider the social impact of the quality of e-government especially on how citizens interact with authorized officials and government bureaucratic structures

Based on the observation that the author looks at the office layout at PT Wanamitra Permai is not optimal is evident from the following problems narrowness of the room so as not to add to the file cabinet so that the employees accumulate records on a table or under the table, working table full of Finance Manager files and messy, noise in the office. Therefore, it is recommended that companies make room for storing files that are on the table employees, expand the workspace Finance Manager to impress both guests and attention to building techniques to muffle the sound.

peeling of pineapple peel by designing a pineapple peeler equipment which had a
larger capacity which to be more effective and efficient in pineapple peeling. This
principle of the manual pineapple peeler and cutting was worked by moving the
blades to the pineapple after cutted both of its end, then the cutted pineapple was
place parallel on the pedestal tools with the bladesdirection move by

The Multifaceted Perspectives of The Domestic Violence Case of Rizky Billar Towards Lesti Kejora: Sara Mills Critical Discourse Analysis
No full textThis paper discusses the discourse on domestic violence that befell Lesti Kejora by her husband, Rizky Billar, in the online media coverage tempo.com on 13 October 2022. This writing aims to describe feminism in the domestic violence coverage of Rizky Billar against Lesti Kejora using Sara Mills’ critical discourse analysis (CDA). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing the data analysis technique of Sara Mills’ critical discourse analysis, which emphasizes the position of the subject-object, its consequences, and the position of the reader-writer. From the analysis results, it is known that ideological and legal aspects are present through the views of legal experts on domestic violence. The discourse in the object of this research is news that shows the feminist movement in favor of women led by women's rights legal experts. However, the discourse writers tend to side with Billar, who is most likely to be released from custody. At first glance, Lesti's discourse indicates as if she was not a victim is indirectly something that marginalizes women. The author reconstructs facts into a discourse adapted to the intent and purpose. Therefore, the position of the subject-object may differ from the actor in another context
Intermittent Fasting Alleviates Cognitive Impairments and Hippocampal Neuronal Loss but Enhances Astrocytosis in Mice with Subcortical Vascular Dementia
No full textBACKGROUND: Intermittent fasting (IF) is found to exhibit neuroprotection against various insults, including ischemia; however, IF has been mainly applied before disease onset. It remains unknown whether IF implementation alleviates the long-term detrimental effects of a disease after its establishment. OBJECTIVES: To investigate the IF effects on cognitive impairments and cerebrovascular pathologies in a subcortical vascular dementia (SVaD) mouse model. METHODS: The SVaD model was developed by inducing hypoperfusion and hyperlipidemia in apoE-deficient (apoE-/-) mice. We subjected 10-week-old apoE-/- mice to bilateral common carotid artery stenosis using micro-coils after they were fed a high-fat diet (HFD; 45% energy) for 6 weeks to induce hyperlipidemia. Age-matched wild-type C57BL/6J mice received sham surgery after undergoing an identical HFD treatment. Both the SVaD model and wild-type mice either started a 1-month IF regimen (time-restricted feeding for 6 hours per day) or continued the standard diet ad libitum (6.2% fat energy) at 8 weeks post-surgery. We assessed mice weight, food intake, and outcomes in a behavioral test battery before, during, and after the IF regimen, prior to histopathological analyses (microvessel density, neuronal density, white matter damage, astrocytosis) of their brains. RESULTS: SVaD model mice on the IF regimen (SVaD-IF) exhibited higher mean recognition and spatial working memory performance compared to SVaD mice fed ad libitum (SVaD-AL; P < 0.01). Additionally, SVaD-IF mice had ∼5% higher hippocampal neuronal density in the dentate gyrus (DG) and cornu ammonis 1 regions than SVaD-AL mice (P < 0.001), which paralleled their post-IF cognitive enhancements. However, SVaD-IF mice showed an ∼50% increase in hippocampal DG astrocytosis compared to SVaD-AL mice (P < 0.05), with no significant differences in microvessel densities among the 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS: The improvements in SVaD-IF mice suggest that IF could be a potential nonpharmacological remedy for SVaD. This finding could stimulate future investigations on IF's neuroprotective potential across many neurovascular diseases. © The Author(s) 2021.
