No full textArtritis Reumatoid merupakan kelainan autoimun yang menyebabkan inflamasi sendi yang berlangsung kronik dan mengenai lebih dari 5 sendi. Metotreksat adalah obat yang banyak digunakan dalam pengobatan pasien artritis reumatoid. Terapi metotreksat jangka panjang sering dikaitkan dengan berbagai toksisitas, seperti cedera ginjal dan terakumulasi dalam jaringan ginjal. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh metotreksat terhadap ginjal dengan mengukur kadar ureum dan kreatinin pada serum pasien artritis reumatoid, dengan hipotesis penelitian metotreksat meningkatkan kadar ureum dan kreatinin pada serum pasien artritis reumatoid. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2016 di ruang rekam medis RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang dengan populasi target adalah pasien rawat jalan artritis reumatoid RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang yang bersedia menjadi subjek penelitian. Data yang didapat kemudian diolah menggunakan metode uji Wilcoxon. Dari 96 pasien yang dijadikan sampel didapatkan hasil 60,2% pasien berusia 48-62 tahun, 86% pasien berjenis kelamin perempuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar BUN dan kreatinin mengalami penurunan yang signifikan (p<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terapi metotreksat selama 6 bulan dapat menurunkan kadar BUN dan kreatinin pada pasien artritis reumatoid

The data used are primary and secondary data, primary data is data obtained by conducting interviews with Camat and treasurer of expenditure, as well as documentation. Secondary data in the form of organisation structure, history concise office subdistrict Benai, and data on cash expenditure. Data analisysis techniques to answer the problem was done by using descriptive abalysis, indification and compare between theory with present practice. The results showed that the accounting system of chas expenditurein at office subdistrict Benai regency Kuantan Singingi already appropriate with No 59 of 2007. No full textThis research paper elaborates the discrimination in Kevin Rodney Sullivan’s Guess Who movie that is analyzed through a sociological approach. The objectives of the research are to analyze the structural elements of the movie and to analyze the movie based on a sociological approach.
This research belongs to a descriptive qualitative research. The data of the research is the movie entitled Guess Who. Whereas the data source comes from both primary data source which is in the form of the text of the movie being researched and secondary data source such as biography of the author, websites and other sources. The method to analyze the data is descriptive analysis.
Based on the analysis toward the film, the writer concludes that the discrimination of love are shown by the structural elements which build the film such as characters, setting, plot, theme, and mise-en-scene and from sociological aspects : those are from social aspect, political aspect, economic aspect, cultural aspect, and religious aspect. The writer also finds that the director uses the great events influencing America to support the theme of the film and to support the discrimination of love shown in this film. From the sociological aspects shown in the film, the writer then concludes that literary work reflects certain age when it is made, dealing with the social situation of the authors, and as manifestation from the historical moment

The system of internal control in a company is one of the aspects that play a role in the operations of the company. One is the internal control system for the company's cash receipts. This becomes very important because the cash is highly liquid assets of the company so it is easy to be misused and abused. In this study the authors will discuss the internal control system of cash receipts in PT Graha Sarana Gresik. Objectives to be achieved by the authors in this study is to measure dn analyze the effectiveness of internal control system of cash receipts in PT Graha Sarana Gresik. The method used by the authors in this study is the descriptive method and the method of data collection is the method of field survey and interview. The data used in this study is the author of the data derived from primary data such as company documents in the form of rapidly developing company history, organization structure and the alinnya related research. The next data is secondary data. Secondary data are data obtained from the literature, articles, and other umber related to the research problem. Data collection techniques used is to survey, documentation and literature. Of research by the author can be concluded that the internal control system of cash receipts held by PT Graha Sarana Gresik has not gone well because there are many mistakes in the process of implementation and still banayk procedures in accordance with the applicable accounting regulations.

Deep breathing exercises are a form of non-pharmacological therapy, in which the nurse teaches the client how to do deep breaths, slow breaths (maximum inspiration) and how to exhale slowly. Besides being able to reduce pain intensity, deep breathing relaxation techniques can also increase lung ventilation and increase oxygenation in the blood. The general purpose of the application of deep breathing relaxation is to reduce headache in hypertensive patients. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of the application of deep breathing relaxation techniques to reduce headache in hypertensive patients with an initial pain scale before giving the application of deep breathing relaxation 4 (1-10) and after being given deep breath relaxation the pain scale is 0 The author concludes that there is an effect of the application of deep breathing relaxation techniques on Mrs. Y with headaches in hypertensive patients in the working area of the Karang Tengah Public Health Center

wife with the aim of forming a family (household), a happy and everlasting based on belief in
one god. And in a marriage can lead to a divorce, Divorce is one of dissolution of marriage due
to a particular cause, through the registration of the judge’s decision on civil registration.
Judges always refers to Law No. 1 of 1974 in deciding upon divorce. Loss of marriage by
divorce has legal consequences contained in the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 in article 41
paragraph 1 to 3, which is obliged to maintain, educate, feed the child. And she decided the
marriage was also an impact on children on care and maintenance if the child was a toddler. The
author conducted research using normative approach. The research method is to perform
abstraction through a deductive process of positive legal norms in force, in the form of
systematization of law and the law of the horizontal synchronization of the problematic
obligations and responsibilities of husband and wife on the fulfillment of children’s rights after
divorce.
The results showed that the reason divorce is that between husband and wife would not
be able to live in harmony as husband and wife, in accordance with Law No. 1 of 1974 Article
39, paragraph 2. In its legal considerations about the obligations and responsibilities of husband
and wife on the fulfillment of children's rights after divorce is always based on Law No. 1 Year
1974 on Marriage. And Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection was not used because of, not set
explicitly on the rights of children due to parental divorce. Decisions of judges determining the
obligations and responsibilities of husband and wife on the fulfillment of children's rights after
divorce, is in conformity with the rights of children such as children's rights provided for in
Article 26 paragraph (1) letters a and b of Law Number 23 of 2002 on Child Protection in the
form of children's rights to get care, maintenance, protection, education and the right of children
to grow and develop properly
POWER RELATION IN THE NOVEL LE D�SERT DE L�AMOUR BY FRAN�OIS MAURIAC
No full textFrançois Mauriac was one of the 20th century author who actively writing
novels with a major theme of inner conflict and human suffering. In many of his books
Mauriac creating characters who are hungry for love, loneliness, and pitiable. Le Désert
de L'Amour was written by Mauriac in 1924. This novel is one of Mauriac�s books that
depicting the human condition and this book is a material object in this thesis. This
novel tells about the life romance between individuals with different generations. The
relationship between the main character describes the lack of acceptance of love from
others that�s needed by each individual, so that each character has an obsession for love
as they want through rivalries. Through the competition emerging power relations are
represented in the social power relation that includes the scope of public and domestic.
Michel Foucault's notion of power used to describe the relationship between the
individual's power. The author also uses social dominance theory written by Jim
Sidanius and Felicia Pratto to connect the correlation between the power and
domination. Through the use of the concepts found the power relations in relationships
novel figures in Le Désert de L'Amour. It affects dominance that manifested in three
aspects, among others: the difference in age (age-based), gender segregation (gender-based), social status classification (arbitrary-set). This novel tells a different thing from
the truth. Power relations that exist in this novel occurs not because of the strong side is
dominating the weak side, but some occur because of the side that are considered weak
can dominate the strong side. This can be seen clearly on the relationships of power that
occurred because of the dominance of the young against the old side and reinforced by
the emergence of gender domination of women to men. This various p henomena of
power that occurs are due to the love needs of each individual

No full text AbstrakManusia diberikan Allah akal budi sehingga memperoleh pemahaman konsep dalam memahami pengaplikasian pembelajaran secara menyeluruh untuk semakin memahami setiap kebenaran-Nya. Pemahaman konsep yang tepat dibutuhkan untuk memahami setiap konsep dalam ilmu kimia. Berdasarkan data penilain sumatif salah satu sekolah Kristen di Jakarta ditemukan bahwa masih kurangnya pemahaman konsep siswa kelas XII MIPA. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan tahapan metode pembelajaran jigsaw dalam mengupayakan pemahaman konsep siswa pada topik sel volta kelas XII. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Guru menyusun pembelajaran sesuai dengan langkah penerapan metode jigsaw yang mengarahkan siswa untuk bertanggung jawab dalam pembelajaran secara individu maupun kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran jigsaw mampu mengupayakan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi sel volta. Hal ini didukung dari rata-rata ketercapaian setiap indikator pemahaman konsep dengan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test. Dalam mengukur pemahaman konsep siswa menggunakan tiga indikator yaitu indikator memahami konsep, menentukan konsep, dan mengaplikasikan konsep. Penulis menyarankan agar penerapan metode pembelajaran jigsaw dalam mengupayakan pemahaman konsep kimia dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi, memperhatikan keterbatasan waktu, dan mengembangkan keseluruhan indikator pemahaman konsep siswa dengan menggunakan metode yang digunakan penulis maupun metode lain.Kata Kunci : metode jigsaw; pemahaman konsep; sel voltaAbstract People is given by God reason so as to gain an understanding of the concept in understanding the application of learning thoroughly to better understand each of His truths. A proper understanding of concepts is needed to understand every concept in chemistry. Based on research data summative assessment from one Christian school in Jakarta, it was found that there is still a lack of understanding of the concept of grade XII MIPA students. The purpose of this writing is to describe the stages of the jigsaw learning method in seeking students' understanding of concepts on the topic of class XII voltaic cells. This writing uses descriptive qualitative methods with portfolio data. The teacher arranges learning according to the steps of applying the jigsaw method which directs students to responsibility in learning individually and in groups. The results showed that the application of the jigsaw learning method was able to improve students' understanding of concepts on voltaic cell material. This is supported by the average achievement of each indicator of concept understanding by using pre-test and post-test instruments. The measuring of the understanding of concepts, students' use there indicators, namely indicators of understanding concepts, determining concepts, and applying concepts. The author suggests that the application of the jigsaw learning method in improving chemistry understanding is done by facilitating, paying attention to time constraints, and developing overall indicators of students' concept understanding using the methods used by the author and other methods.Keywords : concept understanding; jigsaw; voltaic cell
