No full textThe research in this paper leads to peace education in Poso. Local wisdom approach
focus to achieve it. Local wisdom in question is a tradition of cultural in sintuwu maroso and
padungku. Researchers considered that culture sintuwu maroso and padungku a primal's
hospitality owned Poso then and now. The distinctive feature of this research center at the
local wisdom area.
That approach is not without reason. Social unrest conflicts that have occurred in
Poso, leaving wounds that are difficult unresolved grudges. Seventeen years ago the conflict
was going on, now remaining trauma and feels haunted. Yet the return of all refugees to their
original place, not awakening back all the buildings or houses in the former debris
destruction mass, separation is expressly settlements Islamic-Christian, social community is
still limited, and military approach that is very dominant, not apart from monitoring the
author. Watched it is balanced with the security situation, a conducive atmosphere and
hospitality of the people of Poso today.
Objectives achieved in this study were (1) to find out how the understanding and
meaning of the Poso community’s hospitality (2) to find out ways of appreciation and
practice of cultural sintuwu maroso and padungku as a form of tradition's hospitality in Poso
and (3) to determine the role and the application of hospitality in traditions of cultural
sintuwu maroso and padungku for peace education in addressing the conflict in Poso.
The data collection process is conducted qualitatively. Interviews and observations is
his method, followed by a description of the data. Analysis of data using analytical approach
to Theology-CRE (Christian Religious Education). This approach was chosen because they
are the research student of CRE.
After conducting research and data analysis as a whole, the picture of hospitality in
Poso this time will be presented in a straightforward and unequivocal. Likewise, appreciation
and practice of cultural sintuwu maroso and padungku in everyday life. In the end, the author
proposes an approach to education for peace in Poso, that is approach through cultural
traditions in sintuwu maroso's hospitality and padungk

No full textThis paper describes the dynamics of religious life in the aftermath of religious conflict in Poso. The findings show that Poso is inevitably a plural society both ethnicity and religion. The relationship between families and interreligious marriage have been in practice since in the old times and there is no problem with that. Prior to the Poso conflict occurring in 1998, 2000 and 2001 respectively, Poso city was a predominantly Muslim area. While the Christian people reside in the highland areas. This religious topography changed dramatically in the post Poso conflict. In the past, Poso people lived harmoniously and respected the outsiders very well. This research used qualitative approach and case study as its method. Data collection includes interviews and observation. The conclusion is that, religious tolerance among Poso people prior to the conflict was based on Sintuwu Maroso. The meaning of this philosophy is twofold: sintuwu means to unite or unity, and maroso means being strong. Therefore, the two words mean ?a strong unity?. Hybridization of the Poso Conflict Resolution Discourse
No full textThe slow process of resolving conflicts and violence in Poso is inseparable from the model of handling conflicts carried out by the government, in this case by putting forward a security approach. Over time it turns out that violence continues. Therefore, the researchers felt they were interested in criticizing the model of Poso conflict and violence handling carried out by the government and offered a soft power model approach, namely through "hybridization of the Poso conflict resolution discourse". This study aims to determine discourse hybridization processes in Poso conflict resolution. The research paradigm used is constructivism with a qualitative approach. Key informants are Religious Leaders, Customary Figures, Community Leaders, NGOs, Mass Media, and Government. Data collection is done using observation techniques, interviews, snowball sampling technique and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the flow data analysis model according to Miles & Huberman. Based on the results of research, analysis, and discussion, it was concluded that: The discourse hybridization process in Poso conflict resolution has not been maximally carried out, because what actually happens is "discourse domination". The discourse of conflict resolution that is built is not a combination of superior discourses in poso conflict resolution and does not occur culturally, but is more initiated by the government. The conflict resolution discourse that was built in Poso conflict resolution often ignored community participation and did not take place continuously and was still repressive.

No full textThis thesis is entitled "Legal protection of Lake Poso from damage caused by PT. Poso
Energy's dredging activities for hydropower in the town of Tentena, Poso Regency,
Central Sulawesi". The lake is a freshwater ecosystem that stores various natural
resources, and is spread over various islands in Indonesia. Lakes are managed and
utilized, among others, as a source of water for daily needs, fishing activities, energy
sources, tourism activities and as a habitat for biodiversity. It is known that Lake Poso is
the third largest lake in Indonesia which was formed due to geological activities, namely
tectonic and has become a habitat for various types of fish, including endemic fish. To
increase the availability of water for hydropower, dredging activities are carried out,
especially in the Poso river area. Regarding dredging, it has been regulated in
Attachment 1 to Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 4 of
2021 concerning List of businesses and/or activities that are required to have an
Environmental Impact Analysis, Environmental Management Efforts, and
Environmental Monitoring Efforts or a Statement of Ability to Manage and Utilize
Environment. Dredging activities have positive and negative sides for Lake Poso. For
this reason, legal instruments are needed to provide legal protection for Lake Poso to
avoid damage
