PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI IPS 1 PADA PEMBELAJARAN PPKn MELALUI MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING DI SMA SEMEN PADANG
Artikel ini didasarkan pada penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS1 pada PPKn belajar melalui model Discovery Learning di SMA Semen Padang. SMA Semen Padang adalah salah satu SMA di Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang belajar didasarkan pada kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, studi yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan dan di setiap akhir tes siklus hasil belajar. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi kegiatan guru dan siswa, lembar observasi penilaian domain afektif hasil belajar, tingkat tes prestasi kognitif dan analisis tugas (penilaian kinerja) ke Domai psikomotor (keterampilan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar afektif dapat meningkatkan?é?ádari 66,7 dalam satu siklus, menjadi 84,9 pada siklus dua. Hasil belajar psikomotor (keterampilan / kemampuan) meningkat 75,4-78,3 dalam siklus per satu untuk dua siklus, dan kognitif hasil belajar tingkat analisis adalah 76,9 pada siklus meningkat menjadi 84,2 pada siklus dua. Hasil rata-rata dua siklus pembelajaran klasik adalah 82,0 dengan tingkat 100% dari kelengkapan. Ini membuktikan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 1 PPKn belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran penemuan dapat ditingkatkan. Therefore, teacher efforts and strategies are needed in the educational process in the transition to the post-pandemic era in order to improve student achievement. Efforts to direct students to excel can be carried out in the field of education, academics and student organizations, both extra- and intra-curricular organizations to obtain students who can become good, tenacious, creative and dynamic citizens. Upaya Guru Kewarganegaraan dalam Mengembangkan Kreativitas dan Potensi Diri Siswa
Creativity means creating or having creative power. Potential is the abilities and qualities that a person has, but has not been used to its full potential. Efforts that can be made by Civics teachers in an effort to develop student creativity are: (1) Creating a sense of security for students to express their creativity, (2) Recognizing and appreciating students' creative ideas or thoughts, and (3) Being a motivator for students to communicate and realize their ideas or thoughts. Efforts that can be made by Civics teachers to develop students' potential are: (1) Cultivating a sense of trust in God Almighty in students, (2) Encouraging students to realize their ideals and desires, (3) Cultivating a spirit of family/unity in students, (4) Instilling in students a sense of shame and maintaining self-respect, (5) Instilling tenacity and not giving up easily in students, (6) Instilling courageous traits and attitudes in students, and (7) Providing an understanding of students' talents and abilities.
PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DESA BENDUNG AIR TIMUR
This article aims to find out how the level of public participation in the decision-making process in the Bendung Air Timur village development program. The method used is a descriptive method. 60 respondents were taken randomly as many as 238 households in the East Air Dam village. Data collection uses questionnaires / questionnaires and is assisted by interview techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis (frequency distribution analysis and percentage). The results of the study show: (1) In terms of the indicators used, most of the respondents had never participated in the decision-making process of development programs in the village/village; (2) In terms of the indicators used, most of the respondents had never participated in the implementation of development programs in the villages / villages. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat partisipasi publik dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dalam program pembangunan desa Bendung Air timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Responden sebanyak 60 kepala keluarga diambil secara acak (random) sebanyak 238 rumah tangga didesa Bendung Air Timur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner / kuesioner dan dibantu dengan teknik wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif (analisis distribusi frekuensi dan persentase). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Dari segi indikator yang digunakan ternyata sebagian besar responden belum pernah berpartisipasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan program pembangunan di desa / desa; (2) Dari segi indikator yang digunakan ternyata sebagian besar responden belum pernah berpartisipasi dalam pelaksanaan program pembangunan di pedesaan / desa. Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan penelitian: (1) Partisipasi publik desa Bendung Air Timur dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk program pembangunan desa / desa umumnya rendah; (2) Partisipasi publik Desa / Desa Bendung Air Timur dalam proses pelaksanaan / pelaksanaan program pembangunan, umumnya desa / desa rendah
Behavior Transformation during The Covid-19 Pandemic in the Malakok Community of Minangkabau
The study aims to analyze the form of behavioral transformation during the Covid-19 pandemic among the "Malakok" community in Minangkabau, especially in Nagari Sungai Sirah, Pesisir Selatan Silaut District. At this time, almost the entire order of people's lives has changed, including the personal interactions of the community and the social interactions of the transmigration community who do malakok in Nagari Sungai Sirah. The presence of the transmigration community in the Sungai Sirah area resulted in a cultural cross between the Minang community and the transmigrant community to create a diverse society. Meanwhile, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the multicultural society created by this cross-culture has resulted in visible changes, both in daily behavior and social behavior in society. For that, it takes a big heart to adapt to the current situation so that the stability of life in Nagari Sungai Sirah remains stable. This research was conducted using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Collecting data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and holding a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) at the research site. The results showed that the form of behavioral transformation during the Covid-19 pandemic among the Malakok community was natural, both in terms of personal behavior and social behavior changes. However, they were able to adapt to the new everyday life which had become government policy. The implementation of customs in the mutual village also changed before the occurrence with the period after the Covid-19 pandemic. Previously, all traditional elements required all familiar elements to carry out a custom determined by custom. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, all traditional elements gave and were given tolerance and relief in implementing the custom. Through the Malakok tradition, immigrant communities can still live side by side and maintain social harmony within the brotherhood framed in an attitude of tolerance and open-mindedness
Peran Pendidikan untuk Membangun Jiwa Nasionalisme Siswa di SMAN 2 Sikakap Mentawai
Education has an important role in ensuring the survival of the nation and state. This is because education is a vehicle for building the quality of human resources. Therefore, this study was designed to describe the role of education in building the spirit of nationalism in students at SMA Negeri 2 Sikakap Mentawai. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection methods using observation, documentation and interview techniques. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely; inventorying and organizing data, carrying out the coding process, carrying out activities to describe data according to categories. The results of the study indicate that the problem that is still an obstacle for students to be able to carry out a proper education in the Mentawai is access to transportation which is still difficult. They have to travel long distances to get to school, so students are often late for school. In addition, the economic factor of the community which is still weak is also an obstacle for students to come to school. Because for them it is more important to earn a living than to go to school. And there is no awareness of the importance of education for them. Meanwhile, in terms of schools, good education must be carried out properly because through good education, the spirit of nationalism of students can be built well, meanwhile in practice schools find obstacles with student attendance times who often come late and challenges for teachers to be able to adjust learning. with the school environment and conditions that are still inadequate
Sikap Politik Mahasiswa Kota Padang Terhadap Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam Penanganan Covid-19
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana sikap mahasiswa PPKn di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Kota Padang terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dalam penanganan Covid-19. Sikap masyarakat di Kota Padang yang cenderung terbelah pasca Pilpres 2019 berhubungan dengan respons yang berbeda dalam menilai penanggulangan Covid-19 oleh pemerintah. Responden mahasiswa yang diteliti merupakan calon guru PPKn yang akan membentuk sikap siswa sebagai warga negara di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan variabel riset yang diukur melalui kuisioner valid dan reliabel yang dikembangkan sendiri. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 121 mahasiswa dan sampel 95 orang (78,51%). Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model Skala Likert dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS-20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap politik mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Covid-19 pemerintah adalah kurang kuat (42,9%). Hal ini berarti bahwa responden mahasiswa dapat mematuhi himbauan pemerintah terkait Covid-19 tanpa melihat partai politik yang berkuasa. Polarisasi politik yang terjadi pada Pilpres 2019 biasanya masih membekas yang dapat mempengaruhi pandangan masyarakat terhadap penanganan Covid-19. Namun dalam penelitian ini terlihat bahwa mahasiswa dapat menilai secara objektif dan tidak menghubungkan kebijakan pemerintah dengan afiliasi politik partai yang sebelumnya sudah terpolarisasi

This paper is about Civic Education and have a role to make a civil society. The purpose of this paper is to know about civil society characterictics, how far the role of Civic Education can make a civil society, and which subject matter from Civic Education can make a civil society. Civil society have some spesific characteristics, and from this characteristic, we can know how far the role of Civic Education can make a civil society, with way see the characteristics of civil society and where is position from it characteristics in subject matter when teach Civic Education. The result are: first, egalitarianisme, can we see from Indonesia culture which is from divinity. Second, appreciation for people from his achievement (not from etnic, race, descent, etc), which is from human right. Third, participation openness for all active society, which is from democration. Fourd, law maintenance and justice, which is from good goverment. Five, tolerance and pluralisme, which is from national identity. And the last, discussion, which is from Indonesia culture. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.
