    Decorative or ornamentation aims to fill the void in the surface area of ​​an object. The decoration is one of the identities inherent in Indonesian cultural artifacts (one of which is in the temple). There are various types of decoration that exist in Indonesia, is a result of the diversity of races, religions and cultures. The decoration on the temple with non-story relief is divided into four, namely the geometric decoration, fauna, flora in which there are forms of vines, roses, jasmine and sun, as well as various decorative ornaments. With a qualitative descriptive method, the author made observations, discovered the role, shape and function of jasmine ornamental variations in the temple building. The decoration on the temple with the shape of jasmine is combined with the geometric decoration. Jasmine decoration is a non-structural decoration, symbolizing purity found in the feet. Ragam hias pada candi dengan relief non-cerita terbagi menjadi empat yaitu ragam hias geometris, fauna, flora yang didalamnya terdapat bentuk sulur, bunga mawar, melati dan matahari, serta ragam hias kombinasi. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penulis melakukan observasi, menemukan peran, bentuk dan fungsi ragam hias bunga melati pada bangunan candi. Ragam hias pada candi dengan bentuk melati dikombinasikan dengan ragam hias geometris. Ragam hias melati merupakan ragam hias non-struktural, melambangkan kesucian yang terdapat pada kaki.     Promotion through digital media is a solution for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market their products to survive in the current digital era. One of the MSMEs that was started was the MSME Women Farmers Group (KWT) Sekar Melati, Sanggrahan, Banguntapan, Bantul. The businesses carried out by UMKM KWT Sekar Melati are quite diverse, such as Red Ginger drink extract, Lecy-flavored Aloe Vera Syrup, family gardens, catfish farming, chicken farming. Marketing methods are still simple and conventional. Marketing by leaving it in local stalls, selling in traditional markets, and via gethuk tular (word of mouth). Of course, this makes it difficult for sales to develop. The problems faced are not being able to market their products through online media and business income is still low. From this problem, the author was moved to provide training and assistance through digital transformation of online promotional media as well as creating attractive packaging designs for the MSMEs of KWT Sekar Melati, Sanggrahan, Banguntapan, Bantul. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and promotion based on local wisdom on purchasing decisions at Bangkit Kembang Melati Cake Shop Pekanbaru.     This article is entitled The Survival of the Monza Market in the Face of Online Thrift Shops (Ethnographic Study at the Melati Market in Medan City). This research aims to determine the factors that enable Monza traders to continue selling at the Melati Market, the obstacles that Monza traders face in facing competition with online thrift shops, and the strategies of Monza traders at the Melati Market in facing the era of digitalization. This research was conducted at Pasar Melati which is located on Jl. Bunga Sakura, Tanjung Selamat sub-district, Medan Tuntungan sub-district, Medan city, North Sumatra. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. The technique used in collecting data is by conducting observations in the field and in-depth interviews with informants. In order to obtain more complete data, the author uses field notes, documentation and literature studies. The results of this research show that the reason Monza traders are still selling at the Melati Market in the era of digitalization is that they are still profitable and selling well, as their only livelihood, traders are still comfortable selling at kiosks and traders have regular customers or subscriptions. Then there are several obstacles that monza traders at Melati Market face with online thrift shops, namely the existence of online thrift shops which makes market reach increasingly limited, requires more labor to trade, requires greater capital to stock goods and has limited selling time compared to thrift shop online. There are several strategies for Monza traders in maintaining their existence in the era of digitalization, namely displaying trendy goods as window displays. This strategy aims to attract potential customers who pass by the kiosk. Items used as display cases have quite high selling prices. This is in accordance with the interests and demands of people who are intensively looking for products with exclusive brands or those that are trendy. With these trendy items, traders can sell them at high prices. The cultural adaptation that occurred in this research includes two dimensions, namely selling adaptation and buying adaptation. From a trader's point of view, the adaptation that occurs is the development of the seller's knowledge of the merchandise brand.     The Influence of Policy Implementation Service Standards, and Information Systems on User Satisfaction of the MELATI Application at Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia

    The increase in the number of requests for IT services provided by the IT Bureau is not accompanied by an increase in user satisfaction of IT services, this is indicated by a decrease in the satisfaction index for IT services by several work units at the BPK. In order to increase user satisfaction with IT services, the Author is interested in conducting research on the Effect of Implementation of Service Standards and Information Systems Policies on User Satisfaction of the Melati Application at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 275 IT service users at the BPK Head Office. The collected data were processed using the Covariance Based - Structural Equation Model (CB-SEM) analysis technique using Smart-PLS software. The results of the study showed that user satisfaction of the MELATI application (Y) was influenced by the implementation of service standard policies (X1) and information systems (X2) by 67.5% and the remaining 32.5% was influenced by other variables not used in this study. The variable of IT service standard policy implementation (X1) has a large and significant effect on user satisfaction of MELATI application in BPK with a path coefficient value of 0.495, t-value of 8.378> t-table 1.96 and p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Information system (X2) has a large and significant effect on user satisfaction of MELATI application in BPK with a path coefficient value of 0.465 or 46.5%, t-value of 8.199> t-table 1.96, and p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Efforts that can be made by the BPK IT Bureau are to improve the implementation of service standard policies and information systems by increasing the quantity of resources, communication, evaluation and updating of IT service standard policies and SOPs and implementing a survey of IT service user satisfaction on the MELATI application

    Building a shophouse to rent out to commercial entrepreneurs is an increasingly popular investment and business opportunity for people who own land or houses in strategic locations. Situations like this require a rental agreement to be drawn up. Because renting a shophouse can benefit both the shophouse owner and the tenant, a shophouse rental agreement is often entered into by the parties. After the parties entering into the agreement, namely the tenant and the shop owner, reach an agreement, the shop rental agreement comes into effect. The practice of rental agreements that occur on Jalan Melati, Simpang Baru Village, based on the results of a survey conducted by the author on shop owners and shop tenants by conducting interviews, generally uses verbal agreements, causing many problems for both parties, lack of public understanding and lack of knowledge of the rules. Current law is one of the factors. The problems in this research are (1) How to implement verbal shophouse rental agreements on Jalan Melati, Simpang Baru Village, Pekanbaru City and (2) How to resolve defaults that occur between shophouse owners and shophouse tenants on Jalan Melati, Simpang Village New, Pekanbaru City. This research uses empirical research methods. This research was carried out directly at the place that was used as the object of the research problem using interviews and observation as data collection tools. The author's research location was Jalan Melati, Simpang Baru Village, Pekanbaru City. Based on research obtained, the implementation of the rental agreement for a shophouse on Jalan Melati, Simpang Baru Village, Pekanbaru City was carried out using an oral agreement based on the principles of kinship and trust. In practice, both of them do not meet their respective achievements, which makes the parties feel mutually disadvantaged, such as the renter being late in paying the rent and the renting party not fulfilling the agreement as agreed at the beginning, such as repairing shophouse facilities that are damaged due to external factors. such as rain, etc., as well as shophouse conditions that are uninhabitable, such as floors that have not been cast in cement, water that is not yet available, and so on. Dispute resolution regarding non-performance in the shophouse rental agreement between the tenant and the shophouse owner on Jalan Melati, Simpang Baru Village, Pekanbaru City is carried out non-litigation or dispute resolution outside of court, the method used is by negotiation and mediation.     Hospitalization can cause anxiety to children due to new environment, new people and family that accompany them during hospitalization. Caring behaviour aims to minimize anxiety in childrean during hospitalization. This was an observational analytic study with crossectional approach. Samples were 22 respondents picked out by purposive sampling technique. Research was conducted in Melati pavilioun dr. H. Koesnadi hospital, Bondowoso. Validity and reliability test with Pearson Product Moment and Alpha Cronbach. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by fisher’s exact. Statistical test obtained p value of 0.027 with CI 95%. Result showed there were significance correlation between caring behaviour with anxiety level during hospitalization in dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. Good caring behaviour was able to minimize anxiety level in children when they’re hospitalized. Descriptional analysis showed there were 13 respondents (59.1%) with good caring behaviour and 9 respondents (40.9%) with less caring behaviour. Children anxiety level showed that 12 respondents (54.5%) suffered from mild anxiety while 10 respondents (45.5%) suffered from intermediate anxiety

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fungsi Ombudsman khususnya pada perwakilan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah, apakah dengan keberadaannya pelayanan publik yang berada di daerah wilayah kerjanya mengalami peningkatan kualitas atau tidak. Kondisi obyektif menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik masih dihadapkan pada sistem pemerintahan yang belum efektif dan efisien serta kualitas sumber daya aparatur yang belum memadai. Perlu dilakukan upaya perbaikan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik secara berkesinambungan demi mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang prima. Upaya tersebut didukung dengan lahirnya Ombudsman yang secara yuridis diberi wewenang untuk menjadi lembaga pengawas pelayanan publik Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian deskriptif dimana penulis berkeinginan untuk memberikan gambaran maupun pemaparan mengenai obyek penelitian yang penulis kaji yaitu mengenai fungsi Ombudsman untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di daerah melalui studi terhadap Ombudsman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian empiris yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan yaitu studi lapangan, studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Teknik analisa yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa berfungsi atau tidaknya Ombudsman tergantung dari pelaksanaan penyelesaian dan saran yang diberikan Ombudsman kepada instansi terlapor. Ombudsman dapat berfungsi optimal ketika laporan yang diterima dapat diselesaikan dan saran yang diberikan kepada instansi terlapor dapat dilaksanakan serta diterapkan untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Objective conditions indicate that the public service is still faced with a system of government that has not been effective and efficient, and the quality of personnel resources are not adequate. Necessary to the improvement of the quality of public service delivery sustainable in order to bring public service excellence. The effort was supported by the establishment of the Ombudsman are legally authorized to be the supervisory institution of public service. This research is descriptive where the author intends to give an overview and explanation of the object of study authors examined the functions of Ombudsman for improving the quality of public services in the region through the study of Ombudsman in Yogyakarta and Central Java. This research is empirical using qualitative approaches. Technique of data collection are field studies, literature studies and interviews. The Analysis techniques are qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the research and discussion, it can be concluded that whether or not the Ombudsman's function depends on the implementation of the settlement and the advice given to the Ombudsman agency reported. Ombudsman can function optimally when received reports can be completed and the advice given to agencies reported can be implemented and applied to improve the quality of public services.
