Dynamics of the Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI) of an oil palm plantation area in Jambi province, Indonesia
No full textOil palm is susceptible to drought. Research to increase oil palm production continues to be developed, including the influence of drought to oil palm production. One of the methods used to analyze drought is using the Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI). The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics of SPEI at diurnal, ten days periods, and monthly time scales, and their correlation with meteorological factors at an oil palm plantation in Jambi province, Indonesia for the year 2015. Using diurnal values, the SPEI does not indicate any drought as there are no values lower than -1. Using ten days periods, the SPEI shows a dry period starting from mid May to mid October. Using monthly values, the SPEI shows drought conditions with the driest month in October with SPEI reaching -2. Solar radiation and evapotranspiration are significantly correlated with the dynamics of diurnal index SPEI while precipitation affects significantly the dynamics of the SPEI at ten day and monthly periods

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and
organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of vocational
school teachers in West Jakarta. This research was carried out starting from
December 2019 until March 2020. The research method used was a survey method.
The population in this study were 307 teachers. The sample used in this study was
160 public vocational school teachers in West Jakarta. Data on organizational
citizenship behavior (Y), transformational leadership (X1) and organizational
commitment (X2) are primary data using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique
used is, first, the outer model measurement consisting of individual reliability with a
result greater than 0.7 (> 0.7). Construct reliability with results greater than 0.7 (>
0.7). The composite reliability value is greater than 0.6 (> 0.6). AVE value is greater
than 0.5 (> 0.5). The second measurement of the inner model consists of r2 with a
value of 0.576. Then, f Square Transformational Leadership (X1) with a value of
1.117 and Organizational Commitment (X2) with a value of 0.042. On the Path
Coeficient calculation results of transformational leadership variables and
organizational commitment, resultingin T-Statistics value>1,971and PValues value
<0.05. This shows that transformational leadership has a positive and significant
effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment also
has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In the F
test the Fcount value of 106,641> Ftable is 3.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that
transformational leadership and organizational commitment simultaneously
influence the organizational citizenship behavior

Full text linkKlausa Relatif Bahasa Indonesia dalam Novel Berjuta Rasanya Karya Tere Liye. Andi Nurindah Sari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap (1) pemarkah yang menandai kehadiran klausa relatif, dan (2) jenis klausa relatif bahasa Indonesia dalam novel Berjuta Rasanya karya Tere Liye. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tulisan yang menjadi penanda klausa relatif dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel yang berjudul Berjuta Rasanya karya Tere Liye Bagian Pertama. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, pengambilan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi. Adapun hasil penelitian tersebut diperoleh penanda klausa relatif yang terdapat pada novel Tere Liye yang berjudul Berjuta Rasanya bagian pertama lebih dominan menggunakan penanda klausa relatif yang kemudian penanda klausa relatif tempat di. Kemudian jenis klausa relative yang dominanyaitu klausa relatif penunjuk kemudian klausa relatif nonpenunjuk.
 
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
