No full textThe students of class X in SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin still have difficulties to solve a problem in C3, C4 and C5 level in order from indentify the information, apply the strategy to solve the problem and make a result conclusion due to less interesting instructional media that has example of problem with the step. Therefore, the reseacher did a research to know if using instructional media pocket book has an effect toward the students’ problem-solving skill. This research is a quasi-experiment research with nonequivalent group pretest-posttest design. The sample for this research are X MS 1 and X MS 5 that are taken by cluster random sampling from the population of X MS students in SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Data is obtained from learning result test and students’ individual worksheet. Data that obtained by researcher is analyzed descriptive quantitatively. The result of research show that using instructional media pocket book has an effect toward students’ problem-solving skill with the correlation of 0.98. So, the researcher can conclude that there is an effect of using instructional media pocket book toward the problem solving skill of X MS students in SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin.

Ankara and Istanbul were analyzed in more detail. The data of 1985 and 1990 were compared and the analogous investigations of the 1960s were discussed. No full textABSTRACT Sunset policy and tax amnesty are efforts made by the tax authorities to provide opportunities for taxpayers who have been disobedient to report their assets and income honestly. These two policies are carried out as an effort to increase the taxpayers' willingness to pay so that tax optimization can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the compliance of taxpayers after the implementation of the sunset policy and tax amnesty. The author uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that taxpayer compliance increased by 50% through the tax amnesty Volume III (2017) while taxpayer compliance through Sunset Policy volume II was only 42.9% (2015).Keywords: Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty, and Tax Complianc
Strategi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Menjembatani Humanisme dan Digitalisasi di Era Merdeka Belajar (Studi di SMPN 4 Bataguh)
Get PDFEntering the era of Society 5.0, the world of education is required to be able to integrate technological advances with humanistic values in order to create a more inclusive and adaptive learning ecosystem. This study aims to explore the principal's leadership strategy in developing a humanistic educational approach integrated with digital technology at SMPN 4 Bataguh. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the principal plays a central role as an agent of change, who not only directs the use of technology in learning, but also ensures the integration of ethical values, empathy, and character in every aspect of teaching and learning activities. The strategies implemented include developing a digital-based leadership vision, strengthening digital culture in schools, and ongoing training for teachers. These findings confirm that visionary and adaptive leadership is key to building education that is relevant to the demands of the 21st century and remains based on human values.Memasuki era Society 5.0, dunia pendidikan dituntut untuk mampu memadukan kemajuan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai humanis agar tercipta ekosistem pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif dan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan pendekatan pendidikan humanis yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital di SMPN 4 Bataguh. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memegang peranan sentral sebagai agen perubahan, yang tidak hanya mengarahkan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, tetapi juga memastikan adanya integrasi nilai-nilai etika, empati, dan karakter dalam setiap aspek kegiatan belajar mengajar. Strategi yang diterapkan antara lain mengembangkan visi kepemimpinan berbasis digital, memperkuat budaya digital di sekolah, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru. Even if we look at our "nature" as human beings, we will all experience what is called death. The thing we need to prepare for death besides worship is that we need to prepare our final rest right. We often forget this, even though if we see the phenomenon that the world mortality rate is increasing every day, even Indonesia is one of the countries with a very high mortality rate. The high mortality rate is not in line with the number of locations or burial places available. This has become a problem that must be solved and become a problem that is quite serious and needs serious handling. One of the solutions to this problem is the use of information technology to record the overall mortality rate and also record the availability of existing locations to bury it. SOCIAL LEADER DAN PERANNYA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU (STUDI PADA SMPN 4 BATAGUH)
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the best approach in improving teacher work motivation through the role of social leaders at SMP 4 Bataguh Kuala Kapuas Central Kalimantan. The methods used in this study are direct interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The principal of SMPN 4 Bataguh is the focus of this study. The methods used to test the collected data are (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation/display, and (3) verification or inference. The results of the study indicate that social leaders and their role in improving teacher work motivation can be started by providing an approach in the form of emotional and professional support so that teachers are more motivated. A social leader means someone who can communicate not only formally in front of many people, but also becomes a leader who can listen to what teachers need, support teacher performance/programs and others that certainly affect school progress. It is important for social leaders to promote a culture of appreciation and recognition in the school environment. Awards can be formal, such as awards for outstanding teachers, or informal, such as praise and daily recognition.
