Penyelesaian Kredit Bermasalah Program Kur pada PT Bri (Persero) Unit Citra Niaga
The study was conducted to resolve problem loans that must be completed by the bank as early as possible by using the basic theory of finance, Non Perfoming Loan (NPL) and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR).The data was collected using field research. Processed based on financial analysis Unit Citra Niaga PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk consisting of balance sheet, income statement, statement deptor position and Kupede rekapitulation outstanding (Periode 2009,2010,2011).The results of the analysis and discussion of researsch Non Perfoming Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) increased company perfomance. Espesially from a decline Non Perfoming Loan (NPL) of 57.74% and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) continues to increase from year to year. Means that the handling problem loans can be resolved properly. And Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) prove that the soundness of the deposit of the debtor be seen very well
Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Kulit Menggunakan Metode Forward dan Backward Chaining
Penyakit kulit merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sangat sering dialami oleh banyak orang di kalangan masyarakat umum. Terkadang dengan adanya gejala penyakit kulit membuat kekhawatiran kepada penderita penyakit tersebut. Sehingga harus pergi ke rumah sakit untuk melakukan konsultasi dengan dokter spesialis yang tentunya akan memakan waktu dan biaya. Untuk dapat mengetahui masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang penyakitnya secara dini maka Penulis di sini memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi di zaman modern ini dengan menciptakan aplikasi sistem pakar menggunakan metode forward dan backward chaining untuk mendiagnosis penyakit kulit yang memiliki banyak penyakit yaitu penyakit dan gejala sebanyak 9 penyakit dan 25 gejala yang diambil di RSUD LANGSA. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan Bahasa pemrograman php dan MySQL untuk membuat aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis web agar mudah di gunakan setiap orang. Sistem ini sudah dipakai oleh 30 pasien di RSUD LANGSA dengan hasil diagnosa scabies berjumlah 3, dermatitis 10, tinea corporis 7, MR 3, DKA 5 dan LSC 1 dan urtikaria berjumlah 1 yang memiliki keberhasilan 46 % sesuai dengan hasil dokter artinya ada 16 orang yang tidak sesuai dan 14 pasien sesuai
Internet-Based Flood Detection System (Iot) and Telegram Messenger Using Mcu Node and Water Level Sensor
During the rainy season, several regions in Indonesia experienced floods even to the capital of Indonesia also flooded. Some of the causes are the high intensity of continuous rain, clogged or non-smooth drainage, high tides to accommodate the flow of water from rivers, other causes such as forest destruction, shallow and full of garbage and other causes. Every flood disaster comes, often harming the residents who experience it. The late anticipation from the community and the absence of an early warning system or information that indicates that there will be a flood so that the community is not prepared to face floods that cause a lot of losses. Therefore it is necessary to have a detection system to provide early warning if floods will occur, this is very important to prevent material losses from flooded residents. From this problem the researchers designed an internet-based flood detection System of Things (IoT). Visualisasi Serta Efektifitas Colour Clustering dengan K-Means dan Bee Algorithm
Klasterisasi citra digital merupakan dasar utama dalam analisis citra dan pengenalan pola yang dimungkinkan dalam proses segmentasi objek dalam gambar secara otomatis berdasarkan kemiripan warna, tekstur, atau intensitas. Klasterisasi umumnya dilakukan dengan algoritma K-Means karena kemampuannya yang sederhana dan efisien dalam mengelompokkan data, namun memiliki kelemahan seperti ketergantungan pada inisialisasi awal dan mudah terjebak pada solusi lokal, sedangkan Bee Algorithm menawarkan pendekatan optimasi yang lebih adaptif dan eksploratif sehingga dapat menghasilkan hasil klaster yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja algoritma K-Means dan Bee Algorithm (BA) dalam proses klasterisasi warna pada citra digital. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan dua indikator utama, yaitu total jarak antar piksel ke pusat klaster dan sebaran kuantitas warna pada masing-masing klaster. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa BA menghasilkan nilai jarak total yang lebih kecil dibandingkan K-Means pada semua jumlah klaster yang diuji. Nilai jarak yang lebih kecil menunjukkan bahwa BA mampu menemukan pusat klaster yang lebih optimal. Selain itu, distribusi kuantitas warna pada klaster hasil BA tampak lebih seimbang dibandingkan K-Means. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa BA dapat memisahkan warna-warna dominan dengan lebih akurat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari gambar segmentasi dengan 2, 4, 8, dan 16 kluster, terlihat bahwa metode Bee Algorithm (BA) secara konsisten menghasilkan segmentasi warna yang lebih halus dan mendekati tampilan asli objek dibandingkan dengan metode K-Means. Dengan peningkatan jumlah kluster, kedua metode memang mengalami peningkatan kualitas visual, namun BA lebih unggul dalam mempertahankan detail halus seperti tekstur bulu dan gradasi warna alami. Sementara itu, K-Means cenderung menghasilkan pembagian warna yang lebih kaku dan berbentuk blok, yang mengurangi kealamian visual terutama pada jumlah kluster yang rendah

PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI PEMBERIAN PAKAN IKAN OTOMATIS BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL PANEN IKAN LELE
Abstrak: Pentingnya memberi makan ikan secara teratur dan tepat waktu merupakan salah satu keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas hasil panen ikan lele. Namun jika hal tersebut tidak diperhatikan maka akan muncul masalah seperti ikan mati dan menjadi kanibal sehingga hasil panen tidak maksimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut tim pengabdian bertujuan membuat alat pakan ikan otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) sehingga adanya alat ini akan memberi makan ikan secara otomatis dengan jumlah dan waktu yang tepat. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi dan pelatihan cara pembuatan alat pakan ikan otomatis, hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu adanya alat pakan ikan otomatis membantu pekerjaan kelompok dan mendapatkan pengetahuan cara membuatnya. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini yaitu kelompok budidaya ikan tiara jaya yang beralamat di dusun lam kuta, Gampong bayeun, Kecamatan birem bayeun, Kabupaten Aceh Timur, Provinsi Aceh, jaraknya 17 km dari Universitas Samudra dengan jumlah anggota kelompok sebanyak 25 orangdalam kegiatan tersebut tim PKM terus mendampingi dan akan mengevaluasi dalam dua minggu setelah kegiatan melalui komunikasi via Handphone apabila ada terjadi masalah. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam PKM ini yaitu pada awal pra kegiatan dilakukan penilaian pengetahuan sebesar 45,6 % dan setelah pasca kegiatam meningkat menjadi 62%.Abstract: The importance of feeding fish regularly and on time is one of the successes in increasing the productivity of catfish yields. However, if this is not considered, problems such as fish die and become cannibals so that the harvest is not optimal. To overcome this problem, the service team aims to create an Internet of Things (IoT) based automatic fish feed tool so that this tool will feed fish automatically with the right amount and time. The implementation method carried out is socialization and training on how to make automatic fish feed tools, the result of this service is the existence of automatic fish feed tools to help group work and gain knowledge on how to make them. Partners in this service are the Tiara Jaya fish cultivation group which is located at Lam Kuta Hamlet, Gampong Bayeun, Birem Bayeun District, East Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, 17 km away from Samudra University with a total of 25 group members, in this activity the PKM team continue to assist and will evaluate within two weeks after the activity through communication via cellphone if there is a problem. The results that have been achieved in this PKM are at the beginning of the pre-activity knowledge assessment of 45.6% and after post-activity it increases to 62%
Decision Support System Recommendations of Half and Full Subsidized KPR Houses
The house is a primary need for humans because as a place to stay and carry on life. Having a house is certainly not an easy matter because it requires a very large cost for it. This large amount of capital has made the community take a short and practical path by choosing half or full subsidized housing loans. Only with a capital of 20 million housing mortgages can be placed. However, the case of the house also considers the size, area, model, size of the remaining land, and location to be crucial in the selection. At present the types of KPR houses consist of types 36, 45, and 54. All three types have subsidies from the government so that they are affordable by many communities. However, from the results of field observations many people felt that it was not appropriate to choose the type of house. Let's say someone wants a type 45 house but ends up choosing type 36 with an estimated objection to paying monthly installments, even though they are capable. And vice versa who take type 45 then object to paying the monthly installments. Based on these problems, the authors try to help the community through the bank with the application of a decision support system (SPK). With this system, people who have filled out the registration form on the system will get a recommendation for the type of house. INDONESIAN AND ENGLISH CODE MIXING IN DAILY CONVERSATIONS BY MALE AND FEMALE STUDENTS AT MAHAD MUHAMMAD SAMAN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL
This research was aimed at comparing the use of code mixing in relation to the pattern of code mixing and the process of code mixing used by male and female students at Mahad Muhammad Saman Islamic Boarding School Medan. It is also intended to find out the reasons why male and female use code mixing in daily conversations. The data of the study were 10 male students and 10 female students’ utterances which contain Indonesian-English code mixing. The research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive design. The instrument used for this study were questionaire and interview. The data were analysed by Miles and Huberman and Saldana data analysis. (1)The research findings showed In the pattern of insertion, females are more frequent used it than males. females are used it 53% and males used it 38%. In the pattern of alternation, males are more frequent used it than females. Males used it 38% but females used it 21%. In the pattern of congruant lexicalization, females are more frequent used it than males. Females used it 26% but males used it 24%.male students tend to use noun or verb, while female students tend to use the word lah, kan, ya. (2)There are two processes of code mixing were not found by male and female students’ utterances, namely In alternation process is doubling and in congruent lexicalization process is homophonous dimorphs.(3)Gramatical form and lexical need are the most influent reason why male and female students used code mixing in daily conversations
DESAIN DIDAKTIS KONSEP VOLUME BANGUN RUANG SISI DATAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN MATEMATIS SISWA SMP
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep geometri dan rendahnya kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMP pada konsep volume bangun ruang sisi datar. Terkait permasalahan tersebut, perlu dirancang alternatif pembelajaran dalam memahami konsep geometri serta dapat mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. salah satunya adalah mendesain situasi pembelajaran yang mengaplikasi penggunaan kemampuan penalaran matematis dengan mempertimbangkan learning obstacle, learning trajectory, dan respon siswa yang dituangkan dalam suatu desain didaktis. Perancangan desain pembelajaran yang dimaksud dilakukan dalam sebuah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan tahapan Didactical Design Research (DDR), yang dimulai dari penemuan learning obstacle yang muncul pada pembelajaran konsep volume bangun ruang sisi datar di salah satu SMP kota Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap learning obstacle tersebut kemudian disusun hypothetical learning trajectory (HLT) sebagai acuan merancang desain didaktis hipotesis. Hasil studi mengidentifikasi learning obstacle, yaitu ontogenical obstacle, didactical obtacle, dan epistemological obstacle yang meliputi (1) yaitu terbatasnya pengetahuan konsep prasyarat siswa yaitu pengetahuan tentang konsep bangun datar segitiga dan segi empat serta jenis-jenis bangun ruang sisi datar, (2) terbatasnya kemampuan matematika dasar siswa seperti operasi bilangan desimal, (3) rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa, (4) keterbatasan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa, (5) siswa tidak terfasilitasi dengan baik dalam memaknai konsep, (6) sajian materi tidak memfasilitasi siswa untuk melakukan aksi dan formulasi, (7) Penyajian gambar bangun ruang yang tidak mempermudah siswa untuk memahami bangun ruang sisi datar (8) Sajian materi tidak memfasilitasi siswa untuk melakukan penalaran, (9) keterbatasan pemahaman siswa terhadap permasalahan non-rutin, (10) keterbatasan pemahaman siswa dalam pemecahan masalah penalaran matematis. Berdasarkan temuan learning obstacle tersebut disusunlah hypothetical learning trajectory (HLT) dilanjutkan dengan perancangan desain didaktis hipotesis dengan memanfaatkan LKPD bantuan GeoGebra sebagai upaya mengurangi learning obstacle dan diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa.
The background of this research is the lower understanding among junior high school students regarding geometric concepts as well as their mathematical reasoning ability in the volume concept of polyhedron. Related to these problems, it is necessary to design learning alternatives in understanding geometric concepts and which enable students to develop their mathematical reasoning abilities. One of the solutions is designing learning situations which implement the use of mathematical reasoning abilities by considering the learning obstacles, learning trajectories, and student responses as outlined in the didactic design. The design of the intended learning design was carried out in a qualitative study using the Didactical Design Research (DDR) stages, which began with the discovery of learning obstacles that arose in the learning of the volume concept of polyhedron in one of junior high schools in Jambi. Based on the results of the analysis of the learning obstacles, a hypothetical learning trajectory (HLT) was then prepared as a reference for designing hypothetical didactic designs. The results of the study identified learning obstacles, namely ontogenical obstacles, didactical obstacles, and epistemological obstacles which included (1) limited knowledge of students' prerequisite concepts, namely knowledge of the concept of triangular and rectangular shapes and types of polyhedron, (2) limitations students' basic mathematical concepts related to the operation of decimal number (3) lower learning motivation of students, (4) limited students' mathematical reasoning abilities, (5) students are lacking supported in interpreting the concepts, (6) presentation material does not facilitate students to perform their action and formulation, (7) students are struggling to comprehend presentation of geometrical shapes (8) presentation material does not ease the students in performing reasoning, (9) limitations of students' understanding of non-routine problems, and, (10) limitations of students' understanding in solving mathematical reasoning problems. Based on the findings of these learning obstacles, a hypothetical learning trajectory (HLT) was prepared, followed by designing a hypothetical didactic design by utilizing the GeoGebra-assisted LKPD as an effort to reduce learning obstacles and expected to develop students' mathematical reasoning abilities
