    Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengangkat permasalahan yaitu bagaimana bentuk afiks {paN-} dan {-eng} dalam bahasa Bugis dialek Pare-pare? dan Apa makna afiks {paN-} dan {-eng} dalam bahasa Bugis dialek Pare-pare? Sehubungan dengan permasalahan tersebut, penulis menetapkan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan makna afiks {paN-} dan {-eng} dalam bahasa Bugis dialek Pare-pare. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode simak dan metode cakap dengan tekhnik pancing dan tekhnik catat. Dalam penganalisisan data digunakan metode padan dan distribusional. Selanjutnya, penyajian hasil analisis data menggunakan metode formal dan informal. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menggambarkan bahwa: Pertama, prefiks {paN-} mempunyai turunan prefiks {pa-}, alomorf {pa-}, prefiks {pan-}, prefiks {pang-} dan prefiks {par-}, sedangkan sufiks {-eng} mempunyai turunan sufiks {-ng}, sufiks {-eng}, prefiks {-reng}, dan sufiks {-ang}.     Influence of EU grants on local government spending behaviours. Case study for Polish rural municipalities.

    Grants are important part of municipal budgets. Due to horizontal and vertical imbalance, there are no possibility to resign from this source of financing local governments. According to theoretical model, which is discussed in this paper the impact of grants on municipal spending depend on income and price effect. Previous empirical research presented, that due to political rent-seeking behaviours’ we could suspect also other effects, such as leakage of funds from granted project and increase of other expenditure not related to the project. In this paper we presented panel data analysis for Polish rural municipalities. We tried to find if and how investment grants from European Union influence other-operational spending of municipalities. The results are not obvious, but analysed model presented that potential impact of EU investment grants on operational spending policy is very limited.Agnieszka Kopańsk

    This study aimed to compare the social performance between Islamic banking in Indonesia and Malaysia were measured by using a model of Islamic Social Reporting Index (ISR) and the Global Reporting Initiative Index (GRI). The objects of this study were drawn from four Islamic banks in Indonesia and three Islamic banks in Malaysia that meet certain criteria, namely; Islamic banking report annual report for 2010 and report the social responsibility disclosure. This study was used content analysis approach. The results showed that the overall average social performance of Islamic banking in Malaysia higher than social performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia. However, when tested statistically, the difference did not show significant value. Moreover, there are no Islamic banking in Indonesia and Malaysia reached a perfect level of social performance (100%) of the ISR and the GRI index

    This study was aimed at investigating: the correlation between students’ self-efficacy and writing ability of English Education Study Program at IAIN Palangka Raya. This study was focus to find out the correlation between students’ self-efficacy and writing ability of English Education Study Program at IAIN Palangka Raya. The research type was quantitative. For the data collection, the researcher used questionnaire and documentation. The population of the study were the sixth semester students of English Education Study Program at IAIN Palangka Raya. The sample of the study consisted of 30 students. The method of sampling in this study was total sampling. The technique of collecting data of students’ self-efficacy by using questionnaire. The technique of collecting data of writing was documentation. The technique of data analysis used the Pearson product moment correlation. The research findings show that there is no correlation between students’ self-efficacy and writing ability of English Education Study Program at IAIN Palangka Raya(rxy = -0.104< rtable = 0.3610). So, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected and null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted. The meaning of this statement is the students’ self-efficacy has no relationship or not influence to students’ writing ability. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi: Korelasi antara efikasi diri dan kemampuan menulis mahasiswa program studi bahasa inggris di IAIN Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini fokus untuk mengetahui efikasi diri dan kemampuan menulis mahasiswa program studi bahasa inggris di IAIN Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester 6 program studi bahasa inggris di IAIN Palangka Raya. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data efikasi diri mahasiswa menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data kemampuan menulis menggunakan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Pearson product moment. Temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada korelasi antara efikasi diri dan kemampuan menulis (rxy = -0.104< rtable = 0.3610). Alternative hipotesis (Ha) ditolak dan hipotesis nol (Ho) diterima. Makna dari pernyataan ini adalah efikasi diri siswa tidak memiliki hubungan atau tidak mempengaruhi kemampuan menulis
